walked into the tow yard and it's chaos. tow trucks maneuvering fork lifts moving cars and cars being crushed 20 feet away. but in the middle of that mayhem and destruction are friendly smiles and helpful people. go with a good attitude and D, Val, and Chad will return it.
I just got off the phone with them, told them what was wrong with my car, however I know I wouldn't get like 500 for it I'm aware but when they telling u..we give u 150, and I reply oh. Ok I'll still looking, they replied "well how much do u expect? Tried all day to get a receipt from paying after they towed my vehicle. Would only accept cash and correct change and not willing to give me a receipt. Sounds like someone is trying to get around the system. First I was told that it wasn’t in the system. 1 hour later I was told that they would send right out in email and then 1 hr later was told computers were down and I would have to wait until tomorrow. Sounds pretty shady to me.
