We are so thankful to have happened upon this magical place. We camped at one of the 10 RV full hook up sites (all back in except for 1 pull through) which was level, grassy (green no weeds or cheat grass), lots of space between sites and had a picturesque view. The sites can accommodate all rig sizes. No cell service however our Starlink worked amazing. The owner is friendly and welcoming. You are guided to your site so you are set up just right. Very quiet and relaxing, great water pressure, about 25 minutes from Stanley and 10 minutes to Clayton (best place to get gas and they have diesel). Relaxing, special and one of a kind. We will be back!

The park has 10 sites surrounded by high desert foothills and the beautiful Salmon River along the back. The sites are spacious, level, and are in a grassy open field perfect for Starlink (even though the park is equipped with Starlink in case you don’t have it.) Our 44ft fifth wheel toy hauler had plenty of room in site 10 which is the only 50amp. (The temps were mild enough though that we could have certainly gotten by in our big rig with 30A). They all have a picnic table and fire ring. The gracious and hardworking owner, Ann offered us one of the sites along the river as she said site 10 was right along the road and would have some road noise. However, it didn’t bother us at all. We enjoyed watching her beautiful horses across the road and the daytime shade afforded by that site’s orientation. I sat barefoot outside most mornings with my coffee, just taking it all in.||It was our first time visiting the area and we were so happy with our decision to base ourselves here. Not only is Stanley teeming with tourists this time of year, but there is just as much beauty to see north of the property. We spent time visiting the Salmon-Challis National Forest - Bayhorse ghost town, Bison Jump (which is sort of eerie), and stunning Goldbug Hot Springs (the latter is not to be missed). 10-12 minutes from Torrey’s is Sunbeam Hot Springs which is the perfect ending to any day in the area. Also, during the summer, Redfish Lake Lodge hosts live music by the lake each Wed, Fri and Sun which we really enjoyed!||We loved meeting Ann and are grateful for her hospitality! You’ll love staying with her!

Beautiful...loved our stay here. Service was great and such a peaceful spot. Sitting back, lots of animals walking along the river. Highly recommend, reserve a view spot if necessary!

They were great! Did not stay but assisted us with parking the car after I blew out a tire after hitting a rock! Beautiful area.

This trip to Torreys was my 4th trip here. We have logged over 100,000 miles in our motorhome which is a Class A gas coach. In many rv parks,as you enter and check in ,there are many signs that say a whole lot of donts as well as warnings. These signs are unwelcoming to guests. This park has none. The spaces are very large and a good distance from your neighbor. It is in a beautiful setting with the Salmon River right below the park. Ana and Robert are great and they work very hard all day long. This is one of my favorite parks.

Booking process was easy and quick. Arrived & was getting set up when a couple stopped by on a golf cart to tell us how to park because we were the last spot directly by the roadway. They had sprinklers everywhere so we had to move them because they were spraying us and our belongings and would’ve been spraying directly into our living area of our camper had we not moved them. The couple didn’t move them or see the problem as it sprayed our campers front door, and we got soaked moving them for ourselves. So we were wet as we set up and brought our things from the truck to the inside of the camper. If u require WiFi for working/kids/general use, this campground isn’t going to work for u. We didn’t have cell service at all. And even though WiFi was stated as available in the description of the amenities, it never worked for us as I will show in the photos below. It would either not show up in ur choices to connect or it would say we were connected with a blue check beside it, but due to low connectivity we couldn’t use it. They did say they had Star Link to use if u had that service already. We were told when we got there that the spot we were in for 2 nights was available for two more if we wanted it but otherwise they were full. We had the last spot directly on the roadway and would’ve loved one at the water but was told they were booked and the NO VACANCY sign was on the entire time we stayed. I’ll show u in photos how after the first night there were more spots available than taken which didn’t make sense. On our second morning there we were woke up by a four wheeler around 6 am. Literally scared me to death as I sat straight up in bed. Remember we were right by the road and I had no idea if a vehicle was coming thru our rig or what. I got up and looked and the gate directly beside our camper was open so I guess they were starting up the sprinkler systems or working in the barn behind us as the photos will show. Either way, not how u want ur day to start at that hour. The area was clean but definitely wet from the sprinklers and puddles collected water that u have to either drive thru or walk thru with ur belongings. No cell service or WiFi will deter a lot of ppl from being able to stay here. So overall for those reasons I gave this campground a three.

We stayed in the RV Park for 6 nights to visit the Sawtooth Mountains and this quickly became our favorite full hook-up campsite we've ever had. There's no cell service and wifi was limited, which is perfect to disconnect! Loved our time away. Beautiful setting and incredible scenery!

The owners are extremely friendly and nice. Even though there are only 10 campsites, the setting is incredibly beautiful with the river flowing at the back of the campsites on the one side. Campground is very quiet even though it is situated by a highway since there is not much traffic on the highway and the river below makes a nice calming sound. Highly recommend this campground for anyone looking for full hookups in an peaceful and beautiful setting. If rain is forecasted during your stay, be aware that your camper will get dirty along the bottom but that's a small price to pay for a beautiful campsites!

Have been coming here for years and came up for the weekend and it was amazing like always. Check in was a breeze with friendly service and cabin was very clean. I booked again and will continue to stay here. The owners were friendly, amazing and willing to help answer local questions.

Arrogant , rude owners. We have been coming here for four years and have enjoyed the beautiful location. This year we came twice and were lectured about arriving 10 minutes early, and blamed for some other guests dog issues. Here we are adults in our 60’s and we’re treated like children WOW. After reading several other posts about their rude behavior , it fits a developing trend. No need to return to this location.

The owners are so wonderful and kind!! My partner and I got two flat tires in the middle of route 75 and had no service and the lovely couple that owns Torrey's welcomed us in, provided us with wifi, and allowed us to stay in their cabin until we found someone to tow us, even though they were not open for the season.

We stayed 3 nights in cabin #4. Loved the ambiance of the property along the Salmon River. The cabin was small but very clean and had everything we needed. Loved sitting outside on the immaculate grounds and the benches overlooking the river were great. We had cell coverage and WiFi. It was close to Stanley so you could go there for restaurants. Would stay there again when in the area. The couple that ran the park were very nice and made you feel right at home.

We spent two nights in Cabin #8 which was facing the river. The cabin is old style rustic and kept impeccably clean. There is a full kitchen, many soft towels in the bathroom, and our cabin had a living room and separate bedroom with two full size beds. The owners were kind and helpful when we asked for recommendations on things to do. Folks staying in the other cabins were quiet even though there were some large family groups. There is no barrier between the patio of this cabin and the large grassy area on the grounds so kids were playing and folks talking loudly right outside our bedroom. Had to ask some folks to quiet down at 10pm when they were still chatting and we were trying to sleep. Our bedroom had double beds, and that was a bit uncomfortable as we are used to having more space. Don't turn on all the kitchen appliances at once in this cabin as it will blow the fuse. We enjoyed our stay here and recommend this inn.

This is a peaceful, beautiful property right by the river. The cabins are well maintained and comfortable. The hosts are very friendly and there's also a store for any quick essentials. Highly recommend this place if you are in the area.

We stayed in the cabins at Torrey’s for our recent family reunion and I was very pleased with our experience. Check in and out was a breeze. The cabins were clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. I loved the location as we had a great view of the river. I would definitely recommend it to others and I would stay here again!

I was very disappointed that Torrey's would not consider an exception to their cancellation policy. When I had to cancel my reservations for the July 4th week, I thought it would be reasonable to request a refund of my fully paid reservation if the cabin were subsequently re-rented. No consideration at all was given to my request. We have been staying at Torrey's since 1982 and have loved it; however, I did not love this response.

Clean comfortable cabins. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. What nice people! This a great location near Stanley, Hot Springs, great fishing at Torrey's hole. The place is well manicured and cared for with nice green grass and benches to enjoy the Salmon River.

We pulled into Torrey's late at night looking for a place to stay. The hostess met us in the office and was very gracious. She even called The Cafe down the road and let them know we were coming as it was approaching closing time (great food). The cabin was cozy and spotless, decorated well and kitchen fully stocked with cooking supplies. Wish we had more time to spend there as it is located right on the Salmon river.

This is most certainly a diamond in the middle of nowhere. It was very clean and the beds are nice. I will most definitely be coming back here. Each cabin gets their own bbq to use!! Absolutely loved this place. Prices are incredibly reasonable too for cabins

We stayed at the RV park there. Was a very nice place the people were friendly and it's right on the river. There's about three spaces that actually face the river and we had one of those in were able to back in and sit on the tailgate of our toy hauler and watch the river in all the rafters go by. I absolutely recommend staying there it was $40 a night full hookups but they don't have 50 amp plug in. They only have 20 and 30 but since it was not real hot 30 work just fine. A great place

I heard about Torrey's Burnt Creek Inn from an Idaho friend. It's located about 20 miles north of Stanley Idaho on the Salmon River. The cabins are fully equipped, and there are RV camping spots. The cabins are clean and well maintained, each cabin has a kitchen, or kitchen area, bathroom, cable TV. Internet, etc. There are several cabin configurations to choose from. The grounds are very beautiful (mountain style), green grass, flowers, park-like benches. It's on the highway but the cabins/RV pads are set back so it's very peaceful. The owners are will recommend the best fishing spot or hiking trail. There is a shower house and laundry available if you need those services. This would be a perfect location for a family reunion. I debated about sharing is gem because I would like to keep it a secret! The prices are very reasonable. The rooms are clean with basic cabin decor.

Beautiful spot, but not very nice towards out of town guests. The sign on the door says “information” so when we inquired about some information we were met with a very snarky and unhelpful reply from the female working the desk. In a few words, she basically told us if we weren’t staying there not to bother them. That quickly changed my plans of staying there. Other than her bad attitude, seems like a nice place.

We spent a week at Torrey’s with our toy hauler last month and enjoyed every second of it. The RV spot was clean , level , and absolutely beautiful! The couple that runs the park are great , the prices are affordable and the views are amazing! We will Definitely be back!

Bob and Ann are great people. Very knowledgeable about the area for all activities. If you forget something, don't be afraid to ask them.my family and I have been staying there now going on 7 years and will continue to do so because of the hospitality that we get while there. The hunting and fishing are great not to mention how peaceful and beautiful it is .And again the owners are awesome.
