Monica and the boys are amazing they helped out everybody they help my family personally and they are so sweet and loving they're like second family to us
In the middle of the morning 3 cashiers 6 shoppers then there were 2 cashiers with one giggling having a good time with a customer the other looking up part numbers on a customer's parts that they brought in. All that to say I waited 20 -30 min with 2 customers behind me all I had was 1 can of tire dressing they pretended I (We) weren't even there I walked out no sorry sir or call the one who left to assist! I went to Mililani Auto Zone 5min in and out!
Absolutely awesome. Came in with a battery issue and they not only checked the charge but changed it and had me out the door in five minutes. For the guy working 1 October 2025 at 0930 (Mr. Ezekiel) - thank you so much. Extremely professional and great personality. Definitely would come back here. Highly recommend.

We walked in to O’Reilly Auto Parts this evening because a friend of mine needed bulbs for her VW car blinkers. A very nice and helpful young man took care of what we needed. He kindly gave us options looking on the computer screen and then went to retrieve the items we wanted. He was extremely helpful and professional. Nothing was too small in his eyes and it showed he really cared and did everything he could to make our experience here a great one. I would highly recommend this Wahiawa location to anyone- you will be well taken care of with their excellent Customer Service!!

I bought the wrong part and Dason helped me return the wrong one and get the correct part. Great customer service! (Did the receipt survey for you!)
Ezekiel helped me too. At the end of the day when I was working on my car all day, he shed some kindness and friendliness in the transaction and helped me get what I needed to finish the job. (It didn't let me do the receipt survey since did one already, but imma get you next time!)

Super service. My car didn't start on 12/08, Sunday morning. I was in the parking lot by CVS. I walked into O'Reilly's and asked for help. The young man (sorry, didn't get his name), without hesitating, walked back to my car with me and jump started it. His knowledgeable and friendly demeanor helped to ease my stress. Mahalo nui!
I've always had a high opinion of this store, so much so that I routinely brought them snacks, etc., in the past. Today I had a much different experience. I politely approached the manager to ask a simple question and she said in a very abrasive manner "stand in line, someone will be right with you." All I wanted to do was ask a simple question. It goes to show that people will dismiss you if they don't know who you are or what you've done for people. Many of her employees know exactly who I am and have shown a great deal of respect, which is mutually reciprocated. The moral of the story is treat everybody like they're somebody.
I was greeted as I walked in and was helped immediately. I had options to choose from, I had no idea. Erickson took the time to walk to my car and figure out what type of battery I needed and installed it. It took all of 20 minutes in total.
⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ went here today to get some struts and Dayton was so helpful! He helped me find the right PSI as well as what location had the parts in stock. Very good service start to finish, mahalo 🤙🏽
I'm always treated really well. People have a sense of humor, well most of them . Lol I buy all my parts there and reasonable priced .they really try to get you what you need . Merry Christmas and thank you for all you do .🎄
I am 3000 miles away in Arizona. My wife was on her way to airport from from my daughters house (at Schofield) and they discovered a dead battery. They jumped and made to this awesome O'Reilly store where they received EXCEPTIONAL service with removing a deeply corroded battery and then replacing. My wife made it to airport in time, and my life is now peaceful and calm thanks to this store and it's terrific employees (Dayton - and manager also?). Thank you!!
Thankful for the wonderful staff you have there. We went in for a part but they noticed my husband had just encountered a burn on his air from coolant. They provided us with some first aid supplies to assist with the burn. I wish I would have recieved their names because I would most certainly give them a shoutout. O'Reilly has always been my husband's favorite and this just solidifies it.
Visited the new location! Very impressed with how clean the store is and the amount of customer service I was offered, super friendly people and very knowledgeable.
