The experience was fine, it's just that I was told a certain price that you folks gave me upon running an estimate for my truck, came the day an they took off $40.00, an came up with a lame excuse, " because it's on the 3rd parking structure". Okay so what does that have to do with anything? The tow truck cleared the parking structure. You folks should stick to what u say an not come the day with a less amount to give me.
I would recommend my friends and families to these guys at Oahu Used Auto Parts and Recycling company because they're very good. They're very professional, I messaged them one evening, and they called back within 10 minutes to set up time for pickup the next day. The lady on the phone was nice and helpful.
I call Cash 4 cars to pick up my junk truck from my driveway and they did it the same day, they are legit because they ask for the title as the law requires, I recommend to give them a call.

The girl on the phone was super nice and local and helpful. Uncle in the tow truck was on-time even early couple times, super cool uncle took care. They do cash for cars, pays better then the rest, even if its 20 bucks more then the other guy. I call for all my broken cars, better then taking up parking on my street. Fast and quick. Called them the night before and they said theyll have a driver for me as soon as the sun arose the next day! The driver was respectful and very professional. He got my car out of a tight spot since my neighbor couldn't find his keys. I would definitely recommend anyone to go to this company if they have any unwanted vehicles or even for a simple towing. Their process is super simple and easy! 10/10 service
