  Best tow company I’ve ever dealt with! Came out to get me on Pearl Harbor Navy Base with a flat tire. Towed me to get aired up and even helped me plug the hole. Great guy too, REALLY clean tow truck. You can tell this company and its drivers take pride in their appearance and it translates to their work for sure. Thanks again guys!

  Of all the tow services out there, Tip Tows Towing seems to be the best when it comes to making sure your car is secured before being towed out. They have towed my car a few times before but this time, I was worried bc my car was dead on site, meaning no battery power, so car is like immobile at this point. Mr. Dreddz(Keoni) assured me he can do the job and he did. He was able to get my car on skates and push it over to the flatbed with no problem. Once it was aligned to the flatbed, flatbed did the rest. Bro!! I was such a nerve wreck before he came but what he did and how he secured my care was amazing; I was now relaxed with relief. Good Job and Thank you to Mr. Dreddz(Keoni) and also Thank you to Mr. RJ for coordinating this scheduled tow transport. Tip Towing is the best for sure. Aloha. =)

  Seriously stellar people, attitude and service. Through no fault of Tip Tows Towing, I was not able to utilize their towing service but what DID happen was excellent communication, excellent customer service and just all around real people with a helpful and positive attitude. I was able to see the tow truck that they were going to use and it is in excellent condition and the people I spoke to on the phone and the driver I met in person were all so professional, courteous and did the absolute best. You can tell they take pride in their work and their relationships with other service locations and customers. Even though the USAA app accepted the right location, what was sent to Tip Tows Towing was incorrect and when I called them to correct it they were SO quick to call back and helped readjust pickup location with such a can-do, great attitude. And after all that, the driver still arrived well within the perfect time window, it was under 1 hour, even with afternoon H1/H2 traffic. Although I had some snafus today and could not ultimately use their actual towing service I would jump through hoops just to be lucky enough to get to use their service and give them business every other time it is needed. They were just the best. I've used many other towing companies and I have no big issue with the others but Tip Tows Towing stands out on top. A good review from me is meaningful because I am generally too busy, too shy, or too forgetful to post one but I just had to come out here and recommend this company. Shout out to R.J., Keoni and another gentleman, I think Garret. I wish them all the best because it's not common to find such good vibes in their somewhat possibly frustrating and I can imagine at times thankless industry. Thank you, Tip Tows Towing!! Much Aloha

  I was calling all around for about 2 hours for a tow and NO ONE answered even when it says 24/7. I called Tip Tows and they answered immediately and assisted immediately! I needed my car towed from Schofield to the croc center. The service I got from this company is incredible and the pricing was affordable. His effort to park my car into the stall in such a tight parking lot (because I didn’t have the key) off the flat bed was very much appreciated. Thank you for the assistance. If you ever need a tow this is the one to call!

  I got a flat tire from a pothole on the HIGHWAY I got tip tows towing through my USAA roadside assistance and they arrived within an HOUR! I believe RJ was the employee who communicated with me while he was on his way to me, very friendly and helpful! Still showed up when the address pin was wrong and helped me out! Thank you so much for the awesome service and for helping me out!!!

  Eli was so helpful with our car that wouldn’t start. Two attempts to jump it with jump boxes didn’t work and one other tow company wouldn’t even show up since the car was in a garage only 7ft high. Eli took the job, also tried to jump it and ultimately had to manually roll it down the ramps and out of the garage to tow it away. He kept in touch me with along the way and was very professional. I would highly recommend Tip Tows Towing and Eli.

  Eli was the man! He went above and beyond for my boyfriend and I when we we lost our keys to our rental car. He couldn’t find us and instead of cancelling the tow, he called us to drop a pin to him so he was able to find us. The drop point for the rental was closed, so he dropped us off to get food since it took over 4 hours to get us. (Of no fault of their own!) would recommend this company to anyone!

  Rj was great! What a great towing company. No complaints at all. Assured me at every moment when he was on his way, stayed true to the expected ETA, and was also knowledgeable about what was actually wrong with my car. I am the type of person to freak out over the smallest sound that comes from my car, so Rj was a great help in reassuring me that my car was okay and he was willing to help in any way he could.   With a few hiccups at the start of the week, I made arrangements yesterday to have my vehicle removed from my garage ASAP. Worried that the window of opportunity was shot, RJ reassured me that it will be done. Plus, my garage isn’t the easiest to maneuver for some, and needed it out by Saturday. This morning, RJ came through and took a great weight off my shoulders! The sincerity of one’s word followed with efficient service is truly appreciated beyond measure these days.   I called the company just to check if they were coming in my area when my car got stuck. I had waited for for 2 hours, but that was okay. The guy from their office that l talked to was unfriendly from the start. I didn't need to be spoken to in such a rude tone, especially in time of distress and need. Maybe he was in a bad mood, who knows? But still unprofessional. The tow guy who came and helped me pull out my car was kind, patient and courteous. He took very good care of my car. So kudos to him!

  RJ worked with me to get my towing needs met even though it was a tricky situation, I was on the Big Island and he had to pick up my non-op vehicle from the port of Honolulu. Super nice guy, went above and beyond the minimum for sure. Also really good clear communication by text and phone call.   These guys are great. They really care about their customers and how they’re feeling. They address concerns directly and actually listen to the customer. My driver was very professional and personable. They were a little later than the time quoted for pick up that’s why I give them 4 stars but honestly with traffic and all…I’m just being frustrated. Bottom line, call these guys with confidence, and some understanding. If I need to again, I definitely will.

  I recently moved and had my car waiting to be shipped out at the port of Honolulu when I received a call from the shipping company that my car wouldn’t start and needed to towed to be fixed. I had already been off island for two weeks and couldn’t be there to handle. Tip Tows turned a very stressful situation into a very easy one! They made me feel at ease with their professionalism and kindness in a stressful situation. Communicated with me the whole way through the process. I hired them again to take my car back to the port and again it was a breeze! I highly recommend to anyone needing towing services! Life savers!

  I thought I needed to get towed since my car wasn't starting. RJ showed up quickly & he was very helpful about my situation. I told him I put my car battery in myself a few days ago & he offered to take a courtesy look at it real quick since it was late & I had my daughter with me. He noticed that my battery terminal was loose.. He tightened it & my car instantly started up no problem. Unfortunately, I no longer needed to use his service for a tow (sorry for wasting your time), but he did all of this within a few minutes & I really appreciate it tons for his generosity & kindness!   Fantastic service, arrived when they said they would, went through the trouble of getting a base pass, plus an additional inspection to be able to tow me (unstick me) on a military base. Super impressed with Adam’s professionalism and expertise. Would 100% recommend. (Wish that Progressive had called them last time when we were stuck on the H1 and the service we were quoted took 2 hours longer than expected, communication was terrible and the experience was not close to pleasant. Glad we switched our insurance!!)

  These guys deserve every single one of these stars! I was more than happy to give out 5. Professional and friendly service, I felt like we became friends by the end of the experience. You also can’t beat these prices! Trust me when I say that they give you the best price on the island, there’s no need to even second guess it! My car was transported with no problems at all. The drivers are well educated and know what they’re doing. If I ever need a tow again I won’t hesitate to give Tip Tows a call. I highly recommend them over any other service!
