On a Sunday leaving Driggs, about 5 hours from home, our diesel truck sprang a major fuel leak—10° weather, kids in the car, and no heat. After striking out with other tow companies, Newdale Towing answered right away. TJ showed up quickly, safely hauled the truck and our family (his truck holds 5) to the nearest dealership (an hour away), and then drove us to our hotel. My wife was pleasantly surprised when she jumped in the truck "whoah, smells good, I wasn't expecting that", and TJ even had fresh bottled water for us. Friendly, calm, and professional with fair pricing. Huge thanks to TJ for making a stressful situation so much easier.
JT towed us from Island park to St. Anthony. He was fast to get to us with a truck with room for 4 extra passengers. JT was also knowledgeable of the area and helped us load our bags on his truck, after he dropped off our truck at Les Shwab he took us to the hotel next door and made sure we could get a room before leaving us. We highly recommend this towing company they are fast, professional and helped us Utahns feel better about the break down so far from home. Thank you JT!

What a relief to have found Newdale Towing when we were in a bind! Stuck in a snowy field road while heading to Yellowstone, we were feeling pretty hopeless after Google Maps misled us. After contacting local police dispatch, we were fortunate enough to be referred to Newdale Towing.
They dispatched a young rescuer who was not only polite but also incredibly skilled. He arrived quickly and worked expertly to get us unstuck from the two feet of snow we were buried in. Klassen is the best guy ever. kept short and simple asked all the right questions so he could bring the correct equipment. It wasn't just a car that got stuck but our van that is also our home. he walked us through the entire process and had us out so quick making sure no damage was done to the vehicle. When I even offered to give him a tip and he politely declined. had the best rate in the area and came out after 9 pm. if you need help in the saint Anthony sand dunes area call these guys!
Klassen and Newdale Towing are the best of the best. We hit a deer coming down the pass near Ashton late in the evening of 7/23. Being after hours, we didn't have a lot of options available to us for towing and transportation back to our home in Shelley. As soon as Klassen showed up to tow our vehicle, I knew we were in good hands. Klassen got our vehicle loaded quickly and down to his tow yard. Being very late in the evening, he went way above and beyond and offered to drive us home in his personal vehicle. He drove our family of six, 45 minutes one way to get us home! The next day, he and his team had our car delivered to the repair facility. Got stuck in island park today with a truck and gooseneck trailer. Guy came up wish I could remember his name but was killer got us out within 20 minutes. Highly recommend these guys they were amazing
Extremely satisfied with this company. Had an odd job of loading a camper onto a trailer and they treated the equipment as if it was their own. Came out right away and price was very reasonable. They know what they are doing.
We were on our way back from Yellowstone to Utah and our van broke down in St. Anthony. Quite stressful situation when you are in unfamiliar territory. Klassen came to our aid with his truck and got us all taken care of. He even went so far as to have his family drive all of us to rexburg to a hotel! How amazing is that?!. I highly highly recommend Newdale Towing! The owner was the one that came and got my family vehicle in the middle of the night on the side of the 33. He was completely professional and helpful in every way. I have heard the same from other mechanics in the area. Nothing but good things to say about Newdale Towing!!!
When my 2yo Ram 3500 broke down I found this tow company. He dispatched sooner than I expected and hauled me 30 miles when, his truck quit running at the off ramp. He quickly summoned another truck and finished my tow, but refused payment for his services. Super nice guy, and I will make it right to him somehow.. Thank you.
Honest, fair, professional, and timely. We had a small incident where our vehicle was unable to get enough traction to climb a relatively steep gravel road. I was not sure if a tow was going to be possible. Newdale showed up, assessed the situation, and within a short period of time, had our vehicle back to safety without any damage to our vehicle. Very impressed and thankful for their help. Don’t hesitate — just call when you need the help.

Klassen was extraordinarily helpful, attentive, and a total life saver. I needed my car towed in an emergency and he arrived within 30 minutes and towed me all the way to a repair shop, then gave me recommendations for local lodging and food. He truly went above and beyond and while I’m not happy to have needed his service in the first place, I hope that should it ever happen again, I find a tow company half as good as Newdale Towing. 10/10 best towing company around!
