The process of selling my car that had engine damage was fairly easy. Online assessment not always accurate and your local Cash for Cars dealer may also change the offer, so you have to get through the whole process to get final price for your car. Agent Benjamin was very helpful and followed thru with me often. Scheduling the towing of my car was a little challenging but they eventually came, took the title and gave me a check for what was promised. I would recommend.
I enjoyed the process, although there were a few elements that could've played out better. For example, at least two different people told me they would call me right back and never did, so I would have to call back later that day or the next day. Also, I had to submit my photos three different times because they didn't go through for whatever reason.
Fortunately, I finally got ahold of Ava, who was a pleasure to work with and got things done. Instead of telling me she'd call me back and then not doing so, she stayed on the line with me while she took the necessary steps to process our car purchase.
All in all though, it was a positive experience and I will definitely refer you to others in the future.

Process was super easy! I filled out the questionnaire and had my price within minutes. Considering the state the vehicle was in, my price was fair and more than expected. Scheduling for pick up was convenient and the driver showed up on time. He was friendly and quick! I handed over the title, got my check and then my van was hooked up and gone. Customer service in the office was helpful and courteous. I’d use again!
It took these people MONTHS of back and forth with their support department to accept my car's title, claiming it was not the most recent one despite it saying so right on the paper. I didn't change anything about the title or any of the information I gave for them, they simply refused to listen or read what was printed on it over and over again. Every call ended with them saying they would "get back to me" but they never did, leading to me having to call them again and have them again tell me the same thing as before and refusing to accept it. They finally took it after I had to be very unprofessional with them on the help line; no information was changed, only the manner in which it was given to them. Then, and only then, was I able to sell them my car, which they also purchased for less than the initial quote because it had taken them longer than 30 days to accept my title. Their support team is awful and I do not recommend anyone use them if they're in a state where duplicate copies of titles become the new most current ones when they're made. Glad I'll never have to deal with this company again.

15 oct 2024. Newer came for the guarantee offer and pick up within 48 hours! Not recommended to anyone anymore! Worse person Manager of the Copart location name Apple. Probably she runed my pick up and canceled it without even my knowledge! Shame on that scammers!

I was skeptical at first, but this ended up being such an easy way to get rid of an old truck (and get a little cash for it). Everyone I spoke to on the phone was great, and the tow guy was good vibes. Truck was gone within 24 hours.
They were fast and efficient. Recommend for anyone needing to get rid of their vehicle(s). Process was very simple People I dealt with were friendly and professional.
Staff was quick to respond. Polite on the phone. Tow truck called ahead to let me know when he would arrive and made the experience quick and easy for me.
I'm not sure if this company is a fraud. But the personell on the phone are not Hawaiian and kept switching the calls back and forth finally telling me they have No busness in Hawaii.

Martha was super nice and extremely helpful. She helped me get a fair price for my junked vehicle and the whole transaction from start to finish took less than 24 hours!!
Every contact person was polite, efficient, and careful in checking and double checking so that the process had no glitches. Reimbursement was fair and quick, within 24 hours from initial contact!
Overall a good experience. The engine on my 04 Lexus quit and they gave us about 2 grand and towed it for free. Quick responses. My only small gripe is that it took about 8 phone calls from the company to coordinate everything, most of which was them calling and asking for the same information over and over. Not a big deal but it started to get concerning after the 3rd and 4th call. Anyways- they pulled through and overall 5 stars.
It was pretty easy to get a hold of them and get a quote just the fact that they sent me to the mainland for a line to get a hold of them was little cumbersome
Due to unfortunate circumstances I had to research car buying companies. This one by far exceeded expectations. They provided excellent customer service and all staff members were extremely professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to family, friends, and neighbors.
