I can't say enough about how great this husband and wife duo are! We literally went off the side of a mountain and they came on the weekend and followed us up the mountain with thier wrecker. Whitney is the hardest working woman I think I've ever seen going up and down the side of the mountain multiple times and Dustin was cool, calm, and calculated bringing the truck up and back on the road!! Absolutely blessed to have found them!
K Protow rescued my son when State Farm's ERS company Agero failed and left him stranded in freezing temps for 4 hours. Agero sent a locksmith company versus a tow company when my son hit a curb and had a flat tire. We had to end up paying out of pocket despite my son having insurance and tow service. Where Agero failed, K Protow delivered. Very friendly, nice and prompt. Thank you SO MUCH for helping my son.
One of the nicest people I've ever met. He went out of his way to come and pull me out of my driveway at 12:45 at night. He even helped me by getting in my car and made sure I was parked in my spot and wouldn't get stuck again. Would not have gotten to work the next day if it wasn't for him. Highest respect. I am so grateful. When you need somebody to tow you out call Dustin. He's the man.
On time ( actually faster than expected ) professional, and
knowledgeable. I appreciated his attention to detail putting back all the parts to fix the tire and help me reload my SUV.
Very friendly and helpful! After wasting an hour on the phone with road side assistance insurance and them doing nothing, I googled K pro tow and he helped out huge getting me towed and even having his wife go out of her way to come so my wife and kids had a ride back to town while we got the truck towed. Amazing out of there way in customer service, and fair prices. Definitely recommend this company!

Profesional, up front and honest. I broke down on my back from Priest. No cell service and with my pup. Once I got into service it took one phone call to back to my car, get it hooked up and get home to Spokane. The time estimate and cost were as discussed.
