Called for somewhat hard to find parts. Person I spoke with was very knowledgeable. Had the parts ready to pick up when they said they would. Prices were very reasonable.
Terrible. They charge way to much for things and then claim if they put a little working into it it would be worth alot. They are just trying to make money and don't care about the customer.
Drove from Oregon but called ahead to verify they had a part I needed. They confirmed and gave me a price. I arrived at 3:18pm a good 2 hours prior to them closing and when I got there the guy told me he wouldnt be able to get the part for me until the next day because the parts puller was to busy. I explained i was from out of town and was going back and he still wouldnt help. I spent $60 in fuel and left empty-handed
If I could I wouldn’t even put 1 star. I ordered a wheel almost 3 weeks ago and when they called me to day it was delivered it was the wrong wheel, they lied to me about shipping and I would call often because they never gave me updates on where my wheel was. When I asked for a tracking number and I looked. It up the order wasn’t even processing when they said it should be by today. I noticed my wheel had been delivered from the tracking and they never called, I called them to ask if it was there and if they could check for me to make sure it was the right one, they go yes it should be when I asked multiple times to check twice. I drove over 30 miles there and back just for Greg to say “uhhhh yeah that’s not the right one” and the wheel was bent and the completely wrong color. Both Greg and Rob are horrible people to work with and I never suggested coming here for anything.
I purchased a rear bumper for 530 dollars I asked before buying if I would get my money back and they said yes when I went back to return the item they said they were charging me 25% restock fee which came out to 130 or so they lied just to make a sale so be carefull and they said they product was in good shape and it was horrible not what they said don't buy from there

Ordered a radiator from these guys was supposed to be tested it took me longer than the 90 days to get it into the vehicle that I was working on called them today to try to get it returned and get another one was told that it was beyond the 90 days but they could order another one for me so they're not honoring the fact that the first one was supposed to be good I will never ever do business with them again.
My husband wanted rims for his Suburban. These guys did an excellent job. Walked out with a nice set of chrome rims at a decent price. Will definitely be going back
Got a like new refurbished battery here... that pumps out as much juice as a brand new one and has a warranty! Seriously will never pay full price for another battery ever again. Greg and his guys can get you any part you need. Great place, highly recommended for any used auto parts!

Called ahead to make sure part was there. Drove an hour to pick it up. Guy says it'll be another hour to get a guy to pull the part and he'll call me when it's ready. I'm not allowed to pull it myself because closed yard. I waste an hour and a half nearby before calling back. Turns out the guy went home and didn't tell anybody to pull the part.
Anytime I'm having a hard time finding the parts that I need for particular vehicles these guys always come through for me, you would think a lot of places have Transmissions for older Chevy's or Fords not even close
, but all parts broker has always had the right part when I needed it.
Great place to get quality parts. I've always bought parts here if they don't have it they always get it and it's cheaper than I could have got them elsewhere.
they sell you stuff tell you it'll be in in a day and then you wait 5 days for to get here. They charged three times as much as anybody else does and when your stuff does get here it's broken. I have dealt with these people three times and in those three times of dealing with these people I have had problems every single time. Hate dealing with stupid ignorant f****** people
