This is a great business, I spent 8 weeks looking for a super duty sway bar, I had no idea this was so rare! Discontinued by Ford, Hellwig is on backorder forever. Called several local salvage yards that couldn't help me. Called Chris here and he not only had several, he also removed it for me and charged a very fair price. I really appreciate the guys here, and look forward to having them fix my 1997 Powerstroke that had starting issues for years now.
For years my 97 F250 had a random now start issue, after several places couldn't diagnose it, and threw parts at it. I took it to Chris and he tracked down a bad grounding cable. It looked good on the outside but after cutting away the plastic coating he found the cable inside was completely rotten. He replaced it 6 months ago and after years of frustration I can finally drive this truck anywhere with confidence! Thank you so much for the proper diagnosis and affordable repair!

Another great visit, we were told the truck had a cracked cylinder head. They had to program an injector and that fixed everything.

I had a very good experience with Quality Auto Salvage! I wasn't sure if they only sold salvage parts, so I called and asked the owner (Chris) if he could install a dual dash cam in my truck. He let me know that they actually make repairs and install parts as well. I wanted a clean install where the wires (particularly to the rear camera) were well hidden. Chris was flexible with my schedule and quickly completed the install at a very fair price. The results were awesome! All the employees were super nice people too. I will definitely check back with Chris if I need any repairs or upgrades on my truck in the future!

I experienced a flat tire as I was approaching Quality Auto Salvage on Hwy 138. They promptly changed the flat tire and had me back on the road in 10 minutes. Much appreciative of their kindness.
I called early in the day and he sent over pictures of multiple parts with prices. I Showed up at the End of the day after they closed and the owner Chris not only got me the part I needed. I even asked for another part that I needed. I felt like family. He and his crew are extremely professional. I also want to say great prices ,quality ,and customer service. He even threw in extra clips saying I may need them because they sometimes brake when uninstalling the old part. I will say it again and again Amazing. If I could give more stars I would.
I called to check on a part was told they would check on it and call me back. It was late and I didn’t hear anything so the next afternoon I called back and was hung up on twice by Chris. This was very rude.
This is an update on the first review I gave this company. Since then I have talked to Chris and there seem to have been a misunderstanding on the phone calls, where I thought he was hanging up on me he actually could not hear me talking. I am updating from the one star to five stars because of the response from Chris and also speaking with him on the phone.
Chris is very honest, helpful and professional. Price was competitive, description was accurate, and pictures made it worth the 6 hour each way drive to pick up my body parts. Helped me loaded my vehicle, checked to make sure the load was secure and safe for the road. Good people!
The stuff is very friendly they go out of the way to help and assist very good place to go find parts if they do not have the parts they will go out of the way to help you find it.
