Great service everytime and knowledgeable staff, if you have any questions they should be able to help you find what you need and advise accordingly.

I was having troubles With the scratch plate for my car and I went to pick up some tape or Zips to temporarily fix my plate up. Jay was very helpful in finding those for me, as I’d never been to the store before. Was quick and easy, in and out. Much appreciated! (2 years ago lol) Thanks so much!
I didn't end up getting anything but the staff was super friendly and helpful. I needed a code read when check engine light came on, they don't do that at NAPA.
We were able to find what we needed, but there were no prices on the display shelves, and it was badly organized. Granted it is a auto part store, but it needs new floors and to be cleaned to increase customer appeal. On the positive the employees were helpful and knowledgeable.
Normally good and glad to have them close by. But this young kid got my order wrong twice, and wasn't concerned at all about it. Finally got it straight from one of the old-timers.
My mechanic ordered the parts on the phone...by the time I drove 3miles they were in a box ready for pick-up. The sales people were attentive and jovial. I was on my way in less than 10mins.
This very small Napa has most of what you need, or can have it promptly delivered. The staff are friendly, and my only real complaint is that the store policies are antiquated.. They won't accept Napa returns unless it's from their specific Napa, unlike other Napa's which are far more accommodating.
Every time I go to NAPA I am helped within minutes of walking into the door. They always answer the phone and have the parts we need. Will continue to do business. Thank you!
The young lady behind the counter knew her stuff great service at a fair price and it REALLY HELPS THAT THE STAFF KNEW WHAT THEY WHERE TALKING ABOUT and treated me with the highest level of respect. I will be back to the captain cook Napa parts store MAHALO NAPA CREW 😎
Friendly staff, wide array of parts on hand with same-day and next-day ordering from other on-island and neighbor-island locations. Pretty good prices.
