I used to really like this place , they had amazing discounts. But this year they’ve started inflating prices, and now things are more expensive than in the actual store.

They used to have great competitive prices, great deals, but since they have more customers they prices went up, and now their items are more expensive than amazon, cvs, or even Walmart. But it is still a good option to visit, look around and see what deal you may find
Used to come here all the time and find some awesome deals, now its so-so. The best part of this place is the dollar tree section, especially since the DT stuff is now more than a dollar and you can get it here for less than a dollar.
BEWARE OF FOOD. ALWAYS OPEN THE BAGS IN THE STORE ON THE SPOT BEFORE YOU PURCHASE BECAUSE THEY WILL SELL YOU TRASH FOOD THAT WILL MAKE YOU SICK AND REFUSE TO SWAP OR REFUND. EVEN THOUGH they open all their bags and see what's inside, they dont care.
The prices are too high considering this is a discount store. I found three identical breast pumps that all had a clearance sticker of $99. At checkout, I was told that that was the price at the original store. Robinson’s price was $200. I said, “So it’s more expensive here than at Target?” The woman shrugged and said the old stickers should have been taken off at their warehouse. That didn’t make me feel any better, so I didn’t buy the item. What else are they up charging by 100%?
Used to be one of my favorite stores. They had good deals. The staff could be more friendly and helpful. They have no idea what good customer service means. I hope they improve soon or they will continue to lose customers. Also, not permitting customers to use the restroom is not nice, especially when children are needing to use it.
The things you’d want to get are basically the same price as a regular retail store. The place is cluttered, it’s somewhat organized, but not enough. It’s a below average experience
Tried to return some items, but I was two days past the 14 day policy. Now they have lost a customer for life over two days. I took the items to the Goodwill down the way.
Most items that should have been refrigerated or kept in some kind of temp control ended up being left in dirty, stained shelves. Most items are dirty, like a “chill pill” pillow with what could have only been a poop or chocolate covered hand stain, finger details and all. Floor is kept disgusting, I haven’t seen a single clean or even mildly clean tile in that ENTIRE store.
Huge store but very pricey for opened and parts missing merchandise. If I have to pay almost full prices then I might as well go to the regular store. The checkout lanes are super slow with long lines. I most likely not go back. Do not recommend
Incredible store with an ever changing stock of some junk and some great deals! Lots of items we also find at Costco, but they are between 50-75% the price of Costco. Not quite as much Costco merchandise but still some good deals. Worth visiting monthly just to see what the latest deals are
On a return the manager started to give a hard time because a new employee had charged me a price on a white sticker when it was supposed to be a green sticker that was supposed to be charged even though I had the receipt. Train your employees better and hopefully these situations can be avoided.
Great store. Employees are very kind and helpful. I am not in Dalton very often. So I was surprised at the affect that Inflation has taken on their prices way up like the rest of the world. Still saved a few cents.
Great prices and discounts. Alot of variety. Awesome prices on shoes. Everything from home remodeling, clothes, school supplies, cleaning supplies, tools, medicine, auto essentials, knives, houseware, lightening, decorations, food, etc. Update still love this store always getting good deal on household supplies cat food and litter and dog food, Thursday until 12 u can get clothes for 50cent. .
Some things are definitely a steal but a lot of the bigger and nicer items are only about 30% off.
Its still a fun place to get deals on drinks, some food items and office supplies.
This discount store is a little far from town and the major market areas, so you may have to make a special trip only for shopping here. The store is more comfortable than the local competition, with wider aisles and I should say more staff. Many times, what you have not found in one of the in town discount stores you will find it here, and nearly always at a reasonable price.
Best place to find great Cheap prices on all kinds of random stuff. It takes a while to go through everything but can be well worth it!!!
They also have a separate Clothing Store next door and it has AMAZING deals!!! If you have an hour or two to kill then I HIGHLY recommend stopping by and checking it out, I’ll pretty much guarantee you won’t walk out empty handed
Found some really good deals. The inventory changes weekly but when I was there I was able to find an organic oyster mushroom grow kit for about $15. I have put one like it in and out of my Amazon cart but the price kept me from trying it. Very excited to grow my own mushrooms. The weighted blankets were also very reasonable.
The store was relatively clean and most of the employees were very friendly however the lady the checkout clerk was not as friendly as she probably could have been however being the end of the night she was probably tired so we'll give her the benefit of the doubt this time. What happened was my wife was going to buy some sheets but it was not the price that she thought it was going to be after it was run up so she has the lady to please take it off that she didn't want him after all and you can tell it really aggravated the lady. to come up with customer service nowadays in the society we live in is a rarity however like I said earlier in the statement most of the employees were very friendly and polite. Store was in a disarray but I would put that due to the customers picking stuff up and not putting it back either work for long or not putting it back properly to keep things straight and an orderly fashion. However they have good prices you just have to go frequently and visit and rubbish through everything to find the deals. All in all it was a good shopping experience we will be back and I encourage you if you've never been there to try it might be pleasantly surprised on the money that you save.
Interesting place but not as affordable as I was expecting it to be. The merchandise was good quality but much of it is damaged, stained, opened or missing pieces. Lots of Target and Amazing merch like household goods, sheets etc.. the sheet are 30% off retail but it’s hard to find a set that isn’t stained or damaged. If you don’t like hunting for what you want then stay away but if you like the hunt then you will likely find some great deals.
I did see some great prices on several things but they were things I wasn’t in the market for.
I’m in the middle on liking or disliking this store because I know they have good deals, I just wasn’t in the mood to hunt for them.
When I came to this store, I was expecting a nice place based on the outside. This is a fairly large store and had a lot of variety of things such as car accessories, food, clothes, shoes, and more. However, when I started looking at the prices, I was very disappointed. The prices here seem to be the same as or close to new prices. The prices are a little high for what is offered.
Tip: When visiting this store, ask for some guidance. This store is very poorly labeled according to departments and aisles.
Hit or miss but if you have time to look around you can usually find something worth your time. Usually has a lot of salvaged sporting goods at good prices. Most recently when I went in they had a huge selection from Fanatics.
