This company - from the tow drivers to the customer service representatives, they have all been absolutely terrible to work with. The driver picking up my car has been so difficult and rude for no reason. I have been forced to do business with them because my insurance company uses them...just the worst.

Been a car dealer for 3 years exclusively buying off of Copart. Never had any terrible issues with this branch and they have been friendly everytime I preview vehicles. A lot of complaints really boil down to Copart itself and not the branch, aswell as insurance companies getting things mixed up in between. Everyone is very nice and does as much as they can, even if it’s out of their hands sometimes. Keep up the amazing work!

TERRIBLE. I’ve been calling for a week straight and can’t get a hold of a single agent. I’ve been on hold for over an hour today and still no one! I’ll be suing because it’s a violation of rights to deprive you of an opportunity to retrieve your personal property from your vehicle before auction. Beware!

Three onsite visit to give them documents already supplied or in their possession. USAA nor Copart can accept anything electronically. Disappointed with both beyond belief.

Spent close to million in purchases this year and these goons still treat you like trash, fees went thru the roof ussuming to hire more employees but lines are huge, problems with payments happen all the time and the worse part, no one at copart customer service can do jack, stopped buying from copart. Until I see positive feedback from people that still forced to stay in business with them because their business depends on it, I wouldn't spend dollar there, and it's not just this branch problem, it's nationwide corporate greed, I hope they go out of business to learn the lesson of putting customer service as priority

Sorriest towing company/lot ever. Tow guy came a day earlier than committed and took my vehicle without affording me the opportunity to collect my personal belongings. Had to waste an hour of my life to do something I should not have had to do in the first place. Only one star because it’s the lowest rating I can give. And immediately as soon as they did this because the tow guy could not wait 15 MINUTES for me to arrive to get things from my car, I called Customer Service as their responses to further terrible service stated to do and they were COMPLETELY UNHELPFUL. Terrible terrible terrible.

I’m really not sure if this is on Copart or CashforCars but either way I had an absolute terrible experience. I was told by 3 separate employees that I would be notified 1 hour prior to them picking up my car so that I could meet the tow driver to hand over my title and key and get my check for the car. I was not given a call and instead they simply picked it up and took it to their lot. I had to drive over a hour to go give my title and key and was told that they do not just give me a check but everything goes through my insurance to deal with me getting paid for the vehicle. I also had belongings in the car that I had planned on getting out (I had crashed my car and lived a hour away from the shop the car was at previously so I was not able to get out all my belongings at the time). I figured I would be able to get everything out when I was going to meet the tow driver but obviously that didn’t happen. When I went to give the title and get my belongings out they had already gone through and taken/trashed some of my items. I had some items in my car that were very special to me and irreplaceable (gifts from loved ones) and I was absolutely distraught to find that they were no longer in the vehicle. Them going through my stuff before I handled over the title is pretty messed up to me especially on top of the other incorrect information I was given throughout the process. I am not at all happy with the way this whole thing was handled.

Misrepresent cars. My truck was labeled run/drive with main damages being scratches and dents. Upon receipt I learned that there are many mechanical problems with it that were not disclosed anywhere. The drive shaft was not connected at pick up, they misrepresented the truck, and the evaluation of it was entirely inaccurate. I am in a bind with it now as my expectations were what it was labeled. The manager basically told me all of their units are sold “as is” and they can’t help me. “As is” is understandable; however I guess in Copart terms that means whatever they feel like labeling, even if inaccurate. This place has absolutely given Copart a bad look and I will never recommend anyone purchase here. Now I’m stuck with a truck with no value that has too much mechanical damages to fix.

I just want to take the time to let you know how wonderful of an employee you have in Ashley Wood in The titles department. She went way above and beyond to help me in a situation that i had recently. I really wished more businesses had employees like Mrs. Wood!!! She was wonderful!!

I wasn’t having a great day and dealing with the loss of a vehicle is not something I felt like dealing with. I had to drive an hour out to Copart and wasn’t in a great mood but I walked in the door and was immediately welcomed by Laziya and Chamberley. They immediately made me feel at ease and made me feel like I was a priority. They were funny, kind and worked with a sense of urgency and made the process so easy. Thank you so much for taking care of me so quickly. Wish more places were like this!

Real easy and straight forward to use. I used the app throughout my process from bidding to making the purchase. Customer service was very informational. Only thing I didn’t know about before I drove all the way up there is I had to make an appointment but they still assisted me when I got there.

Staff was friendly... I bought a vehicle that was falsely advertised... They did not show the damage to the roof... Toxic mold wrote on the window they did not show in any picture. I called in to discuss with management. They told me I was out of luck... I should have come in person to view the truck before buying. I think this is a joke. They did not offer to resale the vehicle or any help.

It took me almost a year to master it but at the end , I won. Good and fast customer service, quality HD pictures. Although there are some errors where you buy a run and drive car and when it arrives , the engine is completely dead. Had couple of cars with this issue. They need to look into it.

Having to wait on your car for 6hrs 15min. Is obsurd. Have waited over 3hrs a few times but never 6. Many other people have the same problem, just ask them. This needs an independent study, then put someone in charge who can inforce it. Its very obvious no one there can get it done. Been happening a long time.

Had a terrible experience with a representative named Devon after arriving 30 minutes early to pick up some textbooks and personal belongings from my vehicle after it was totaled. I felt entirely disrespected as the only female customer in the lobby as all of the other male customers with the same requests as me were helped and I was asked to wait outside even though the men didn’t have appointments. I was very polite when I came in and was immediately asked to leave the lobby before Devon could even figure out why I came into the store. I called Copart a week and a half before driving 1.5 hours to make an appointment to pick up my belongings as advised by my insurance agent, and the woman assured me that I did not have to make one as long as my name was authorized on the car. Devon treated me like I was wasting his time and had a terrible, unhelpful attitude throughout the entire interaction. Devon even walked away from the counter while there were at least 5 customers waiting to speak to someone to have a very loud personal conversation with one of his coworkers that had nothing to do with anything on the job. He left us standing waiting to be helped and a simple request that should’ve taken 5 minutes to complete ended up taking nearly 40 minutes. I get it’s not the most exciting job, but the management there clearly has no intention of training their employees to work efficiently and professionally and to treat customers with any sort of respect.

Let me start by saying this business does not care about their customers . They may care about the insurance companies but not the hardworking individuals that take their time to come here. I came here because my car was totaled in an accident I came to get my belongings and called in advance to see if I could come get it . When I arrived there were signs up about a queue I joined the queue and was told my wait would be approximately 3 mins after 30 minutes I received no service . When I went inside to ask how much longer it would take no one could tell me anything . I called and spoke to the manager Misty Cole. She seemed annoyed talking to us and said she could no nothing about us waiting. She also gave me a hard time about asking about corporates number and her full name. Did I mention that I had a Lyft waiting for me and they ended up leaving me . I told them several times that I had a ride waiting and asked if they could give me an approximate time because their queue wasn’t updating. It had been an hour at this point in time. They said there was nothing they could do. When we finally got our text about them being ready they sent my husband to the back but never requested for the forklift to get the car so he sat there for another thirty minutes waiting until another forklift driver asked him if he needed help. Apparently them not requesting is something that happens often. Overall Im frustrated at my experience at Copart. It would have been better if they atleast updated their queue but no , you’re just stuck waiting endlessly . You didn’t even know how many people you’ve got in front of you . I understand the lot is huge but time is money and a lot of mine was wasted.

Worst experience ever in a copart yard. Stay away and run far from this yard. Avoid buying here. They don't care at all, zero... about their customers or about the transporters. Came up with their own Covid rules and use them to make themselves comfortable. They slam the customers with late fees, storage fees that they cause by refusing to load the cars and turning away tens of transporters a day. Lack of any customer care or support, just repeat the same sentence like a broken record and being of no help. You've been warned. Don't buy here.

The folks here have always been courteous and helpful but, geez, you better sweet aside half a day for your pickup. I've tried different days of the week but always is 3 hours plus, usually more like 4, before I can get out of there. They need a logistics re-configuration.

If you are a TRANSPORTER, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! This location is horribly run, they will have you wait 3 hours for just one vehicle, they do not care about your schedule or time. They have only one or two people actually attending people. I guess they don't understand that transporters don't get paid by the hour. They will ruin your entire day. If your vehicle is at this location, then look for another vehicle, its not worth it.

Since I’m young and black they assumed I wasn’t the owner of the business account. Kala asked me, “who do you work for?”... I made a payment in person at the counter and they still refused to release my car even though they had the receipt in their hands that printed out after I paid at the counter. Gave me the receipt and told me to call accounting department(not my job) after talking to accounting department they determined it was a IT error and will be fixed in 24 hours but meanwhile added notes to my account and instructed me to go back to the location and they would release the vehicle today no problem because the accounting added the notes for release. I returned to the counter and spoke with Jaz she confirmed the notes in the account but didn’t have the authority to override so she went to her supervisor and she declined to release the vehicle also even though the funds were a certified check from chase. We’ve bought several cars at other locations with no problems. We’ve never had a payment returned and our “Premier” dealers account has been open for over 2 years. The ladies here are rude and prejudice. I notice them rolling there eyes while taking to other customers also. I will never do business with this location again or maybe Copart at all.

This is the slowest loading and longest wait time facility! If you show up during the day, bring a lunch, it will be a while. They seem to only have one or two actual loaders for a very large facility. Many truckers complaint that it takes a long time to get loaded. They should get MORE loaders to work on busy days! You have to use the "virtual que" to get in line. That time estimate is only for "in office paperwork". Not time it takes to load up! Parking lot is slammed packed with trucks waiting! Atl least have a hot dog stand outside if it's going to be like this!

Still was billed storage after I called and requested delivery the 1st time. Sent an email to Copart with no response.Then found out they have up to 10 days to deliver. Delivery driver has very poor communication and said he was coming the night before. He never followed up to say that was changing to the next day. Car was left in a nearby lot and the driver never answered the phone until he left. What’s the purpose of paying a fee and they just drop it wherever? Have yet to speak to someone at the local branch. Calls are always answered from other states and they only Regurgitate what we can already see online!

Horrible employee's. Horrible service. Any issues, dont bother addressing. They will say anything. I purchased a landscaping trailer that was posted with a zero turn lawn mower on the trailer along with several other items. Placed my highest bid so it would bid for me cuz I was not able 2 bid on the day of the auction. Later I got confirmation that I had one. I go to review and pictures was completely different zero-turn with nowhere in the pictures. I called and spoke with several people and they made me literally feel like I was seeing things and there was no mower never on that trailer. So when I went to pick up the trailer because they wouldn't issue me a refund I pull into the back to hook up and a yard guy assist me. I I told him that there was supposed to be a John Deere zero turn on the trailer and wanted to know where it was he stated it fell off when they move the trailer and showed me where it was. I was Furious plant manager didn't want to face me but finally did and said Insurance made them take it off. Can remember I spoke with 7 people on the phone that clearly made me think I was crazy. Of course it didn't matter no refund no credit just horrible customer service. 2 visit within a month and both of them was the worst experience ever. Was ready 2 fight everyone employed.

I needed to get my personal belongings out of a vehicle I totaled that was at there lot. I called ahead got there and waited about a minute or 2 then signed some paperwork for a few minutes. Waited about 5 to 10 minutes for them to get my vehicle up to their pad behind the building and got all my stuff with the help of a small 4wheel cart they let you use and was on my way all pretty painless if that's all you need to do there. Staff seemed pretty nice and knew what to do as far as I could tell for just personal belongings collection. I haven't used any of there other services there so I couldn't say anything about them.

AMAZING. I have had other terrible experiences with a few other Coparts but this Copart is literally the best one in existence. I bought a car sight unseen save for pictures and it was EXACTLY as described.The staff here is top notch and will answer all questions for you, the way it is setup is very efficient and from the time I entered the building until the time the car was brought into the lot was no joke, under 10 minutes including the waiting line.This location is a well oiled machine and even though it was a ten hour drive for me it was worth every second and the car was worth every penny. very very thorough and I hope I find another car from this location when the time comes. A++++.

They were very rude and not very helpful. My car was towed here after an accident the ran the engine until it was blowing oil with obvious damage. I spoke with the manager lou and he told me they run all the engines as soon as they come on the lot wether the own it or not.Now insurance is giving me a hard time.
