Needed to get ALOT of stuff out of Mom & Dad’s house. And Aloha Junk Man came through!! Called a two other places that couldn’t accommodate my time constraints but Aloha Junk Man made the time to accommodate me. Cletus and Daniel came—very professional and communicated very well how the process works. When I asked how long it would take to remove the items, they told me an hour-and I think it was sooner than that—also this was done when Oahu was experiencing the bad weather and schools were closed so knowing they were traveling and working—I was even more grateful. Aloha Junk Man is the best! They helped us empty out three storage units that stored very heavy appliances and other large bulky heavy items. I’ve seen the Aloha Junk Man trucks all over Kailua for a while, so when it came time to move our medical office into town, they were my first call. The online booking was seamless, and the follow-up with Kaylin was almost immediate and she was very responsive.

First off, my mother-in-law has hired them for a couple of projects, and had positive experiences on both occasions. She raved about them. She is a kupuna and single; very cautious who she allows in her home. So contactors who take the time and care to also extrend respect and safety is of the utmost importance to her.
Now, I know first hand why my mother-in-law couldn’t say enough good about Aloha Junk Man.
Our job for them was pretty involved. They cleared out three large storage units at two different locations and relocated all our big and heavy restaurant equipment, supplies, furniture, odds and ends, etc. to a new location.
Often times, there can be traumatic or emotional aspect to these types of projects. For us, these items were shuttered up because of COVID-19 and the closure of our coffee shop of ten years. So, the respect, care, professionalism and graciousness is above and beyond what can be expected—Cletus and Dawson were exceptional! Mahalo nui!
They removed all our property and relocated everything carefully and swiftly. We just wish we had called them sooner.
Finally, I have to share that these guys give back to the community tons. Our ‘ohana see them choke volunteering at Kainalu Little League, Kaʻōhao Charter School, volunteering and cleaning public area and roadways. Aloha Junk Man is more than a business, they are invested and dialed into our community that has intergrity and generosity that is not overlooked. No doubt we will hire them again!
Danny, Matt, and Dawson were super cool guys by doing all the hard labor getting rid of the heavy stuff that I for sure would not be able to do myself. We gave them breakfast sandwiches from McDonald’s and I had made some Shortbread Brownie Bars for them. Their next stop from my place in Kailua is Ewa Beach. I also gave them $20 bucks to get some drinks for their trip to Ewa.

We had an excellent experience with Aloha Junk Man! We need a couch removal last minute and were able to book on their website for pick up the next morning. The two guys were very nice and quickly removed the couch for a reasonable fee. Would absolutely recommend.
Cletus, John - Quick pick-up, easy to work with, and allowed me to add additional items for pick-up. They took away a large dirty couch that had accumulated dog urine on it and a large wooden dresser. They also took away two brokwn dryers that we were not able to get rid of through the bulk pick-up service. They handled the work within 20 minutes. Cletus was very personable and respectful. Would happily work with them again in the future.

Conner & Daniel did a great job cleaning my home with our treasured collected junk’s of 40yrs which no longer of use to me & my family overtime. Wow, Estate cleaning used up 3 full dump trucks. They swept the floors afterwards too and dismantle our huge tool shed without problems. I can breathe again & feel 40yrs of stress mess lifted. The price is worth it for me & my hubby without lifting a muscle, and of course I did shop around getting estimates thru Yelp too. The clincher was SAME Day service.
