ELITE came out in freezing temperatures past midnight to help me out in MANY ways from a extremely dangerous situation with a broke down truck AND trailer loaded with my equipment swiftly just like he told me over the phone!!

One of the most professional towing companies I've ever worked with. They said it would be about an hour- took a lot less time than that. The driver was extremely professional and customer service oriented. My SUV was delivered flawlessly- no damage or scratches.

My car gave out in a very tight parking on a Saturday afternoon. They gave me an estimate of ~30 min arrival. The wait, pickup, and drop off to my mechanic took under an hour. Highly recommend! Easy, friendly, were able to take card or cash.

I am SO GRATEFUL for Elite Wrecker and Recovery. I had a huge tire blowout 2.5 hours into an Atlanta-to-Nashville trip and stranded in the middle of nowhere. From the man who answered the call to the man who came and towed my car, the entire experience was seamless. Very professional, affordable and I am forever grateful for their handling of this stranded traveler.
They were supposed to tow myy car through my insurance and waiting 2 hours and never got a response. Called the company and they never answered, my insurance called and they never picked up for them. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. Would not recommend for business. Didnt get any notice as to why they decided to leave me without a tow for 2 hours before I got someone new assigned that only took them 30 mins and called for confirmation
Poor professionalism!!! I'm insured with direct auto and am covered by roadside assistance. They sent the referral to this company and they're number and eta to me. When the time for them arrive came and went, I called to check on their service. The driver told me he had not recieved a statement from my agent and they didn't work with my company. I called my company who then called ti verify and was given another story, by the lady who works as their assistant, that they did not have a driver and wouldn't for three hours! B.S.!!!!
After contacting numerous different towing companies and being stood up, I was able to find this company to help tow a semi truck that had broken down at Dalton. Their service was absolutely excellent! They’re professional and punctual. I would highly recommend them!

I called elite wrecker when I ran my car in a creek it was late at night thundering and raining. He came right out and pulled me out. He was fast nice and even worked with me on the payments best service ever.
Had a flat tire outside of normal business hours, and Elite wrecker went above and beyond to help me change tire and get me on my way. Can't say enough about their customer service. I wont use anyone else now.

I called Elite yesterday afternoon to have them take my tractor to the shop for repairs. Jake was fast and wonderful. The price was much better than the Tractor Shop wanted to come and get it. This is the second time I've used Elite and I would highly recommend keeping their number in your phone for any issues you might have.
