Didn't have part in store. Told me another location had it. I drove to 2nd location only to be told they didn't have it. Employee there called a 3rd location and made sure the part was there. 3rd location had part and had it ready to go.
Went there for 20 years, never had an issue. But today long story short we had to get a clamp and hanger for a mufler. One of the employees told us to come back and get it later. We had a recipt and they gave us the hanger. We went back to get the clamp and the one employee never gave us back the recipt and threw it away. So when we came back to get the clamp they tried to say we didn't ever pay for one. My father told them what happened and the guy that assisted us this morning admitted he told us he would get the hanger and clamp and we can get it later it was all on the recipt bit even though the employee admitted it they still gave him the go around and here is the worse part. Another employee pulled the one employee to the back and we heard him tell the employee not to argue with the dumb sob, it would only cause trouble, the other employee heard it but acted dumb. Well darn right it would cause issues, my father may not do much but I will. That is not good customer service knowing their was a recipt with everything on it and threw it away is one thing but calling your customer an dumb sob in the back is unexceptable.
Terrible location, mostly because of the employees. 90% of the associates here offer nothing beyond pulling items from the back, and an attitude in one form or another with no attempts made to hide it from the customer. This comes from multiple experiences at this location with several different employees who genuinely seem to have a disdain for the very people paying money to the company that keeps them employed. I won't go here again unless I'm forced.
Do not use their tool rental program. I broke down out of town and "rented" a fuel pressure test kit. Tried to return at the Thomaston rd. Store in Macon GA and she could not find me in the system. I explained to her that It was rented from another store and I did not have receipt but I would call the other store to get it sorted out. She told me not to bother and I needed to find my receipt. Called the other store and they pulled me up and even told me that she didn't know what she was doing.... Contacted customer support and keep getting the run around for a simple loaner tool return. Will not be buying from O'Reilly and definitely will not use there "loaner" tool program.
Very nice people. I bought windshield wipers and was not expecting for them to put them on, but he did and being an older female it was greatly appreciated. Will go back for any other car needs.
They were jolly on the spot finding the parts I needed and were very pro. Very kind. Store was neat and tidy. Enjoyed my visit joking and swapping lies.
Great parts store, always answers the phone in a timely manner and respectful customer service. Timely manner in getting the parts ordered if they do not have them in stocc. Great overall parts company
The manager Rick and associates especially Rodney were very knowledgeable, confident and friendly. Went out of the way to help me diagnosing the issues with my Cadillac. Always a warm reception. Great staff. Thomaston is blessed to have these Folks. Thanks to everyone there.

My daughter had a break down. They allowed her to park her car for 2 days. On the 3rd day she had it worked on in the parking lot. They allowed the man fix it there. My daughter bought all the parts there.
Was having issue with my truck, talked with associate who not only answered questions but also checked issue himself sold needed part and suggested easy install method, fixed it in their parking lot and five minutes was on my way

Terrell was the person that helped me. Very pleasant experience dealing with Terrell. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Quality service and quality parts! Will definitely be a repeat customer at this store.
The man that works there lied and states that my sister stole something. He lied. We waited on the law because he lied on us and there was nothing stolen at all. We were falsely accused
I was the only customer in the store. Saw three Sales People, none of whom acknowledged my presence. I walked up to the counter (where all 3 of them were standing), waited 5 minutes for someone to offer to check me out. Two of them looked at me and walked away, one was on the phone, totally get that part! So, I put the $100 worth of products on the counter and left the store, and went to a competator. Will NOT be back!
