Ignition switch gave it up. Could not get the bike to start, so called Shawn to come and rescue the bike at my work. I ended up killing the battery trying to get it to fire at 0500 and 40 degrees out in the dark. Figured it's easier to get it home where I have all the tools needed to make the required repairs. I sent Shawn an e-mail from the website and he replied right away. I made arrangements for him to pick up the bike at my work and site drop it at my house. He was prompt on his timeline and gave me updates as he was in transit. He had the bike loaded in about 10 minutes and I paid him and off he went. He has a very nice setup for recovery and even placed the bike in my garage when it arrived at my home. As a fellow Marine brother, Semper Fi says all you need to know about this local business. Shawn came out quickly and jump started my vehicle. He took the time to explain why my portable jump starter couldn’t do the job and gave me recommendations on where to go to get my car battery that was only 20 months old checked out. He was knowledgeable and kind and I would recommend his services.

What are the chances of two Canadian bikes being afflicted with flat rear tires within a one hour period ? Very high if you happen to ride highway 55 north some 45 miles from Boise on a 104 F Friday in July on a chip seal highway.
No cell service, a very narrow shoulder and both riders (me and a buddy) were dehydrated.
Enter Sean Hess. A gent who is built like a Buick who is also professional and friendly He made two trips into the Harley dealer over a period of several hours.
Does not end there. He drove us to a hotel and also pointed out places to dine etc.
My AAA coverage took care of the invoice (eventually) but regardless, this man and the service he provided was worth his weight in gold. I would have happily paid even if my AAA claim was rejected.

Got to my locked out vehicle within 20 minutes of receiving the call from my insurance company. It took him longer to hand me a business card then it did for him to get me into my vehicle and then he was on his way. Very respectful, clean appearance, very nice and cared for company vehicles. This man is the real deal. I highly advise anyone looking for a service that Semper Fi offers then look no further folks. No damage what-so-ever done to my vehicle, due to calculated prep work and being a master at his craft.
