So much to choose from and they seemingly keep adding more. I always stop here on my way to FL. I love their beef sticks..so many flavors to choose from. They have a gift shop with lots of things for dog owners. And a wine shop although Ive not perused in there. They have a wide variety of candy to include sugar free... they have tons of hot sauces, sauces for meats, and grilling options. Definitely worth a stop

I've been driving back and forth from St Augustine to Atlanta the last few years and I've always want to stop here on my commute. Well for work I was a block away in town that day (1/23/26) and stopped by FINALLY! This place is amazing! If I lived closer I'd be here weekly if not daily. A great selection of organic items and everything else. I purchased a lot of things - various candies and sweets, Pineapple Mango spread, hot salsa, jalapeno dill pickle chips, bang bang garnish sauce, jalapeno aioli garnish sauce and everything is AMAZING!!!! I can't wait to stop back by. Friendly staff. Clean and organized store. Highly recommend this place!!

Worth the stop! Their store has all kinds of wonderful things! Feels like a country store, with something for everyone. We camped at their RV campground. Perfect over night stop while traveling. Easy in and out, full hookup and only $45 a night! You also get $10 gift card to spend in their store! Very safe and quiet…well can hear noise from interstate. But it’s not that bad.

What a store!!! Love the sausage. Fantastic, easy process to order some sausages to be sent out of state to the Midwest. I bought some for the road. Military discount that I appreciate so much. On both orders. Thank you. I saw the campground next door and it looks great too. You folks have a returning customer for sure!!

Love to stop at this place on the way to FLA. A little pricy but so many choses you can't find in a regular grocery store. The food is fresh and delivered by a variety of farmers. You can purchase homemade skins, farm fresh sausage, steaks, bacon, etc and candies. We spend so much time walking around and choosing items to add to our kitchen.

Great place for fresh cuts of beef, pork, and chicken. Several cuts to choose from.as well as some frozen and easy for the road trip. I get smoked jalepeno cheddar smoked sausage most everytime. They have several types and fresh pan sausage. There are thousands of seasonings, jellies, and sauces on the shelves. Some fresh cooked sausage dogs and a friendy staff. Plenty parking in the gravel area or nearby grass area. Atop by , right of I 75.

Semi parking, great food for truckers, liver and seasoning, samples, spicy and non- spicy. Friendly staff. Nothing to worried about great place. Bar soap if ypu need to wash your face. Lots of snacks and other food. Lots of feash and frozen steak. A+ on my visit. Peanuts ? in bags, etc.

The Vidalia Onion, cheese sausage, 10/10, I was skeptical but read the online reviews. We purchased the mild sausage links, applewood bacon and peppered bacon all 10/10. We also purchased a Chuck Roast, best I have had...no question. Stop in, bring your cooler or buy one here and Ice is available. We were traveling and purchased an insulated bag cooler for all 18lbs of our meat for 7$. WORKED WELL, kept it good for 4 hours prior to moving it to our fridge. We will be driving several hours back next month just for this place, to stock our freezer, buy for some friends but, we are bringing our big coolers of course. The bacon is excellent, the sausage is so damn good, even my picky eaters ate the onion and cheese ones. Not too strong on the onion or overbearing on the cheese, subtle perfection. Sausage made an excellent casserole as well. There are so many variety of meats. I highly recommend as the prices are good and the meat is even better. Good food, good meat, good god, lets eat!

Must stop by if you’re on road! Amazing meat selection! I wish I would have doubled up on my meat stick order! If you’re a meat connoisseur this place is Definitely worth stopping! I mean even if you’re a vegan too- they’ve got a huge selection of pickled everything!

We just happen to spot this little jem as we were traveling best little stop we had in 900 mile trip, they had everything in that store make sure you have a cooler the fresh meat looked delicious ooo and the candy is the best, many other selections but those were our buys we will stop every time now

Been a customer since you opened in Ashburn and in sycamore before that. Your counter, right to left. All sausage is awesome poppers are ok bacon is bacon. Smoked chops are good. Roast are good. Pin wheels are ok. Choice steaks are pretty good. Prime steaks are really good. Every piece of beef in The cooler to the left seasoned or not is terrible. Was given lots of beef out of that side as a gift, will never waste my time to cook what ever that was. Carrolls seasoning, garlic and butter, etc. I hate that because I am a long time Carrolls customer and have talked many time of how good Carrolls is compared to strippings, salt lick, M and K in Hawkinsville and others. Really disappointed. Don’t want anything for free. Just want the owner to know things are diving. Catering to the traveling customer from the interstate. That works because I’m in the retail business . Just know your locals see it and will be moving on.

✨ First Visit Review ✨ On my first visit, I chose the garlic and cheese sausage ???, perfectly paired with a crisp grape soda ??. I couldn’t resist stocking up on goodies—dried fruit ??, garlic peanuts ??, assorted apple butters ?? (my personal favorite ?), a variety of syrups ?, blueberry lemon granola cereal ???, gingerbread pancake mix ??, and a generous selection of meats ??. It’s easy to see why so many visitors come prepared with coolers ??! I got red Mills lemon blueberry granola cereal and it was wonderful. I must try.

My husband stopped at Carroll’s on his way back from Jacksonville, and we’re so glad he did. He picked up the cut bacon and several different kinds of sausages, and every single product turned out to be amazing. The quality, flavor, and freshness were unbeatable. We were genuinely impressed and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great meats and a delicious experience.

A must stop going north or south, bring your cooler. If you are fasting or vegetarian don't stop here. If you like meat, sauces, seasonings, jelly, and jam, then this is your place. The largest selection of sauces, and seasonings you will find. So manynit was hard to choose.

Carroll's store has a well stocked varity of fresh pork and beef selections. And fresh BBQ sandwiches to go! All from small farms where the animals are hormon-free.

Fun store. Well worth the stop if you are traveling through Georgia on I-75. There is an RV park connected to the store. Georgia Peanut RV park. The store it self has a butcher counter with fresh cuts of meat. It is a country store with jams, sauces, candy, you name it.

This place is a must see! If you haven't been here before, you definitely want to check it out. Everything we got from them was so good. The mild jalapeño sausage is my favorite. The store is very cute. We will definitely drive the 2 1/2 hours to go back!

Awesome place to camp and get your delicious meats and bulk candy. For those that are diabetic they also have lots of sugar free. Absolutely our favorite! Everyone is so nice. Fantastic market. This is our 2nd time staying . Will be back.

I stopped at this place randomly off the side of the highway and I do have to say this was one unique place to go. They have fresh meat and jerky. If you like the western country meat market style places, this is the one to go. I will be a lifelong customer every time I’m passing by. A++++

Stopped here and so glad I did only looked at about half the store. Got some of the thick bacon and sausage and both are absolutely delicious. What ever you are going to buy triple it already out of the bacon and wished I would have gotten more.

Exit 82 on I-75 offers an amazing store with more options than I can mention from jams and jellies, to oils and vinegars, to rubs and sauces, to cheeses and meats, to wines and more. One cannot capture this culinary opportunity in a mere photo, video, or paragraph. It must be experienced! We will continue to stop by on our way up and down this interstate and try something new every time. I would recommend you also give it a gander!

Edit 7/14/25: I stopped here again to pick up some unique items and once again it didn’t disappoint. I bought stuffed pork chops wrapped in bacon, smoked garlic and cheese sausage, mild ground sausage, goats milk lotion, hot sauce, peach bbq sauce, and a sausage dog to go. This is a great place to stop if you’re traveling. On one way up to my daughter’s house, we stopped and bought sausage, cheese, and peppered bacon. On the way home, I bought the travelers deal which included peppered bacon, jelly, and two kinds of sausage, in a cooler. The two best things I bought from there was the garlic cheese and the peppered bacon. It’s definitely worth the stop.

A large-scale main meat shop. Of course, there are many other products, such as all kinds of jams, honey, gifts, etc. All kinds of products are quite distinctive, and the main meat products are diverse, and there are more than 20 kinds of sausage alone. There are also all kinds of steaks and meat hunting. It‘s convenient to park here, and it’s where the expressway exit is not convenient. It‘s worth a visit.

This place is happening. If it's a country store vibe you're looking for, get here quick. It's well organized and has such a cool atmosphere. Everything is good quality. Their meat counter is to die for. Don't get too shocked, their prices on some things are a little steep but for us it's a treat, we don't eat country store goodies everyday but it's a fun stop when we're coming through. And it's nice to show up with a gift or two when we're visiting family.

I travel from Atlanta to Orlando pretty often but it's never a complete road trip until I stop at Carroll's for a great deal on a meat box. Make sure you bring a cooler and ice so you can also take part in these amazing meat packages! If you don't have a cooler though, they also sell coolers in a package deal as well. If you've never been then I only have one piece of advice...... GET THE JALAPEÑO SAUSAGE!

Great road stop for tasty fun! I had stopped here many years ago and was excited to make it part of a Thanksgiving road trip this year. The smoked sausages and many choices of bacon are excellent. We also picked up some sauces, tried some samples, and got a bacon cheddar sausage on bun to go as a snack. Loads of flavor every bite. They also had nice, clean bathrooms and everybody was happy to help.
