The fellas at O'Reillys in Middleton know their stuff. Twice in the last two weeks they have provided accurate answers to my questions, saved the day because I thought my expensive odb2 reader was broken, they helped with knowledgeable advice, that didn't require me to spend money, just replace a dang ole fuse. And saved me heart ache and frustration with an 02Sensor issue, again the proper advice given due to them being knowledgeable. I'll keep going back there. Just cause the great advice. Thank you guys.

Jared was super helpful tonight with checking and replacing our truck battery. He went out of his way to bring out the tools, remove our old battery, and help us install the new battery. We had a badly corroded terminal and he helped us pick out a new one, remove the old terminal, and install the new terminal. Jared stayed with us until the job was done and we were able to safely be on our way. SUPER pleased with Jared and the other interactions we have had with other employees here! Thanks a bunch Jared!!!

This part store is only a quarter mile from my home so we use it all the time. Actually, the manager was kind enough to let me have a mother's Day flower sale in his parking lot. Very nice workers and the store is clean. Plenty of parking. I don't think the front door is handicap accessible. In other words, it doesn't have one of those buttons that you push in. The door opens automatically. But I'm sure one of the guys could help out. There are no stairs or anything. They sell reliable Auto parts and they check certain things on your vehicle. It's a great store

They were very quick to answer my question. I didn't know if I needed a quart of transmission fluid, but if I didn't need it as long as it wasn't opened, I could bring it back for a refund

Few businesses treat customers as well as Middleton O’Reilly does. You have a problem with something you bought, no questions asked they back it up. Highly recommend.

Apparently they don't answer calls up until close. Understand I called 10 minutes to close but if your open you answer the phone. I had one part I needed ordered and it would've only taken about 3 minutes to do so. Highly disappointed.

70% of the time they don't have the part and will have to get it brought in from star or Caldwell!! Why not just stock the common parts like the other stores, needs people with some mechanical knowledge and not just computer knowledge

Was sent to the shelf to get the oil filter for my car after the manager looked up the # that’s a first normally any other store would just go grab it an ask you need anything else. I hope I remembered the part number correctly. I think I will just drive to a different location next time (NAPA)

They tested my Samurai battery and alternator. Got the alternator in the same day. The next day, my bonneville showed a check engine light. They ran the diagnostics, and it was the mass air flow sensor, which was under their warranty. The gave me a new one.

Came here to diagnose a potential battery issue. Dane came out to help and quickly got to the bottom of it. He helped pick out the best battery option without trying to sell me on something I didn't need. He even went above and beyond to help me install it which he didn't have to do. Over and above customer service. Thanks Dane (and Cory) for being so awesome. This will definitely be my go to location for auto parts service

Chad was very helpful. Helped me figure out an issue on my truck. knowledge of what is my issue. At least one and told me how to fix the other issue. He put his reputation on the one the other was 99% sure ot was the issue I'm gonna try both and be happy either way.

Every time I go into a mechanic’s shop I feel like I am getting Nickle and Dimed. Aiden @ the middleton oreilly location was more helpful than any mechanic I’ve ever talked to. He helped me get the product I needed immediately and explained how to use it very politely. I’m very appreciative for his help. Please give Aiden a raise.

I purchased a 12 volt battery on 2-16-2023 and put it in my ATV on 2-20-2023 and the battery was dead. I attempted to charge the battery with a 12 volt charger and the battery would not take a charge. I took the battery back to the store with my receipt and I was helped with Mikoli. He was doing his best but I could tell he is new on the job but friendly. He was asking a dark hair employee some questions and the guy was extremely rude/impatient with him. He than came over and asked me what type of charger I was using and I told him and his attempt was to make me feel stupid. I am sorry I did not get his name but I was in the store around 1:45 pm. There were 3 guys at the counter Mikoli, gray haired man, and the dark hair rude guy. In my opinion he should not be in customer service.

I came in for new windshield wipers while it was snowing and dark. They did not hesitate to offer to switch them out for me. Everyone at this store is always helpful. Thank you!

Poor help. It took two people to help one person in the phone. Two times I asked for help for different things. I was told again just a minute. He needs help with the person on the phone. Wow. The owner needs to get older men who know things. Who builds the energy of camaraderie. The young kids are clueless and have no welcoming. They lack the knowledge of building on cars.

I took my battery in to get a new one, and they tested the battery to see if it was still good. I was told the battery was just fine and it wasn’t the problem. I then scheduled an appointment with my dealership because my car wouldn’t start without a jump, and spent an extra $160 just to have my dealership tell me that my battery was bad and all the rest of the diagnostics on my car came back clean.

They typically have what I need here, and it's in a great location, but the customer service is not great from a couple of the employees. My family and I have had dealings with some very unprofessional employees here.

The guy behind the counter needs to learn that being a good salesman shouldn't include making the customer feel stupid for asking a question. I thought he was kidding.. sadly he was not. It's totally worth the small drive to skip this store and go literally anywhere else.

The manager there, Caleb i believe, SUPER helpful. Very possibly saved my motor. Was more than happy to check my truck out and go the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of.

My husband has been building a truck. I've been in more times then I would like to, to buy parts for my husband. The employee has been very helpful. Especially when dealing with someone who has no clue about parts lol

The guys inside were extremely helpful, came outside while it was snowing and 15 degrees outside and helped us put our headlight back in the socket and helped me adjust my headlights to the right spot so we could actually see while driving. Very thankful for them.

They were so awesome. My battery in my hummer went out. They were very kind and helpful. Way more than they have to be. He even bought my girls a sprite to share. ❤
