Trent was great on the phone, and Keith was a great driver... But when I tried to schedule the move of a large RV with them, they had to reschedule multiple times and never really completed the job. In the end, I'm disappointed.
Involved in an accident on a Sunday morning, the owner was very responsive and made my experience super easy. I had no trouble visiting the lot to get personal items out of my vehicle. While I hope to not need this service, I highly recommend Union Point/Bob’s towing within the Dalton area.

I called to have my daughter’s vehicle towed around 9:30pm which is obviously kinda late. They answered and the guy said his driver would be there in about ten minutes which I thought was awesome. Anyways she showed up maybe just a little after the ten minutes but I thought, wow, not too shabby. Then, like a nascar pit crew, she had the car on the wrecker and we were on our way. She was really good and I was home and unloaded by 10:30… could’ve been a longer night for sure so I’m very satisfied
These rip offs charged my kid $440 to tow his car less than twelve miles. I wouldn’t use them again if they were the only tow company in Dalton Georgia.
One of your drivers just forced me outta my lane getting off of i75 onto 153 in Chattanooga. He was hauling a forklift and I’m in a fuel tanker. Driving super reckless and aggressive. Need to find y’all a new driver cause he will cause a major accident.
Jonah was kind and helped out alot while it was not the original quoted price that was due to a misunderstanding they took very good care of my car in the state it was in.
I called AAA three times between 12:20-3:15pm and a lockout service never serviced me but these two young men were to me within 15 mins of my call. Thank You! Highly appreciated and recommended.
The professionalism of this company is so bad. The owners son wants to be rude with you and hange up on you. They want to charge a 65.00 fee for mailing a letter out to you. This company is just out to rip people off. Will definitely be reporting this company to the Is Better Business Bureau. This is not how you run a company.
Jenny was our driver. She was very professional, and courteous. She knows what she is doing. I would recommend her every time. She was nice and had no problem going to one location to pick up then bring to us in Cleveland. Super nice person. If you use this company I highly recommend you request Jenny.

I have called the office 4-5 times asking for a receipt for my tow to give to my insurance and every time he says he's going to send it ( hurries me off the phone) but hasn't. That's $65 out if my pocket because they don't care or are too lazy. Bad customer service, I don't recommend.

They towed my car that was broke down ! That's fine for $115.00 a little bit expensive to say the least . I called them every day for three days . They told me every time I called that they didn't have the car all three times . On the third day I drove by and my car was there but they said they was closed ! It cost me a additional $ 115.00 for three days storage !!

They came out despite pouring rain and got my car started when the battery had died. The man was polite and very professional. Union Point Towing will be my towing service from now on. Very highly recommend.
I picked union point bc in the past I used them and they were polite and reasonable. I used them today to have a car towed maybe 1.5 miles if that, charged 45 dollars! After the fact on the phone Zach was rude, I told him need the car to the mechanic by 10am he said "why you gotta have it there by 10?" Well sir bc thats when they wanted it there. He's like there's 2 ahead of you ill try, then he says well you want me to do it or not? Ugh yeah, thats why I called bro. I was polite to him no reason for that unprofessional behavior or the HIGHWAY ROBBERY! 45 dollars is fine if its over 5 miles, but come on. Never again
