My car broke down on me yesterday 5/13 passing through St Anthony. I was able to get her running to Oreily’s. These guys went above and beyond for me. Nathanial and Ryder, I hope you read this, because you both are amazing guys. They got me the right pieces and hooked me up with a good mechanic in town! Im from WY and was having a small panic attack realizing I was stranded and they helped keep me calm, reassuring me, and offering water when I was being a spaz. Seriously, give these guys a raise. Ive worked with public/customer service my whole life and never had this treatment! Thank you for being my support system on a VERY BAD DAY!
I been in a few times. With the same problems. I couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong. Paisley was very kind and helpful, her and the Gentleman helped me figure the problem out. I recommend this place!
They won't call you when your parts come in. Instead they'll ship them somewhere else then get snotty because you didn't know your parts came in. Rock auto or napa in Rexburg have better customer service
We need new brakes for your europan car. The people are soooo helpful, he find the right brakes, we can fix it at the store and he bring us water to drink!! So nice, so good service. Thank you very much.
My husband and I broke down about 25 miles away. We called this store, and Brittany and Nathan were incredibly helpful finding us the right fuel pump. Rocky, another employee even delivered the fuel pump to us, and waited to ensure it was the correct one. My husband installed it roadside, and now we are back on the road again! We are forever grateful to these folks for their kindness, and going above and beyond to help a stranded customer out ❣️❣️❣️
It's nice to have an auto parts place with longer operating hours. Several others in the area close down too early.
We used the store for several projects (power steering, exhaust, breaks, and others), and they often have the part we need on hand or can get it in fairly quickly. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Nathaniel and Anika are the best! The store is by far the cleanest and most organized oreillys I’ve ever been in! They are friendly and helpful every time we need something! We sure do appreciate them!
Great people who go out of their way to help. We had a need for some specific parts and they went out of their way to order them and now keep them in stock so when we need them again in the future, they will be there. Hard to find small town service in a national chain, but it is at this O'Reilly's
Check engine light came on yesterday. I got to O'Reilly in St. Anthony, ID. Rocky came out and scanned for the code. Turned out to be a bad throttle body. Rocky was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He gave me significant pointers and sold me the part I needed. Customer service was EXCELLENT! Thanks Rocky!
Called Rocky Sunday evening, described our dilemma of having just driven 375 miles this day & windshield wipers broke on our motorhome. We were tired and stressed out, but he said he might have something that would work for us - it was nearly closing time on Sunday, but we drove over & he went through his inventory and compared what he had with our wipers. Unbelievably, what he figured out for us actually worked! Thank you Rocky, for going over and above what would normally be expected. You saved our day - and our trip! (20 more days on the road & going good thanks to you).
