Got pulled over 16 minutes before the TN state line heading into TN got pulled over and didn’t have insurance but before the cop even took my license he says we have till the tow truck gets here and whatnot well I got insurance and the truck got there right after . Dude didn’t even hook up my car to the tow truck or anything and the cop dropped the insurance thing that I had to borrow money for but then the truck wouldn’t let me go because he wanted a drop fee and yet again had to ask for help because him or the cop didn’t understand we lived two hours away and BOTH guys were going to leave me and my wife stranded and had no money cause we are living check to check and just went out for our anniversary and STILL demanded $150 that I didn’t have .. HAVE SOME HEART MAN YOU DIDNT EVEN DRIVE THAT FAR TO GET THE CAR THST YOU DIDNT EVEN HOOK UP while dealing with this him and the cop talked about how much money them two make off some new law/ policy !!very pissed and want a refund !
The worst tow truck company I have ever dealt with! Their customer service is beyond terrible—rude, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful. They demand unnecessary documents, making the whole process even more frustrating. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from this place. DO NOT go there—it’s absolutely not worth it!
Had a great experience! Had to be towed from Marietta area late on a Saturday night. The driver sent updates to let us know how far away or how much longer until he was to arrive. Was extremely kind and efficient.
Excellent service. As RV travelers, we encountered a brake issue and they were incredibly friendly and prompt in addressing it. They were honest about the solution and provided us with options for both service and price. We appreciate the service and will definitely remember them the next time we are in the area.
I just found out my daughter's car was towed and towed by Franks towing so I called very friendly reception but the price and this includes 2 days of impound fees , 315$ . That's a big number for myself I may have resort to armed robbery so my daughter doesn't lose her car but the receptionist said that Frank is a good guy and may lower the price and possibly do some trading for some tools that I have to pay the fee . When he calls in a bit I will inform the curious on what kinds of guy big Frank really is.

Arrived very quickly. After waiting hours for AAA, I finally gave up and called these guys. Reasonable rates, friendly, fast. Update: had to call them a second time a couple months later. Arrived quickly again, friendly, professional, reasonable. Will always call these guys for Towing.
They had an opening for 12 noon. I went in a little late. They did brakes and oil change got me out a LOT faster then I could Believe. I had time to get gas in the car. I went to the tag office ,then pharmacy to pick up meds got home with plenty time to make dinner
My truck broke down on I-75 near Ringgold. My insurance company called Frank's Auto & Wrecker Service. They responded quickly and soon found and picked up my truck and towed it to my mechanic. That may not seem like much out of the ordinary, but it was a Sunday night, AND, my mechanic is in Sugar Hill Ga, over 100 miles away, near where we live. The communication from Frank and his team was timely, continuous throughout the situation, and very pleasant. They said what they would do, then did it. I absolutely recommend Frank's Auto & Wrecker Service!

Drove from Nashville to Varnell, GA to pick up a 1965 Mustang. Once we arrived the car would not roll so called Franks based off of their Google reviews and I’m so glad we did. They got the car out of the shop that it had been sitting in for 10 years loaded on the rollback and then set on our trailer like it was nothing. Outstanding customer service!
My husband had a car accident . He was coming from Walmart so he had $160 worth of groceries in the truck . So I called after they towed it to ask to get the groceries out . They told me sorry the shop is already closed. So we lost $160 worth of groceries.the worst towing company I ever dealt with
One of the best experiences I’ve had. My motorcycle tire burst. There weren’t any shops open. This company went out of their way to help me find a shop to replace the tire on a Sunday. Very sweet family man! Would recommend breaking down in dalton GA and calling this guy!

Had to get my car towed to Frank’s due to a leak coming from my rear brakes. I told them I only wanted to fix the leak and if I needed new brakes I have someone else to do them for me. They inspected all 4 of my brakes which I did not ask them to do and they told me for me to be able to drive it out I would need to replace everything for $700+. Prior to the leak of my brake fluid I had never heard my brakes make any noise and there is no way that the metal was scraping. If the metal were scraping I would’ve been hearing it. I told them to replace the brake cylinder that had broke and put brake fluid in my car to fix the issue. When I came to get my car it had 0 brake fluid in it despite them over charging me for 5 pints of brake fluid when my car only holds 1 pint. I told them my car did not have any brake fluid in it and a technician put brake fluid in my car without bleeding the brakes. This caused an air bubble in my brake line and THAT is the reason the brakes were not working. I had to get it towed somewhere else and once I bled the brakes and put more brake fluid in it was fine. Also I had my brakes checked and the metal wasn’t even scraping. They tried to scare me into spending $700+ on all new brakes I didn’t even need. Also when I came to get my car they were very rude and lied to me saying they heard my brakes scraping whenever there is no way they could’ve heard that anyways since I did not have any grab to the brakes. They have no clue what they are talking about, very rude and unprofessional.
They really look out for the customer. You rarely find that type of customer service with mechanics. Frank is an honest businessman who knows what he's doing. My truck broke down 2 hours from home and I'm glad the good Lord led me to him..... I would definitely recommend their services.
My company was called to go pick up this customer's car. customers car happened to be at Frank's Auto and wrecker service. So I show up I literally wait for almost an hour for Frank to show up to release this guy's car. After I get it loaded I wait for the customer to go pay Frank for you know what storage fees and and picking it up and so on and so forth. Well the customers buddy that was with him walked out and all you hear is a customer screaming at Frank and when he come up to me he said yeah it's like world war 3 in there. I said what is going on in there the customer's buddy replied well Frank's automotive told us that he didn't have our car. He said we had to end up calling Whitfield county sheriff's office and have them call Franks and stand right there when the sheriff asked him hey do you have so-and-so car Frank's like yeah yeah we got that car after he had lied to the customer and said that he didn't have that car. Why Frank do this I don't know all I can guess is he's dirty
I needed someone quick and to make things easy- Frank certainly did that for me. This was my first time using a Wrecker service and I will definitely use Frank again if needed. He got there quickly, was very friendly, delivered my car as promised, the price was great, and he notified me that my car had been delivered. He made it easy! Would recommend!
I want to sincerely thank Frank and his crew for fixing my 2004 Pontiac Montana. It was just after New Year 2021 and this was our only vehicle. We had a water hose and coils that had to be fixed. Frank was kind enough to send a wrecker to my residence (which was just up the way) and fixed every problem that was problem. My wife Penny claimed that the crew was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Got my car fixed within 3 business days. We were given a great price of $600 to get everything fixed! I've used Frank's for towing and auto repair for many years now. I know when I give them a vehicle to work on they will do a good job and that I will pay a reasonable price for the work when I get my vehicle back. If you want a trustworthy and fair mechanic you should definitely give Frank's a try.

I am very pleased with my service here. I talked to Frank's son at the shop on M.L.K. and he was very polite. The issue I was having actually stopped when I got to the shop. I think that has happened to all of us. He test drove it anyways and it still didn't act up. He didn't treat me like an idiot like most mechanics would have. Instead he took my car back and ran it on his computer. It showed that my O2 sensor had set off my check engine light. Now I know I have an O2 sensor going bad and can replace it before it leaves me stranded. I highly recommend this shop. It's not the main shop on Glenwood but is the same company. This shop is located off of M.L.K. Great service and they go the extra mile.
Driver lied to me and said that if I came back first thing in the morning, they would not charge me the extra day storage. And then when the office lady called he said "I didn't say that". In my opinion, they should honor what he said. It's only $15 but it is Christmas time
Had them tow my daughters truck. It had been sitting a while and the weeds were taller than the truck. The poor guy had to crawl through that to hook the truck up. He was very friendly and very affordable! I highly recommend them.
