Got what I needed quick and easy. Big fan of self service, being able to get the parts off the rig. Fair prices and friendly staff. I'll be coming back for sure
Bought two side windows for a ranger told them what tipe of window it had to be they gave me the wrong ones I called sec times before going in to make sure I could bring them back and lady at the desk said I could wasted gas going in just to be told they wouldn’t refund me after saying they would would not recommend this place
Horrible experience, me and my buddy came in super nice, and the lady working at the front counter was very rude and impatient. She asked us what we wanted and we gave her an answer, after telling her she looked at us blankly and seemed not to care that two costumers were standing right in front of her. She then insulted us by saying that she doesn’t want us to bring our parts up and for us not to have enough money to pay for it. We stayed nice and laughed it off but then we kept asking if they had the car we needed parts for, after a while she finally told us and then we went and got the parts we were looking for. When we came back with the parts we wanted (all we wanted were simple wires that were worth no more that 3-5 dollars) she was still not attentive and treated us with disrespect. We sat there for a while. She was rummaging around her desk and when she decided to help us she didn’t even look at the parts and told us that she wanted an absurd price for the poorly conditioned parts we had. After we tried to bargain her down, she scoffed in our face and told us to leave. They are not nice to anyone under the age of 50 and they are overall just rude. Please take your business elsewhere and do NOT come here.
The lady at the front desk has a superiority complex. DO NOT come here if you are young. They treat you like garbage. Their prices are high on beat up parts and the staff are not nice. I would not recommend this place at all.
Used to be great, under new management and has majorly gone down hill... It seems like they don't even want to sell parts anymore. Very difficult to communicate with and rude. More than new prices for used parts you have to pull... Low quality business . I used to go every other week but will never go back. Save yourself time, money and sanity by going anywhere else.
Don’t go there expecting to get used parts for cheaper than new parts. I went there for a sliding back glass for a little pickup ( middle sliding glass wasn’t even in there) paid over $100. I even went and pulled it. Go to ipull and save 86 dollars before ever going here.
If I could give them no stars I would called asked if they had a part the ignorant person that answered the phone asked what part I needed I got 3 words out my mouth and he said no we don't have it and hung up this place is a joke
I found one car in all the salvage places that matched my vehicle. Thank you for being awesome and getting me the parts i needed. I eill be back for more of my vehicle needs. Thank you.
Came here 3 days in a row. Talked to someone on the phone in the morning got there just before noon nobody there. Waited over an hr with 4 other people here waiting as well and nobody shows up! Horrible horrible place. If you own a business you should be there!
