After replacing some parts, there was a clicking noise when turning sharply to the right. Upon in- depth investigation, the service techs found that a wheel weight was the incorrect type and was hitting the new parts and causing the noise. They removed it, after which I went to Les Schwab and had the tire rebalanced. Since it was an incorrect weight type, there was no charge. The service techs at Eagle auto Repair did a great job.

Had various issues I wanted looked into for my Dodge and these guys pin pointed them, and fixed them with honesty and integrity. Would highly recommend and will be coming back for future needs.

What a gem Eagle Auto Repair is. I’ve overlooked it until this week when I pulled in after realizing my RAV4 had a dead headlight. Dylan kindly replaced the bulb with a new one from NAPA next door and had me on the road in record time. No service charge, which would probably not have been the case at my dealership.

Dylan and Josh have been excellent in taking care of the mechanics on my car. Their professionalism and work ethics are outstanding! I highly recommend their services

These guys overcharge out the azz. Had a pressure valve changed and they charged $400 labor. I asked them to show the work they did. Office guy was pissed that I asked . The mechanic remove 2 8mm nuts from the engine dust cover and showed me the little pressure sensor hooked to two vacuum lines. They had to remove the dust cover and charged $400 in labor. The office guy was completely insulting and Antagonist. I said you are arguing and insulting your customer now that's what I call good service. I wouldn't touch these guys again if they paid me the overpriced fees they charge. Two nuts on a dust cover and $400 in labor.

Awesome service as usual. They do great work on my 2015 BMW X5. I come in from Weiser cause they are dependable and always go above and beyond.They fix what is wrong and don't try to upsell like the dealers. I can't say enough good about the guys at Eagle Auto Repair, they are just the best!!! Thank you!!

My exsperience with Eagle auto repair is amazing. I moved to Eagle 5 years ago and they have been the only place I take my BMW. They are kind,fast and persice. The guy's could give lessons on customer service. More business owners need to take lessons from them.

We had our first experience of a child accidentally filling up a car with diesel fuel, rather than gasoline. After it stuttered to a stop and it was realized what had happened, we contacted Eagle Auto Repair. The entire process was great. They thoroughly explained all of the possibilities of what damage could have happened and the price range we could be facing. Communication was excellent throughout and the work was completed quickly. In the end, they were able to keep the cost at the lowest end of the range. We were so appreciative of their thorough and honest work. We will definitely return again when we have our next auto mishap!

Excellent communication and exceptional service! Took my recently-acquired vehicle here that was having some electrical and transmission issues... they were very up-front with me that they may or may not be able to fix the issues, but were willing to take a look to see if anything could be done. Not only were they able to diagnose the problems, but they were able to fix all of them for less than I was expecting to have to pay. Walked away a very happy customer and the car has been running perfectly ever since. Will be back for all future auto repair needs – everyone there was super friendly, open and honest.

I needed my light bulbs replaced (that I purchased) on my truck head lights. I spoke with Josh and he said to bring it in and they would get it done in a few minutes. Dylan replaced my lights quickly no charge. Thank you so much!

Our A/C went out & we stopped at Eagle Auto Repair where there were many cars, but they started working on our car immediately. We are from out of state & had planned to leave Boise the next morning so the technician said he'd come early, at 7 a.m. if we wanted to bring it in. We did & 2 hours later it was done! The men were so helpful & cordial. We recommend them to anyone & everyone, as going above & beyond.

I could not be happier with the service we received from Eagle Auto Repair. Our check engine light came on while driving on highway 55, the car was running so rough we barely made it to Eagle. They took the car that day and had it done and ready to go by Friday. I was kept informed the entire time my car was there and I was treated very well.. They were able to work with my warranty company and get much of the work covered under the warranty. Josh and his team are top notch!

2015 Vette. Had an electrical problem over July 4 weekend & left car in lot. Josh had it scheduled the next Monday morning & it was finished in a few hours. Mechanic Dave did the work & car runs perfectly now. Have used Eagle Auto in past on another Corvette & nothing less than first class work. And they stand behind their work w no issues. Thank you Eagle Auto!

They did quite a few repairs on my old 86 Chevy, I am very happy with the work they did to the radiator as well as fixing the rear differential leak. My only complaint would be they forgot to tighten the nuts on the carrier bearing of my driveshaft after they replaced my U-joint. Which caused my driveshaft to fall at an angle. I’d like to write it off as an honest mistake but it definitely put me in a tough position since I was hauling hay. Overall they are polite, professional and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg for all the repairs they did.
