Unusual out of phone contact spot up a canyon. Couldn’t load the motorcycle but he did his best. Inflated my flat tire. He did an excellent job to stay with me all the way to the gas station; then helped inflate tire and then follow me to the shop. High marks for trying to please the customer.

Ignition switch gave it up. Could not get the bike to start, so called Shawn to come and rescue the bike at my work. I ended up killing the battery trying to get it to fire at 0500 and 40 degrees out in the dark. Figured it's easier to get it home where I have all the tools needed to make the required repairs. I sent Shawn an e-mail from the website and he replied right away. I made arrangements for him to pick up the bike at my work and site drop it at my house. He was prompt on his timeline and gave me updates as he was in transit. He had the bike loaded in about 10 minutes and I paid him and off he went. He has a very nice setup for recovery and even placed the bike in my garage when it arrived at my home. As a fellow Marine brother, Semper Fi says all you need to know about this local business. He took the time to explain why my portable jump starter couldn’t do the job and gave me recommendations on where to go to get my car battery that was only 20 months old checked out.
