Why would you charge $5 for weighing the metal when no one knows where to dispose of their materials correctly ?
Plus they charge 5 cents a lb on top of what you bring. They clearly did not explain that to me over the phone clearly that they would charge. Big misunderstanding on their communication.
There needs to be a solution besides dumping the metal on the side of the road or landfill to take care our land
The readout on their scale doesn't work. That means you don't get to see your weigh-in & weigh-out weights. Also means they can scam you. They tried charging me triple what it should have cost for the metal I dropped off.
Guys have a little bit of everything. I needed a shelf for a fridge unit I had. They're quick to answer the phone, let you swing through, and help you out when you need it. Even if they don't have what you're looking for, they'll point you in the right direction and will be professional all the way through.
