If your looking to get broken parts and treated like crap by the front desk person ( if he's even there and not just walking around not doing his job ) then go ahead and get your parts here. If you want to get treated right go to Shaws in pocatello LKQ and its manager ( Jason ) are crap !
This Idaho facility and more importantly Jason were absolutely amazing. I ordered a part 5 times from LKQ and got the wrong part over 3 months while my car was out of commission. Customer service online was awful. Jason reached out to confirm I got the right part, and not only did his job but went above and beyond to help me and actually cared, listened and was amazing. I will be dealing with him a lot in the future....Awesome and 10 stars if I could!
Going to LKQ is certainly hit or miss. There are times when it is easy I get what I need and I get on the road and then there are times when it is a complete headache and the staff is less than helpful. Typically they have what I need. The office workers could use a little help with their people skills.
LKQ employees are extremely thorough, the part was ordered and i was able to pick it up the next day and at a re ssd onal price
I will continue using them when i need auto/truck parts.
I buy alot of parts from these guys for work. Rick Stinger is very knowledgable and very good to work with. He always goes the extra mile to get me what I need. I highly recommend LKQ.
They always can get to the parts that you need they can send for them sometimes they take two to three days sometimes just today excellent stuff out their excellent
Rick Stinger is rude, didn't do his paperwork for my price quote and they knowingly sold me the wrong part for my car I told them a '01 and they sold me a '99 part and compared it to my original part and even said oh it won't fit.
These guys always have what I'm looking for and at a killer price as well. Highly recommend using these guys. Great customer service all the way around.
USED TO BE A GOOD PLACE TO GET USED AND AFTERMARKET PARTS FROM BUT LAST 6 MONTHS HAVE BEEN HORRIBLE. SHIPPED WRONG PARTS AND LONG DELAYS IN GETTING PARTS, ORDERED AND ECM AND RECIEVED A COOLING FAN AND WHEN CALLED TO TELL THEM THEY INSISTED WAS CORRECT PART !! ??? NOW THEY WONT ANSWER THE PHONE AND WHEN CALLED TO TALK WITH A SUPERVISOR WAS TOLD HE WOULD CALL ME BACK IN 15 MINUTES AND STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED CALL BACK. Update 11/27 received part today and is wrong ratio!!!
No helpful at all, people at the desk once you walked in they seems like you are just annoying them because they gotta listen to you ! Problably for you that are sitting behind the desk, YOU SHOULD GO HOME and let someone that need to work give better customer service ! I will never even bother come to this LKQ or another one... seems like LKQ has too much business and power to care about new customers ! gladly they are not the only ones out there ! AWFULL SERVICE !
Horrible service. I've called this place about 5 times for different parts and they won't even let me come look at the lot. They just say that I should order it online. Why are you even open?
Criss at lkq is the biggest lier always making excuses for every mistake they make and then never calling back been waiting for a tcase for over one month now I'm discussed stay away

I represent ASAP Repair of Rupert Idaho. We have been a customer of LKQ of Eastern Idaho for years. Recently, we ordered a used engine from LKQ and they claimed that each cylinder was tested at 170 lbs of compression. We went ahead and trusted this claim and installed the engine, a 20 hour job and when we started the engine, we found one cylinder completely dead and the other 7 cylinders were tested at 140 lbs of compression. Clearly, this engine was not tested when it left their facility. They shipped us another engine, but when we asked to be reimbursed for the labor, they said there was nothing that could be done because we had not purchased the extended warranty and "that is the risk you take when you buy a used engine". Why should we have to purchase an extended warranty to be covered on an engine that never worked in the first place? We understand the risk of installing used engines, because we've installed hundreds of used engines in the past. This is my warning to you: DO NOT take LKQ's word for the condition of their parts. DO NOT install without testing your self because they will not work with you, even if you have been a loyal customer in the past.
