The fixed what I paid another shop 2100 todo. If u need an honest dependable mechanic shop, choose these guys. There's a reason they've been in business as long as they have. I will be using them from here on out!
The front desk reps were amazing. The tech who worked on my truck came out and talked to us about our rotors needing turned and possibly new tires. We decided on getting new tires and the rotors turned. For a Friday morning they had us completed and out the door fairly quickly.
Taylor's Tires and Service saved our road trip! My wife and I had a minor accident while driving back to St. Louis from Florida. We thought we had a small leak but ended up needing a new tire. They were able to get us a tire, fixed up, and back on the road in no time. Big shout out to David, he was a great help and extremely kind.
I brought my daughter's Subaru for an oil change and they got it done in about 30 minutes! I also brought my vehicle for a tire repair and ended up having to get a new tire and a pressure sensor. They were absolutely wonderful, very friendly, and cost friendly. I will be returning!
Overall great experince. Pricing is affordable, competitive and quick service. I used a coupon and got a free oil change with a purchase of 4 new tires. They also checked my brakes for me and cleaned the rims for free. I went to two other places and the tire selection for both were not as high mile rated as taylors, for same price I would of had a 50k-60k mile rating vs taylor's 75k mile rating. Tires being cheaper but higher quality is a always coming to taylors experince. I will be coming back for break pad changes soon .
Had a flat on I75, made it to Taylor Tire on the spare. They attempted to repair the tire, but no such luck. Upon further inspection we decided to replace the off brand tires on our Tahoe with new Michelin tires. The service was fast, staff was friendly and we lost minimal time on our trip to Wisconsin.

For over 10 years I've been going to tire discounters. When I needed a tire this time they told me the tire that I needed was 160 bucks. Last time I bought one from them it was $100. I stopped by Taylor tire and automotive to get a price. Turns out their tire was $60 cheaper. Their oil change for the same car is going to be $15 cheaper than tire discounters. I will be a loyal customer for now on to Taylor tire and automotive.
Alex was quick and was prompt. They really seem to want the business and will even give a great price to keep you coming back. I think I may have found a local place to go to for repairs besides the dealers in town.
I left my truck overnight for rear brakes and rotors the next day. They called with an assessment and let me pick my desired, quality parts and installed those for me! Of course I've always been satisfied with them over 20 years now!

I recently ordered a full set of Toyo tires for my pickup truck and they had good prices. I gave specific instructions on what I wanted for my spare tire and this was followed through. I was very pleased with the service and information that was provided to me. I will return and purchase from this dealer again.
Always fast and friendly. I get communication about services needed and they offer savings thru mail advertising, which I was able to keep so I could get my other vehicles serviced as well. Definitely a place I would recommend.
My family has trusted Taylor's Tire with our vehicles for over 10 years, and their service has always been exceptional. No matter how busy they are, they take the time to talk with you and answer any questions. During a recent visit, I had to wait a couple of hours while repairs were done on my 4Runner. I watched them treat every customer with genuine care, even walking each person to their car. That level of attention is rare these days. Taylor's Tire truly defines great customer service.
While they were working on my vehicle, I asked if it was too late to add a tire rotation. Without hesitation, the owner himself said, “Absolutely not,” and made sure it was done. It’s experiences like this that keep us coming back.
They did an excellent job. They were honest about the work, the price was fair and they took care of everything in a day. I wanted to make sure my car was ready for a long road trip, and they serviced the car, did a tune up, oil change, balanced and rotated the tires and recharged my AC. I highly recommend them. I’m driving off confident in my car.

Called ahead and scheduled service in advance( I did see the yelp reviews ) I am Absolutely satisfied. I was passing through from Florida on my way to Kentucky when my truck started having issues. Thankfully, I found Taylor Automotive. Despite it being an unexpected emergency, they got me in quickly and diagnosed the problem right away. The team was incredibly professional, honest, and efficient — they had me back on the road in no time. It’s rare to find a shop that treats out-of-towners with the same care as regulars, but they went above and beyond. Truly grateful for their help and a big shout out to David Weaver, one of the most genuine guys I've met in a long time. — highly recommended!
Super friendly people. Very quick to help. Everyone I talked with knew their stuff. Got my vehicle in and fixed it up. Got 5 new tires and an alignment. If they recommend something, I would highly advise you listen. My truck is a work truck, alot of trips to the dump, saw a lot of vehicles get stuck today. But thanks to them advising me on these tires backed in and out worry free. Truck looks better also.
Went there to get power steering hose tightened up or o ring replaced (leaked) was first in line at door when they opened, two hours later after being passed up by everyone behind me they pulled my car in for 30 min and came back with an estimate for almost $1300 for something I didn’t ask for, I I asked if they tightened up the hose he said no and went back and I think did that, asked him if they topped off fluid tank he didn’t know and raised hood to check and he couldn’t tell. I will never go back to this place ever again !
Since Main Street Automotive took over this service center, I’ve been very disappointed in the level of service. The process has become frustrating and unreliable. You receive a text message to approve the work, but even after giving approval, the repairs are not completed in a timely manner—or at all.
What’s even more concerning is the complete breakdown in communication. Unlike the previous management, there’s no follow-up or clear updates from the team. I had a recent issue where the approved work wasn’t completed, and not only was there no explanation, but I didn’t even receive an apology from Michelle or anyone else on staff.
Customer service has noticeably declined since the transition, and it's made me seriously consider taking my business elsewhere. I genuinely miss Jamie Talyer and his professionalism and strong work ethic.
Great experience, wonderful people. Did a great job on four tires, alignment and oil change. They went the extra mile and was able to take me to my house when I dropped my truck off. Highly recommend these folks
Taylor Automotive took care of my car quickly and efficiently. I never once worried about whether or not they had my best interests in mind. They kept me up to date on every aspect and called for approval before doing any additional work.
