the one start is really not the correct review, it should be negative 5. Truck broke down half a mile from the truck stop. Course police officer showed up and called "good guys he know" from Parrish Towing. The tow truck showed up, hooked to our truck without our consent, not even talking with us about the price and towed it to the truck stop. It took him 45min to do so and half a mile to go. When we received the invoice it was a shocker - 1338.75$, I mean we paid lower to get our trucks out of the snow in winter time. But I'm guessing these guys are really good and reliable looking at all comments here.
Had to file complaint with Georgia Attorney General and waiting for a response....
I called around several Towing companies for a 6 hr round trip Heavy Duty tow, Parrish Towing was the cheapest and had the quickest response time and was very professional throughout the whole ordeal. I will call them every time.
Able was there in great time! He also made the 2 hour trip back to Tennessee enjoyable with his great personality! Will definitely use this company again if ever in the area! Thanks again Able!
Was told 15 - 20 minutes for Gas delivery in Calhoun by their office personnel. Called back 35 min later & was told 10 minutes. Finally showed 25 min later. I questioned why the delay & was told it was my fault I ran out of gas. Umm...ok, and? Driver proceeded to get agitated and cursed at me & refused to put the 2 gallons of gas in my car that I had already paid $14.00 for! I understand I ran out of gas. My gauge is busted. This was the worst service I've ever received from a Tow business. I called dispatch & was told I used bad language which I have never done & there was 2 sides to every story. I was upset but never used any type of bad language. Just wanted to know why I had to wait so long. I was 25 min late for work because of all of this.
Our truck broke down and Perish was there to pick it up in 30 minutes. Abel was absolutely fantastic! Very friendly and professional. Also decent priced. Would highly recommend!
I had my ambulance conversion towed today by a very special person. His name is Abel and he was very attentive and diligent throughout the entire process. He was extremely professional and above all, very kind and polite. I highly recommend the company he represents. He is a person with a sense of great humanity, something rare these days.
Locked my keys in my car and a gentleman named Kevin came to help me out. The whole process was very quick and easy while being reasonably priced. Would absolutely recommend this company

Awful experience don’t follow DOT regulations to transport equipment my truck was damaged by large rocks falling from excavators tracks shattering my window and owner was extremely rude and made up lies and threatening me with law-enforcement, like I did something wrong I had to chase down the semi that fled from the scene, refusing to stop if you use this transport company to transport your equipment they are going to cost you money for their lack of common sense and not following DOT regulations
Abel was an awesome tower. He was super kind and was able to make me laugh even after just flipping my car upside down. Very professional and quick 100% recommend with good prices too.

Called Parrish wrecker service this morning to tow a car up a mountain, the guy was there in a Flash, looked over what needed to be done, ive never seen a guy as good as him, I said, you must a been driving a wrecker for while, he stated no, he had only been there a few weeks, he could of fooled me, great job , Mr Carlos, keep up the good wori.
Abel responded quickly and had an upbeat attitude. He efficiently loaded my vehicle, towed it to a safe location, and changed the tire in record time. He provided excellent service!!! Without a doubt, I will keep his number.
Kent Hilbert is the greatest dow truck driver ever. He is amazing and I recommend him to anyone. He has the best blessed attitude ever. He cares about the cars he tows and the people he helps. Best experience ever.

I was extremely frustrated with AAA. Waited 4 hours for a tow only to be told they would come next day. The next day Parrish Towing got the request and I got a call from them telling me they would be with me within 20 mins. No sooner had I hung up; Abel called to say he was on his way! He was professional and extremely personable. He is very knowledgeable and was a delight to deal with. He also sent pictures of my car for my files. I was left with a new perspective of Parrish Towing thanks to Abel and Nate, who helped me with my flat tire 2 days earlier. Will definitely use them again and request Abel! The alternator went out on my car during a roadtrip to Florida. My 14 yo daughter and I were stressed out and worried, stuck in a small town and not sure what to do or where to have the car towed. One of the best experiences I've had with a towing company. The dispatcher was courteous and professional. My experience was with Abel from the moment he came i felt the burdens lift and the good times rolled in... and yes this was a tow (lol). Abel was comforting, kind, funny,and complete master at his job . I was in a frustrated place before he showed he changed that immediately. I appreciate this company truly everyone who was involved in the rescue made me feel safe and that's not a common thing these days. This company makes you believe in good people again.
