  Best tow company I’ve ever dealt with! Came out to get me on Pearl Harbor Navy Base with a flat tire. Towed me to get aired up and even helped me plug the hole. Great guy too, REALLY clean tow truck. You can tell this company and its drivers take pride in their appearance and it translates to their work for sure. Thanks again guys!

  I got a flat tire from a pothole on the HIGHWAY I got tip tows towing through my USAA roadside assistance and they arrived within an HOUR! I believe RJ was the employee who communicated with me while he was on his way to me, very friendly and helpful! Still showed up when the address pin was wrong and helped me out! Thank you so much for the awesome service and for helping me out!!!

  Messaged them in the middle of the night for a quote...I was not even in need of a tow urgently, but they responded right away. Process was explained to me from beginning to end.   My driver was the coolest guy. I believe RJ was his name. Drove safe, and obviously knew what he was doing. He let me hop in with him to drop off my car without a problem. He’s a really good braddah, would definitely use this company if anything happens.

  I needed my Corvette towed from my house to the body shop, then to the service department. Arranged with Tip Tows on Friday for a Monday pickup. Eli showed up right on time, and took tremendous care with loading my car. He got me to both appointments right on time. I couldn't be happier with the great service

  RJ worked with me to get my towing needs met even though it was a tricky situation, I was on the Big Island and he had to pick up my non-op vehicle from the port of Honolulu. Super nice guy, went above and beyond the minimum for sure. Also really good clear communication by text and phone call. Grateful for people who communicate well and do their job in a good spirited way.

  AJ from Tips Tows was great. He was friendly, timely, and personable. He came within 25 minutes hooked up my car quickly in a tight parking structure and delivered it to my destination. Overall great experience. I would recommend them to anyone and will contact AJ if I need to in the future.

  The star rating says it all, impeccable service. Short wait time, truck driver RJ was professional and efficient, truck interior was clean, it is very evident that he takes great pride in his work. I would use their services again in the future and I would recommend them to family/friends.
