If I could put 0000000 stars, I would. They wanted to try and charge me $450 to tow my totaled car 1 minute down the road after my husband was in a very, very serious accident. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!
Tim and his team are great. They always work hard to get our work trucks back on the road in a timely manner. Our vehicles drive many miles daily and get a lot of wear and tear so we unfortunately have a lot of problems arrise. If you ever have an issue they will take care of you.
If you want your stuff half fixed for full price. Take it here. When I brought my car back and asked if they had even test drove it to make sure it was fixed I was told “well we took it around the block”
The speed limit around the block is 15, the issue my car was having, was happening at 50.
Then when he told me it needed a fix that was supposed to be done with the original, he wanted to charge me more and said “well we we only fix what you tell us”
Good news is, if you had a good lawyer, it would probably be an easy civil case to take them to court and expose the crook for what he is. Make sure you document everything if you decide to take your vehicle here.
I cannot stress enough, how much of a crook this man really is. It took him two months to get to my truck I stayed in touch with him on a regular basis for about six months And I lost his information. Well, in that time He was trying to get a salvage title put on my truck But anytime I talk to him he made it seem like my truck being there was no big deal at all. Luckily, my wife got it back when she went up there and talked to him. We got the truck and it’s still leaks oil $2500 later. I do not recommend going to this place. There are far better cheaper and more trustworthy people.
I locked my keys in my truck and I called them and they were very nice and it didn't take much time for sending someone to my home and the price was cheaper than anyone else that I called. So I've told my family members and for them to tell all there friends that if this happens to them to call Durham Wrecked Service.
Tim Durham is honestly a really nice and respectable man. He really helped me out when I was low on funds. Will most definitely be bringing my business to him
Don’t call these jokers for your towing needs! Called them at 2:30 and they said they would be out in about an hour. Waited 2 hours and still nothing, no call no show. So called them to make sure they was still coming and the guy said yes. Waited to more hours and called them back again and they wouldn’t even pick up the phone! What a waste of time! Thought just maybe they would called the next morning to come out and still nothing. So don’t waste your time on this company. They won’t show!
Apparently didn't test drive the car to see it still wasn't right its been back twice and still doing basically the same thing all 8 spark plugs should have been charged
These people are amazing, the definition of southern hospitality & Tim is a master mechanic. Our Mercedes water pump went out while we were going to check out Ulla Cave. Chad got us towed back to the shop & since my gf & I are visiting my mom(she lives in ATL) from Utah they accommodated us & we’re able to get us back on the road the next day. Thank you Sherry! You saved our vacation & gave us some wonderful memories
Durham's was prompt and efficient when we broke down passing through LaFayette. Even more, they went above and beyond to help us as if we were friends.
Called and made arrangements for a tow . Was given a price quote and arrival time . Waited 45 minute eta. No problem, called both numbers listed for business ,twice, with no answer . Wasted 2 hours on the side of the road for a no show!! Will not be using their services ever again
Over 20 days ago I took my Kia to them for what we thought was brakes he changed three or four different things and still my car is sitting there not fixed they don't know what's wrong with it the man doesn't communicate I do not advise anyone to use durhams
Good dependable quality work and Honest people always very helpful and friendly!! So whatever you're needing whether it be a vehicle having problems that you need fixed or just a simple toe because you're stranded out somewhere this place definitely has you covered!! Highly recommended..
The tow bill was less than expected plus I enjoy the quality work Tim and his crew puts out. These guys are not out to rip you off. Tim is always upfront with me and will get the vehicle back on the road running good as new at an affordable price.
So even if you get stuck or some other predicament, call Durham's wrecker service and auto repair.
They were great, and all the staff were friendly! Got our Jeep out of the mountain woods, from a place no one else would go, for a good price! Definitely will call them again, if I need a tow!
Had my daughter's Lexus SUV at this shop. Mr Durham was very nice and patient and thoroughly checked out car and got issue repaired. I highly recommend his shop.

DISHONEST people. Called Tim last week to help me move a storage building, and he said he could move it Saturday. I called Saturday at 4 and told me that it was too late. I was told to call him back on the next day, so I called him on Sunday morning to schedule a time and he said to just give him a call by noon and go from there. I did called for the third time and now I was told that his truck needed some work done!! He wasted my time and couldn’t even keep up his word. WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THEM!
Tim is a very knowledgeable person. Very helpful. Trustworthy and honest. Great job on the thunderbird. Looking forward to having alot of work done through you guys at durhams.
LONG STORY SHORT THEY MAKE A LOT OF MONEY OFF VICTIMS OF STOLEN VEHICLES. single mother trying my hardest to NOT lose everything I have and I get charged for storage on days they were closed and was even going to be charged for Christmas day until the insurance co called them. charged for days the law had it on hold and I wasn't able to get it. oh and the hours they have posted on fb evidently are incorrect because I got there at 4 and they were closed had to wait till the next morning then was given 30 minutes to get there. yeah I was slightly in a bad mood. No I don't expect them to work for free but the amount I was charged was outrageous for there to literally only be 3 days I could've gotten my motorcycle had i not had to wait until pay day then it was pouring rain on pay day.
