My mom and her husband bought me four used tires from them back in December. I’m slowly having to have them all replaced because they were 6 years old & dangerous to be on my vehicle. Unfortunately, they paid $300 or more for them. The worst part is when I went back to talk to them about it They were rude and hateful. After getting them put on initially, we heard very loud clanks underneath the vehicle. I pulled over to make sure my wheels weren’t falling off. Some of the balancing weight weights had flung off. I went back to address the extreme vibration & They refused to check them without me paying an additional $40. The owner told the guy to check it out for me after I wouldn’t leave, but only the front tires-they refused to check the back tires. I get buying used tires is a gamble, but it was their lack of customer service or give a crap that bothered me. Especially after admitting the balancing weights were likely put on incorrectly and that’s why they flew off. My car was shaking like crazy!! Attached picture of second tire needing replaced 2 months after purchase. I took it to Henson in Dalton. The people down there were wonderful. They showed me the huge lump in my tire and offered me an amazing deal on some tires to help me out since we had just spent so much.

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this tire shop.
I came in because I believed I had a small air leak in my tire and just needed air. To my surprise, they charged $2 for air, which is unusual for a tire shop and already left a bad impression.
When I paid, I handed the employee two brand-new $1 bills straight from the bank. Right in front of me, he held the bills up to the light to check if they were fake. This was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful, especially since he couldn’t even wait until I walked away to do it.
The most serious issue, however, happened afterward. Less than 30 minutes after leaving, my sister and I heard my tire hissing loudly. When we checked, there was a large nail embedded in the tire, clearly causing a major leak. The hissing was so loud that there is no way the employee didn’t hear it while filling the tire.
The fact that he said nothing—took my money, filled the tire, and sent me back on the road—was not only negligent but dangerous. I had my children with me, and this could have resulted in a blowout or serious accident. I gave one star because I was obligated to in order to leave this review. This shop showed a complete lack of professionalism, honesty, and concern for customer safety. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
They had our car up on two jacks and the tires changed before the kids could even get bored. They could not have been friendly or or faster or more helpful. I’m so glad we chose this one.

Had a tire patched 33 dollars was the cost absolutely got charged too much never again even air is 2 dollars to air up a tire.Tires and tire repair is a lot cheaper at Walmart don’t waste your time or money going to Adams tire.Called Walmart patching a tire there is 16 to 18 dollars so yes I will take my business elsewhere
Short and sweet I went in for a tire rotation and that is all all you have to do is take the tires off switch them around and bolt them back on. I left this shop after a tire rotation got to another shop to have my ball joint replaced come to find out that out of five lug nuts on my driver side wheel Only one of them was still on and it was only on by one full 360° rotation. The other shop told me if I had driven another half a mile my tire would’ve fallen off my truck and I was on the highway I would’ve died. DO JOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!

Local, friendly, fast, and fair! I’ve used Adams twice recently for unexpected tire issues and have been completely satisfied. They’re even open on Saturdays. Super fast, extremely friendly, 10/10 would highly recommend.

Mohammed and his crew have always done a good job at plugging, patching and getting me new tires at a good price.. my only issue.. is that twice they have broken a wheel stud on my mother's passenger side front of her Subaru.. and not mentioned it or offered to replace it...

Had an alignment and tire put on. When we dropped the car off we were quoted a little bit higher price than what I was told on the phone, but when we come back Derek had taken care of us and the price was lower than what we were quoted and the car runs great. 10/10 definitely recommend. Derek also was super friendly and seemed genuinely happy to help us out.

Called to find prices on mount and balance for all 4 of my tires. They have the best prices and service times in the local area! Great place to get anything done tire wise!
