Really solid process. Understanding it’s a business where money is being made from “buying low and selling high” I believed I was treated fairly with market value and offers. Loved the fact that there was ability to negotiate and even give “credits” to assist in alleviating fees from storage and hauling cost. There was an issue of the final payout in which there was miscommunication and I nearly lost $600 on the deal but because I was sent a professional email with final numbers verified, all was rectified. Would do business with CFC again.
This place is an absolute joke! They’ll give u a price for your junk car, then give u the round around, and then cancel on you. I’ll definitely not be doing any business with them ever again!! Safe yourself time and get someone else to buy your junk car.
Highly convenient & efficient service offered by Quinn. Will say as a seller you will be shorted if you don’t defend your offer/quote, so be sure to research ahead of time what your car is worth to maximize your earnings. Other than that, the dispatch service coming to tow my car to Loganville GA told me I’d have an hour notice ahead of the tow, but I wasn’t informed until 10 minutes ahead of pickup. Luckily I made prior arrangements to be ready while I was at work, but if I hadn’t I’d be screwed.
This process was really easy and friendly. I had looked them up on the net and they had many favorable reviews so I went with them. I would certainly recommend them for anyone looking to sell their vehicle. Called the at 11:00 and car was gone by 9:00 pm same day.
This is a scam!!!! The offers are not what you really get. They make it seem like they send one of their drivers from their company when it is 3rd party towing companies. They “guarantee” offers that are not reasonable for tow company drivers to meet. For example, I was offered a guaranteed offer of $394 for my van that did not run. I stated this in the questionnaire. I thought that was a great deal since the junk yards I spoke with said I could get around $200 for it. When the tow truck driver arrived he explained to me without it running he would only get around what I was quoted through a junk yard. He was very honest and very respectful and I understand that his company has to make money too. Cash For Cars should NOT be guaranteeing offers the drivers cannot reasonably meet. I can’t imagine how many others have been scammed in this process since they make it seem like they pay top dollar. Cash For Cars owes me the additional $194 since they guaranteed the offer! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

My experience with cash for cars was great. The driver was very professional and punctual. It was a very smooth experience. Need a car moved with no keys, tires flat that has been sitting up for a while call them. They will take care of it for you with no problems.

The experience was seamless from start to finish. I was contacted within a day or so of completing the form on their website. They offered more for the car than Carvana. We were able to coordinate the pickup date for towing, and even the towing company and driver were friendly. I’d recommend them to anyone.
They picked up my totaled truck. The promised 24-48 hours and then seemingly don't work on the weekends. Therefore I paid more money than expected in storage as they called on a Friday to say they'd get there Monday. Outside of that, the service was as expected.
I’m really not sure if this is on Copart or CashforCars but either way I had an absolute terrible experience. I was told by 3 separate employees that I would be notified 1 hour prior to them picking up my car so that I could meet the tow driver to hand over my title and key and get my check for the car. I was not given a call and instead they simply picked it up and took it to their lot. I had to drive over a hour to go give my title and key and was told that they do not just give me a check but everything goes through my insurance to deal with me getting paid for the vehicle. I also had belongings in the car that I had planned on getting out (I had crashed my car and lived a hour away from the shop the car was at previously so I was not able to get out all my belongings at the time). I figured I would be able to get everything out when I was going to meet the tow driver but obviously that didn’t happen. When I went to give the title and get my belongings out they had already gone through and taken/trashed some of my items. I had some items in my car that were very special to me and irreplaceable (gifts from loved ones) and I was absolutely distraught to find that they were no longer in the vehicle. Them going through my stuff before I handled over the title is pretty messed up to me especially on top of the other incorrect information I was given throughout the process. I am not at all happy with the way this whole thing was handled.
After much thought, I decided to sell my car which was a financial burden. I submitted my request to sell online with Cash for Cars and accepted a decent offer (a little more than the dealership I visited). Within moments, I was called and all was finalized within 10 minutes. My car was picked up, for free, the next day and I received my check on the spot.

It could have been a 5 statement experience. But I was misinformed about the pick-up time, 4 times. But they finally arrived around 5 pm and completed our deal. They were also kind and courteous. I will use them again if ever needed.
