The entire experience was nothing less than great from the phone call with the scheduler to the driver that picked up my vehicle. The process was smooth and easy and the customer service was impeccable. Highly recommend and would use again if needed.
Shawn helped us out immensely when our car went out on i84! Reliable, honest, and kind! He got there quickly, and safely, and got my car back in perfect condition. We will definitely be recommending them for towing needs!
Not impressed. At this day and age if someone has insurance coverage you should be able to bill the insurance for the tow. There is a system that allows it. This company wasn’t able to help!
I broke down on my way to work and Torch got there quickly, everyone I dealt with was incredibly kind, and they let my boys look at the tow truck. They were also cheaper than the other company I contacted who were going to take longer to get there. I saved their number in my phone because they’re the best tow company I’ve experienced!
Needed our car towed fast. After calling around and getting nowhere, I finally called Torch Towing and Ted showed up and towed our car to my Sons house within 20 minutes of the call. The next day, we needed it towed again to a shop. Ted showed up again and took care of us. Ted was very pleasant and professional. He is definitely an asset to the company. My records indicate that what you are doing is very unprofessional. I mean I can't show on here from personal experience via phone recording and messages, but having proof that this company believes in hearsay and not facts. But thank you for your concern Matt. You should probably be a little bit more professional. You probably shouldn't tell somebody there's going to be consequences if they say anything. This isn't how you represent a business.

I was driving down the 84 in my semi when my brakes locked up. I was stranded on the side of the freeway until I found torch towing. They answered right and away and sent someone out as soon as they could. I had Joe respond. Joe went above and beyond anything expected of a tow truck driver. If you unfortunately need a tow go with torch.
They took the stress out of a stressfull situation and made it a pleasant experience fast efficient professional and cheaper then the rest I wouldn't call anyone else thank you so much Ben and the rest of torch u got something the rest dont got u actually care and enjoy what u do for that alone I'll call again when I'm in trouble

Such a nice crew! The dispatcher was helpful and asked us all of right questions then made sure to communicate it to the driver so we didn’t have to repeat it. The driver was prompt and followed up once everything was done. I would highly recommend them for your towing!

Very helpful and good service. Took a little bit to get the car dollies out from under my car and get it towed to my new home. When the car sprung and oil leak, he even helped out with some floor dry.
Called TJ around 12:30 am with a flat tire and was there within 20 minutes. He was great very nice pleasant and got us taken care of on on our way so quickly. Would highly recommend them!

Called them up today for keys locked in my truck. Within 15 min they showed up and in 2 min or less truck was open. Very friendly and fast, they are worth the call.

Today my son had his first experience in driving in the snow he had hit a curb bent Up some suspension parts I called torch towing and they took care of his poor car. Car went to the car doctor thanks to torch towing.
