Amazing staff! Mike was working when I went in ( not sure if hes there still ) he was so helpful, walked me around and made sure I was safe. Helped me get the part I needed and put it in my truck! Amazing experience, guys are a little rough around the edges but wonderful people!!
Randy and those guys ALWAYS take care of me and I would at least call them first and if they don't have your part needed they will tell you WHO to call for it.
I feel they forgot who pays the bills. There customer service has suffered tremendously do to there incredible growth but not applying the amount of staff needed to compensate for the increase in customer base.
Well mr. Scott c God forbid if you get put on hold three times but it is a good business and they do have good people that work there and they are reliable they don't talk bullshit and they back their parts for 30 days I guess you will always have critics but when it comes to a business I guess you could say it's the best I've been to and I'm 42
