Fast, Friendly, and Efficient! We weren’t able to start our car ourselves and had a car appointment coming up, so we called Hawaii Towing Company after a quick search and seeing the reviews. They were fast to answer and gave a 45 minute to hour estimate due to currently handling another car job. Not only did he make it within 30 minutes, but he also did a quick check on the car to see if it would start without having to tow. He ended up being able to jump it and recommended driving to a mechanic to check out the battery. All around nice guy and a great experience! I recommend Hawaii Towing Company and would definitely use their services again if I’m ever in need of a tow.
Great experience. Our vehicle broke down over the weekend and needed to be towed to an authorized dealer. We changed our pickup time about three times and they were flexible and understanding of our situation. We finally settled on 6:30am and George was there exactly on time. He was professional, easy to work with, and efficient. Definitely recommend.

What a great experience!!! For a contract I have, required a new car moved from the dealer to my customer. I call two other places and funny enough 24 hours businesses don't answer their phones. BUT - not at Hawaii Towing Company... As a matter of fact, I got George on the phone (a true professional) and he quickly got to work. The able to schedule so I had my ducks in order and wonderfully got the job done! So... If are stuck or my case not stuck - give George a call and know you'll be treated great!

The guy who picked me up called me prior and kept me posted about where he was at and how long it would take to get to me. The moment he got to my destination, he was very catering towards my cars needs: setting up the ramps, guiding me on the flat bed, etc. he was very considerate and careful since my car is low. He also offered me a ride which I was very grateful for. Great communication! Thank you, 10/10 definitely recommend for future reference.
Beyond impressed with their service! Needed another towing company as the first one we were trying to go with, didn’t show up on the scheduled time and we needed to go to an appt ASAP if not we would lose our spot. Luckily, Hawaii Towing Company was the first search and was nearby to our location! Called them and they answered right away and was told they would show up within 30 mins. George showed up ASAP, hooked the car up and we even got to our appt on time! (Thankfully no traffic too). Made everything sweet and simple! So very thankful for their fast and great service! When my car overheated near Ward Ave, I had to call a towing company for the first time. I contacted several companies, but Hawaii Towing Company stood out with their affordable pricing and numerous 5-star reviews. George provided an estimated arrival time of 45-60 minutes, but impressively, he arrived within 30 minutes. He was very friendly, professional, and respectful.

Awesome customer service and ride! From the first phone call until unloading my car at my home, he was straight forward, concerned about making sure the car got on the flatbed properly and no hidden fees! Will use him again if anything ever goes wrong again! This all happened on a holiday weekend, wow!
After being let down by another tow company that didn’t even show after scheduling an appointment, Hawaii Towing Company showed up and completely surpassed my expectations. I had the pleasure of having George help me get my car to a shop after the water pump and thermostat failed and I must say he gave excellent service. Communication was great and he even was able to squeeze me into the schedule before the time I was given over the phone. Upon arrival, he also took the time to teach me how to put my car in neutral without cranking it up which I honestly appreciate. After today’s experience, I would gladly give this company another call if ever needed and would totally recommend them to anyone on island.
George at Hawaii Towing Company was the only bright spot in a bad day gone worse. My power steering went out and left my truck crippled in Walmart parking lot. I called numerous tow companies that either didn’t pickup, voicemails were full, didn’t have any trucks, didn’t have a flat bed truck, and even got scammed by another. George was referred by another tow company and he immediately answered the phone, was pleasant to talk to, and showed up within 15 minutes of my call (which was 2 hours into my whole debacle). George was a gentlemen upon arrival and by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a tow truck driver.
Absolutely amazing. I had waited for 3 hours for another tow company that never showed up. called the second tow company they wanted money up front I didn't do that. I called and dealt with Greg with Hawaii Towing company he came within 45 minutes I think it was half an hour. It was a pleasant and professional experience. he drove my vehicle where It needed to go, answered all my questions on the phone before he even showed up, was very professional and clean. I would recommend this company to anybody who needed a tow truck most definitely five stars I wish I could give 10 Stars.

Besides it being the quickiest towing service I've ever received, George was so very courteous, friendly and professional! I had left messages for other towing services, and no one ever called me back, whereas Hawaii Towing answered when I called. George was also able to send me a receipt immediately so that I could submit it to my insurance company for reimbursement. I highly recommend Hawaii Towing!
The tow driver and owner of the company was very polite and knew his job well! He was able to tow me from downtown Honolulu to Kapolei. I very much appreciated since every other tow company I called wasn't able to service me at my time of need. The truck Hawaii Towing uses has a flat bed in the back, which helped me feel more calm knowing how secure my car was during the towing. The best part about the experience is that Hawaii Towing is friendly and will give periodic messages to keep their customers updated on how far they are from their destination. 10/10 would call every time I or one of my friends need a tow!

Me and my brother were visiting the island when our rental car got a flat tire. We called around, but this company had the best towing options (including flat bed which we needed). George was helpful immediately on the phone, giving us wait times and was extremely responsive through text! Initially we were told the wait would be around 1 1/2 hours, but ended up only waiting for a short 30 minutes. George was very kind throughout the entire ride which really made a huge difference and was very appreciated. He even let me borrow a phone charger. I would give this business 6 stars if I could! Amazing Job and skills of Hawaiian George Corpus! Actually he saved the nite for us! State Farm could not help us to get towed and we waited 4 hours, on the H-2! We were tired and cold because it was raining! State Farm will get their review! George at Hawaii Towing Company came through for me when I had to tow my deceased father's 1956 T-Bird from his home. The vehicle had been sitting for over 30 years in a closed garage so small that I wasn't even sure it was possible to get the car out of there. The space was so tight the car doors could barely open. Making matters worse, there were no ignition keys. George had exceptional expertise in knowing for that particular car and model year I'd be able to put the gear in neutral which would allow the car to roll. The garage was located directly on a busy thoroughfare which would be challenging and potentially dangerous if we needed to block street lanes. He guided me in prepping everything ahead of time like filling the tires with some air which allowed us to push the car out and turn it onto the side of the street where his flatbed was. We didn't need to block traffic after all. He was amazing putting together a plan to successfully tow the car. George was very accommodating and so helpful every step of the way. I'm so grateful for his expertise and professionalism. I highly recommend using Hawaii Towing Company. They will do whatever it takes to get the job done and for a fair and reasonable price.
