Spent 5 days trying buy an interior set from these people. Asked basic questions like can we setup a pickup for the weekend due to work hours and being 2.5 hrs away. Asked some related questions to the parts. Asked numerous times how to pay. These guys just dont care to even respond to basic questions. I called in trying to place the order and ask a question and the lady advised Ill get a call back, never got a call back. After I expressed frustration they blocked me on social media for saying the communication has been shit. Never spoke to a company before thats so against selling their parts and giving customers a crap service.

Poor follow through. Ordered an engine, it was delivered without signature. Got a condescending tone back when I contacted them saying some parts on the engine were damaged, ended up sending them video footage of the engine being dropped off with no one home and no signature. I even called fed ex and they stated the shipping they paid for did not require a signature. TPF insisted this wasn't true and gave me a little attitude but the video speaks for itself... They said they'd figure out replacement parts or something and after a couple power outages and hurricanes and so on, kept forgetting about me. Keep sending an email or text every so often but don't think they'll ever follow through after making a mistake on shipping. It's been about close to a year waiting for them to make it right before posting this.

Welp, I originally deleted my review shortly after posting because I figured I'd offer some benefit of the doubt. But I just received an email from TPF asking me to take my review down. So I'll put it back up! I'm beyond words. I ordered an airbag module, and it feels like they tried to ship it as illegally as humanly possible. Was the package declared to contain dangerous goods? No. Was the box rated to a proper strength to contain an airbag? No. Was the airbag inside packaged in anti-static material? Nope, bubble wrap can generate static. Was the airbag placed face-up to prevent risk of damage and detonation? No. Was the package sent via ground shipping? No! They actually thought it was a good idea to send this ON AN AIRPLANE! Any amount of movement from the transportation could have created static and set this off, injuring a freight worker or damaging other freight during transit. People have been killed by airbags going off, yet these guys think it's fine to chuck it in a box and hope for the best- just to save a buck on shipping.

Amazing customer service, website is very easy to use and you can find what you are looking for immediately. I bought a GT350 steering wheel, and with in 3 days it was shipped. Product looks excellent and will definitely be buying from them in the future. I wish i found this sooner before i spent money on other websites like american muscle or lethal performance.

These guys are incredible. I needed a new edge PCM and they found one for me in just minutes and started the invoice/shipping process immediately. ive never had such a wonderful experience finding parts so easily. Purchased a 2010 camaro roller shell to wrench on with my family. Spoke with Jana, she was very friendly and helpful. Answered all my annoying questions about title transfer across state lines/taxes/parts included, etc. She even offered to help locate a shipper. Lifted the chassis on a forklift on a moments notice to send detailed pictures of the rear suspension. Very friendly and easy to work with folks. Got to love my southern cousins! I purchased a Sync 3 upgrade kit for my 2015 mustang. The representative I spoke with was very helpful throughout the entire process. My items arrived very well packaged and in great shape!

This company is possibly a life saver when it comes to anything mustang part wise. It took me months of looking until I found this company. I was able finally find a good deal for a sync conversion kit. Sam is your person to get I. Touch with. She helped me through the entire process. Even helped me make sure I was able to make the conversion work. Alongside help with the ford dealership near me. WORD to the wise make sure you provide her or anyone with your vehicles info and all specific details. If you do not and you buy something that don’t work, it is on you. Make sure you do research. They will help you before making any final purchase. I will be continuing my business and will be recommending friends to buy off them. It was nice to deal with people who weren’t leaches for a sale. They are very patient and fast to respond.

I called and spoke with a very polite lady named Sam. I was looking for a strut tower brace for my 22 Mustang GT. She found a couple of them and sent me pics and gave me a great price with shipping included a couple of days later. I received a very well packaged part and installed it. I have bought from Rob since he first open and it was just him and a couple of guys. Rob and his crew has been nothing but good people and always there to assist with questions and when purchasing stuff. They have good parts and inventory is clean and neat and well put together for you to look at. You will always find something you will need at this place and if you can't I'm sure he will find it for you. If you don't like his pricing then go somewhere else. I bought several parts for my Mustang from The Parts Farm, I had a minor issue with one of the parts and Rob was quick to resolve it. I will be buying again in the future. Great customer service and quick shipping.

I have followed The Parts Farm for a couple of years as it’s just interesting to see all that they do and sadly the number of nearly new or new Mustangs they receive. I have a 2022 Grabber Blue Metallic Mustang that I really wanted to install the Homelink Sunvisor on and I just happen to be looking at their FB Page and they have unfortunately ….and sadly a new 2024 Grabber Blue Mustang that met its demise…I contacted The Parts Farm on Saturday to make sure it would fit my 22 and Danielle contacted Monday morning with the information, sent me a invoice for the visors I paid it and they were delivered today! Now that’s how you run a business! Can’t say enough how super impressed I am with The Parts Farm and their customer service and kindness. A special thanks to Danielle and Rob and the staff! Great job. I highly recommend them and if you are looking for something for your car….this is the place to go…I truly believe if they don’t have it..they will find it for you! In my efforts to restyle my Mustang GT, I found Shelby GT500 seats and a GT500 front fascia at the Parts Farm. All parts were shipped quickly and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Looks great! Bolted right up. No missing tabs, broken tabs, came with functional reverse light, back up sensors, led side markers, license plate light and trunk release button. The parts farm went excessive on the protective wrap and the crate they built was very sturdy and the part was also held down really tight to the pallet. I only had 2 issues with being a customer to the parts farm and both wouldn't deter me from buying here again. 1.) There was a small amount of damage to the paint on the drivers side. Very very small, and it likely was shipping that caused this damage. It isn't that big of a deal to me as I planned on repainting this anyways, but to be completely honest, even if I wasn't going to paint it, you can hardly tell it's there. You have to be checking out the cars curves or if you were washing it you may notice it as well. Could it have been the parts farms fault? Sure. Could it have been fedex? Maybe. Is it that big of a issue? No, just something to point out, but it really isn't that big of a deal. 2.) the other issue I had was I ordered this on Sunday, and it took till Friday for it to ship out. Not sure why it took a full work week for it to ship. I was told that Friday they usually ship parts out within 2 business days. Maybe they're short staffed at the moment or this was a abnormally good week for them and they just fell a little behind, either way, also not that big of a deal. If I was on a time crunch maybe I'd be a little upset, but mine is just a street car. It's fine it took 9 days to get here. Plus, when I did get it, the amount of care they put into the packaging made up for it. At the end of the day I give them 5/5 and would recommend this place. They were extremely responsive, anytime I called they helped me right away there were no hold times, and I even messed up by putting local pick up but they were able to shoot me a invoice for shipping no problem. Staff and owner are all nice as well.

I've been buying parts from them for many of my builds thru the years for all my mustangs. The parts are always clean, well packaged and priced fairly. I've bought multiple 8.8 rear ends, body panels as well as interior panels and trim pieces and they always arrived quickly and as described. I watch this site more than I should for the next good part out. A+ business.

I purchased a 58k mile complete engine/transmission pull out from a wrecked '96 Cobra in August of 2022 and couldn't be happier! Rob, the owner, sent running videos before pulling and pictures of the pulling progress. The crate came with everything...and I mean everything! I did not have to source one part for this project outside of what they provided. I tore down the engine to reseal all gaskets for peace of mind but I really didn't need to. Everything was clean and Ford original. After installing BBK longtube headers, McLeod clutch kit and a Vortech V-1 supercharger, I dropped it in the car in my home garage. Plug and play, started right up! Dyno tuned at 452/379 to the wheels and haven't had an issue since! I've currently put 800 miles on this setup.

I ordered parts through eBay/social media. At first they were responsive and friendly. They told me 3 to 4 days to get my order ready and ship it out. After 5 days I reached out for a tracking number and the story started to change there. At this time they stated oh we have the perfect donor car it'll be in the shop in a few days and they will notify me of tracking once they ship it. As of now it's been 17 days and they have yet to even pull the car into the shop to fulfill my order. I was polite and patient up until this point. I had a deadline to receive these parts in AZ to pack in a container for over seas shipping. Now my container is going to be half empty and cannot be delayed further to accommodate their mishap. I have requested a refund and they are currently refusing. I would not recommend this company for any services. I finally got ahold of a representative named Danielle, she was extremely polite and apologized and agreed to the refund. I did not have a good interaction with the company but Danielle was the person I would talk to if I had to use them again.

Very responsive team! I made a purchase through Instagram and used PayPal for payment method. They shipped my item within 24hrs and arrived in about 2 business days once the item was in transit! I will definitely continue to buy from them and recommend highly.

After learning about The Parts Farm through social media, I reached out to them inquiring about multiple car parts.  Although certain parts were not available, Rob and Kim provided me with even better quality products.  They were both great to work with and communicated well with me about the product.  The products were securely packaged and well-protected.  Overall, great service, excellent products.  I highly recommend their service and will be doing more business with them in the future.
