Pulled into their empty lot just to load a vehicle I had literally just bought next door. I wasn’t blocking anyone, wasn’t in the way — just parked for 5 minutes. Some guy comes out barking like I was stealing catalytic converters. Super rude for absolutely no reason. You’d think a place surrounded by junk cars wouldn’t be so uptight about 5 minutes of harmless parking. Never doing business here
I called to inquire if they had or carried what I was looking for. Guy answered the phone and put me straight on hold. After 15 minutes of waiting I disconnected the call. They need to learn some customer service skills.
I had an amazing experience despite being unable to find what I needed. The service was absolutely fantastic thanks to the young man at the front desk who not only took me back to look at parts but took a look at our van as well, unfortunately I forgot to ask a name so I hope he reads this and it makes his day like he made mine. 100% would come here again.
Been buying parts here for years and been good. Just recently had one bad part and what a complete joke. Can't believe a 150 dollar part could be such a headache. Delt with Andrew and he has been horrible. Giving wrong times, wrong info ect... hope this place gets its stuff together. WOW.

This company takes care of its employees too. Ask anybody customer or employee. Go here first! Don't visit the auto parts store!
Terrible customer service and very unacomidating to customers needs.wouldnt sell me a part I needed even though they had it, because it wasn't something they inventoried. Got same response to another part I needed. I guess if you need something like a mirror you have to buy the whole door also. The part I needed would have only taken a few minutes to get,but that would be too much of a bother for $10, they only want your business if your a big spender. I've sold a lot of parts where I work that weren't in inventory simply to help out a customer in need. That is what customer service is. I but a lot of parts from yards around here. The next time I need something like an engine, it won't be from Barger. It's no wonder all of the reviews but, the employee one at the top are bad. They could have helped me if they wanted to, and I would have given them a good review.
I like the convenience of their website to search for parts. I bought an engine for my car and it was great. When I went to pick up the engine, the service was not great. The person at the desk told me to drive to the gate and he would open it. I sat there for 10 minutes then finally got out of my vehicle and found a call button (was not obvious or marked). Then sat in the back lot waiting for someone to load the engine with a fork lift. After another 10 minutes, I walked around the yard until I found someone who said they would find someone to help me. Then I waited another 10 minutes for that person to arrive. It was a weekday and there were few customers there. But I will continue to get parts here because of the online convenience and quality of parts.
