Denny's Wrecker Service is a great company. I highly recommend them. Their tow truck driver, Kayman, was prompt, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. My truck broke down on I-15 south of Pocatello, ID while on a road trip to Salmon, ID. It was Saturday of a holiday weekend, so everything was closed until Tuesday. Kayman got me linked up with a local mechanic who could start work immediately and got me back on the road. You guys saved my hunting trip / vacation and got me out of a tough situation and at a fair price. Kayman is a great dude. Thanks so much!

Thank you Kayman for your help getting our truck to JandK auto repair. We were driving back to California when the truck just stopped running. Kayman recommended a nearby repair shop and towed us to the property. We cannot tell you how much we appreciate your taking such good care of us! We are back on the road thanks to you! Thank God!!!

Denny’s Wrecker Services is wonderful! Our car broke down Saturday night. Kayman was our driver and he was willing to tow us all the way to Boise but was unable to due to his schedule. We appreciate that he was willing. We didn’t know of a mechanic in town and with tomorrow being a Sunday we didn’t have many options. Kayman knew of someone who could take a look at it and he towed us to the auto shop as well as to our hotel. Kayman was awesome and we super appreciate him! We highly recommend this company!

My car died on the highway for the first time in my life, and I was stressing the whole time I was waiting for someone to come. I had the pleasure of working with Kayman, he gave me lots of tips, and things to look into concerning my car. He was patient with me, and was nice to my dog. Not only did he help me, but he was kind and humorous. Definitely made me crack up a couple of times. Thanks, man.

I needed a 4wd towed and let Dennys know ahead of time… they showed up with a winch tow truck and gave every excuse in the book why it wouldn’t be a problem. I made Dennys come back with a flat bed which the driver of had a major attitude. It’s really hit or miss with Dennys towing…

Do not trust Denny's. They towed my elderly mothers car to their lot and have been nothing but trouble. It seems like they are more interested in keeping her vehicle from her so they can reap the rewards. Don't be fooled they are not a 24 hour service. They false advertise and have hidden fees and charges to make it impossible for people to retrieve their vehicles. Access to the lot is restricted to less than working hours so it is even more difficult to reclaim your vehicle. They have agreed to send photos over the phone and then they never sent the photos. They offered a quote from one of their own employees, or friend of employees' at an outrageous rate. Do not trust Denny's just because you know the name. You don't want to know the service... ----- If there are no laws to prevent companies like Denny's from having unreasonable hours. Considering they are willing to pay staff to accommodate the collection of someone else's property. 24 hours a day willing to take your wrecked, or improperly parked vehicle. Yet not held to any standard, not even normal business hours? For someone to collect. Or collect information about that property? It is a serious allegation "false advertisement" but it is one I am willing to stand upon. You are willing to take into your possession and collect fees upon somebodies property at a 100% rate 24 hours a day? Yet what is the rate were a person can deal with this and you? It is not 100%, it is not 24 hours. So if there is no legislation in place to ensure operations like yours are not held to some higher standard then what is being practiced currently by you. Maybe there should be. Thanks for the reply DeAnn, and the understanding of my concerns.

If I could give negative stars I would. I believe the Denny's dispatcher name is Tori, & she was nothing short of ignorant & rude. I asked why it was towed because there weren't any towing signs in the parking lot. She got ignorant stating that all the parking lots were connected & only have an entry & exit. That even though there wasn't a towing sign in that parking lot, that even though they're all private property & connected they by law technically only have to have one somewhere in the parking lot. $483 for my vehicle to be towed & kept over night. I asked if there was someway to work the amount out, because it's an ungodly amount of money for a tow & overnight storage. She got even more ignorant & rude, then told me it had to be in cash today, or then there's be another day storage charge added. This place is overpriced, the dispatcher is extremely rude, & unethical. Can't state more not to use or go to this company for ANYTHING.

They lied to me to cover a $300+ tow. They said I called through the police, I did not. They said I called after hours. It was 3:20pm on a Friday. They said they didn't have the key. I left them the instructions to the keys and they gave the tow truck driver the wrong number. Leaving him with no way to contact me. Awful communication on their part. Predatory and straight up wrong. Would not recommend. (EDIT IN RESPONSE) I appreciate your response, however as a point to the miscommunication. All of the information given me by the billing department was erroneous and assumptions that were given as reasons for the exorbitant charge. Excess of $300 for a mid day, weekday call for a 20 mile tow.

Forgot my keys to my truck and they were very friendly and even gave me a book of half off or B1G1 free coupons. The young lady that helped me out was very personable. They were very fast when i needed the tow. I didnt wait but maybe 20 minutes and he was there and ready to tow my truck in 10 min!! Couldn't believe how fast he had my truck up of the ground and on the way to the mechanics.

They towed my vehicle that was illegally parked by my nephew. That’s not the problem. The issue is, my husband’s urn and ashes and his military flag were in the back. As soon as I found out it had been towed, I contacted them. I went there to get my items. Fortunately the car was locked and I had no key. They told me they would be getting into it “eventually “, and would get my items out and get back with me. It’s been a very long hard two years without my husband’s ashes by my side. And them still not getting back with me or telling me anything. Every time I call, I get nothing but a run around. I want to know, did you just dispose of his urn and ashes??? And if so, what kind of monsters are you to do that???

Broke down on the interstate in the middle of our 10-hour drive home, pulling a camper trailer on a hot summer day. Jeremy was extremely quick to respond, professional, and got us to a repair shop in minutes. Wonderful experience as far as needing a tow truck goes!

Denny's towed my car from an apartment complex without verifying who was calling to have my car towed. A tenant was the one calling, which is not allowed, as they cannot have cars towed from property that is not theirs. When I called to retrieve my car, they said they had closed early for the day and that I would have to pay an additional gate fee of 75 dollars to get my car. I said their hours hadn't changed anywhere to provide notice if early closure, therefore I shouldn't have to pay the gate feed, in addition to my car being improperly towed. It was only when I went to the apartment complex management and got them involved that Denny's looked into it, and discovered the woman who called was not, in fact, "Mike" with the apartment complex who was listed on the receipt as having authorized the tow. The woman, Stephanie, who I spoke with about getting a refund after working with the apartment complex manager involved was very rude, but the other woman who I spoke with in the office was incredibly nice and understanding, and gave me the cash I had paid the previous day. I normally wouldn't leave a review, but there were several failings here on Denny's part, and I thought it should be known that, while the situation was resolved in my favor, it shouldn't have happened in the first place.

Towing service responded to roadside assistance for a flat tire. However, this particular technician decided he wasn't willing to perform a simple tire replacement w any use of skill. This technician was rude to my niece when she asked questions about spare tire retrieval from under my truck, then he put the spare on wo properly tightening the lug nuts causing the wheel to wobble and shake during drove home the short distance. Also he didn't bother to even mention that the spare tire was pretty much flat. I had a very harrowing scary and anxious drive home. The following day, Me, that's right me, myself, and I tightened the lug nuts and straightened the tire as best I could b4 work at 9A, then another trip to a gas station w an air pump. Perhaps I should be in charge of training-average fixer. No worries, though after that Les Schwab took care of the tire that needed a patch and did a check/balance of my spare b4 returning it under my truck.

Kayman came and saved me off the I-15 this morning. He understands how dangerous it is to be stuck on the side of the interstate and prioritizes safety and getting you out quickly. I appreciate him very much. He's a great guy to talk to and is very passionate and actually cares about what he does. He's got the driving skills of Jeff Gordon, the charisma of Leonardo DiCaprio and the beauty of Dog the Bounty Hunter.

Kayman from Denny's Wrecker Service was amazing. He was faced with more of a problem than was communicated to him through AAA dispatch, but was innovative and solved our towing problem. He was patient and courteous as we explored repair and lodging options.

Friendly & knowledge office staff who quickly dispatched the right truck for our emergency tow. Our truck blew a head gasket just north of Pocatello, and needed a tow to Rexburg. Truck driver Jeremy arrived & got us loaded up & to our destination. He was professional and even gave us some local advice about our engine issue. Would definitely recommend.

Denny’s was quick to respond when our 2022 van died in our garage. They were able to get it to the dealer where it could be revived. They show true ownership of their actions, are professional, competent, and their office staff and after hours personnel are quick to respond to requests. If your car dies I would recommend Denny’s for a reliable tow.

Sean Vance helped us out when a ripped tire tread cut an electrical line on our dodge and left us stranded. He was very professional and got us towed safe and sound. Very appreciative of his efforts and pricing to get the job done.

Had to have a tow in town for my truck and they came recommended. They made it work with a smaller tow, thus giving me a better deal. The driver was a nice guy and shared some jokes with us as we drove to the mechanics. I called a couple other on a Saturday and they were the only one's open. I appreciate their help alot.

We live in a rural area and have needed help twice with vehicles getting stuck off our driveway this last winter and spring. We are so grateful for Sean who came out both times... especially in the snow when our plow truck nearly ended up in the creek bed. He not only did an excellent job but was so kind and made us feel a lot better about the situation. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services anytime.

My car died on I-15 and I was advised by AAA that Denny's towing was coming to assist me. Twenty minutes after he was supposed to get there I called and asked where he was. Apparently the driver stopped and helped someone else and never showed. I called AAA again and had them send a different service provider. I ended up being stranded on the side of the road for 3.5 hours. I would recommend never using this company.

If you have AAA, request Denn'ys!!! Fast, professional, on-time, friendly, and very knowledgeable. My car broke down 92 miles from the dealership, and Denny's showed up and had the car hooked up and ready to roll in under 5 minutes. Our driver was very friendly. Overall a great experience.

I have a 21 year old daughter living 9 hours from home so when she said that she had car problems and needed a tow, we called AAA and they sent out Denny's Wrecking Service. The driver made my daughter feel at ease and went above and beyond what was necessary to help. In this day and age of bad customer service it is refreshing to be able to say that this company is amazing and honest. Thank you for helping my daughter, your customer service was spectacular!
