Last week, I found a screw in my back right tire. On a coworker’s recommendation, I headed to Taylor Tire. When I got there I was initially worried about the wait because the shop was packed with customers. But they have that place running like a Chikfila drive-thru! They had me in and out incredibly fast, and even reached out to me the following day to ask about my service. I highly recommend them!
We were in town traveling back to Ohio when we had hit a piece of metal, popped a tired and had a bluge in another from it. I was able to get our car in first thing in the morning, with no wait. Two new tires were reasonably priced with balance and rotation, and they replaced them in 30 minutes! My husband works on motorcycles so has high standards. We couldn't have been more pleased!! They even gently put the spare back in the trunk and our luggage back. HIGHLY reccomend
Taylor Tire Service provides a phenomenal team that is prompt, knowledgeable, kind, honest, and patient. I have been using them for over 30 yrs. & am always treated with exceptional care. Had the purge valve replaced. David called and said that he couldn’t get the aftermarket one so he would have go to the Ford dealership for it and it was lot more. He kept me informed during and when it was finished. I continue to get the best service that I have ever got anywhere. I have been singing there praises
Though, as always, TT stays extremely busy with customers and their vehicles they always are straightforward, honest, and sincerely appreciative of their clients and customers. Rare qualities considering most small businesses this day and age treat their customer base as a necessity with little or no courtesy.
TT does not have that problem. Their whole ethos is to take care of their customers, period.
Will never go back they did my tire rotation and didn't tighten the passenger side front wheel and my wheel almost fell off on my way home from work could have been really bad it broke 4 lugs off luckily I had four left
I have been using Taylor Tire for many years and do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing help! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The waiting area for customers is very clean with free WiFi and tv to watch. Generally service is prompt and on time if you make a reservation. This visit was not as expected but understandable since it was Monday morning after the Christmas weekend. I made a reservation on line for 10:00 am to have a slow leak in a tire fixed. When I arrived, the waiting area must have had a dozen customers there. Business was over crowded. I checked in and was told that I didn’t have a reservation. I was told that they were so busy that morning that they never checked the online reservations, however they would take care of me. I waited for 2 hours for them to remove a screw and repair the tire before I got my car back. I hope this does not deter anyone from not using Taylor Tire as from my past experience over the years has been exceptional. I would suggest that you do not use the online app to set up an appointment but call them direct for service. They are good people who try to help and have always taken care of me.
They kept me posted in a timely matter about the repairs on my car. I am very satisfied and recommend them. My other mechanic moved and I am now going to give these people my business.
Even though I work in Chattanooga, I prefer to drive a little further to Dalton to deal with Jamie and his crew when buying tires, shocks, etc. He's the best at providing a great service for a good price. I always recommend Taylor Tire to my friends and family.
I called on Friday morning needing new tires. After explaining what I was looking for they told me they could have the ones I wanted that afternoon. Not only did I get the new tires but also an oil change and was ready to go by about 3:30 p.m. . They were very professional and efficient as always.
I came in for wheel alignment. They found some other issues with my car what was really causing the problems and they pointed it out to me in a clear, concise fashion that I was happy with. They made the corrections that needed to be done. I thought they were a good value. They didn’t try to upsell me on a bunch of extra stuff. And the people were very attentive to my needs. I would go there again.
I am in town for a work trip when my car started to give me some (fairly serious) issues late in the day Tuesday. Some friends of mine recommended that I take my car to Taylor Tire and man, am I glad that I did. The employees were so kind and accommodating, and even though they were busy, did their very best to squeeze me in so that I could make it home for the holidays. An extra special thank you to David Weaver who stayed with me until 45 minutes after closing so that I could wait inside in the heat until my ride could come and pick me up. Thank you as well to the person who worked on my car so quickly today (I wish I had their name available). I was able to pick it up and get it to a dealership for them to work on it for an additional recall issue that came up. Overall I would 10/10 recommend Taylor Tire to anyone that I know for great service and kind people.
I got a new set of tires from Taylor's and was very happy with whole experience. They were very knowledgeable, gave me several options and even checked with me after the job to see if everything was good!
Going into Taylor Tire is like going to a friend’s place. They know your name and talk to you like family not a customer. I also LOVE that they walk you out every time.
Great intro at walk in. Service proposal for diagnosis was immediate. My vehicle was taken in, and a reasonable quote was given to me personally by a knowledgeable mechanic. I accepted and the repair began. While I waited in the comfortable waiting area I had free coffee and a very short stay. Thank you Taylor Tire & Automotive!

I had four tires ordered within the same day. They were there I want in the following morning within an hour and a half, the tires were mounted and balanced Price they quoted is the price they charged. I was extremely happy now I have a shop that I can go to in an emergency or just for general maintenance on my 2018 Ford escape extremely happy..
I always take our cars to Taylor Tire to be repaired as well as purchase tires. They do excellent work at a reasonable price and are polite and knowledgeable. I would rather go there than go to a dealership. I retired from a dealership and I know how they operate, their labor rate is much higher. Jamie and his employees are great at what they do.
Showed up at 2pm with tires we bought somewhere else and they worked us in and installed the new tires with no questions asked and as friendly as always. Taylor Tire is always easy to work with and they have always treated me with kindness and honesty. I would recommend them for all your automotive needs. I have used them for tires and even fixing a damaged overheated engine.

The front desk reps were amazing. The tech who worked on my truck came out and talked to us about our rotors needing turned and possibly new tires. We decided on getting new tires and the rotors turned. For a Friday morning they had us completed and out the door fairly quickly.
I brought my daughter's Subaru for an oil change and they got it done in about 30 minutes! I also brought my vehicle for a tire repair and ended up having to get a new tire and a pressure sensor. They were absolutely wonderful, very friendly, and cost friendly. I will be returning!

Super friendly people. Very quick to help. Everyone I talked with knew their stuff. Got my vehicle in and fixed it up. Got 5 new tires and an alignment. If they recommend something, I would highly advise you listen. My truck is a work truck, alot of trips to the dump, saw a lot of vehicles get stuck today. But thanks to them advising me on these tires backed in and out worry free. Truck looks better also.
Taylor Automotive took care of my car quickly and efficiently. I never once worried about whether or not they had my best interests in mind. They kept me up to date on every aspect and called for approval before doing any additional work.
