I bought a car from them 3 months ago. And now never working. I don’t even use it for 15 times, I asked a mechanic to check he says transmission failure. not worth to buy here! U guys don’t even have conscience to sell a car that u know it will not work.
Told me he drove the car and the transmission worked perfectly. $1400 for part and install. Transmission doesn’t work. Only willing to refund the part and only if I get it uninstalled for another $1000 and bring it in
I was looking for a seatbelt for my 2006 Toyota and the only way to get it was to order it through SERVCO for $750.00 or online through EBay for $124.00. So I called the junk yards all the junk yards on the island and the only one who had it was Pro Express for $50.00. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs for parts for their car. They make sure you are getting the correct part that you need. The only thing is it is Cash Only which I feel they should mention on their website or when you call them because after GPS lead me to their location which I still couldn’t find I called the shop and the woman actually had to send me photos of exactly where they are located and I finally get there and get ready to pay and she tells me they only accept Cash. So I had to leave and go all the way out to Costco to get the cash to pay for my seatbelt. So just to let everyone know don’t forget to bring CASH!!!
They're amazing! Yama had been so helpful, I was in a little fender bender and was referred to them by a friend. I don't have rental on my insurance, but I needed a car while my is being fixed, Yama's said "no problem we got you!" They have taken care of everything including a nice loaner car for me. I highly recommend Pro Parts Xpress, they do it all, they have hard to find parts, they do body work, custom paint great macanics, and they have cars 4sale and amazing customer service.

Just buy a new part with warranty. Their prices are the same as new anyway, sometimes even more expensive. And you have to pull it yourself under the hot sun. Might as well order from ebay

Ely is a very angry man who should be ashamed of the way he speaks to people. There is no excuse for the way he treats people. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. He had a simple issue that could have neen worked out but he just yelled and threatend me from the start so i could not help him any further.
