Great place to source all things ATV! If they don't have it, you don't need it. They do have a web page, and they do ship. They've been in business since 1987. I just wish it was a pull-a-part!

I have to speak very highly of this place I bought a cylinder for Yamaha very good shape that was back in 2017 and still have not had any problems with it so I will continue doing business with this place as long as they're open no complaints

Called Steve’s Cycle Salvage at the last minute for a Honda VTX 1800 axle and axle bolt. Turned around and put 2k miles on that part the next day! Only reason for the 4 star is because of the price. Higher than I would of expected. Product they sold is on the left and was in great shape.

Called here about 3 or 4 different times now(giving benefit of the doubt) for various easy to find parts. Like a side plastic, seat, rack ect. They will take your name and number. Tell you they are short staffed and to be patient and give it time. And then not call you back. You have to follow up and nearly beg them for an answer. It's been like this every time I called. Lastly, the used part price was a few dollars short of a brand new one. Definitely too pricey. Word to the Wise..... Shop elsewear. Think it was the 2nd time I needed something, got tired of waiting, and found part elsewhere.(Needless to say never ever got a call back even). So this isn't just one bad experience but multiple repeats. I'm done trying, a will do business with someone more professional, reliable, appreciative and who will actually call you back.

Steve is honest a long time ago I don't even remember how many years it has been idropped by to leave my wrecked bike there on my way to Alabama there was a man there he told me to that they were closed but to leave my name and number and Steve would be in touch that Monday Steve called me and told me that I would have 250,00 in credit for any bike parts I might need he absolutely kept his word I soon ordered some parts for my brothers bike and anytime someone else needs a part that is hard to find I Recommend call Steve's. Thanks Steve Richard vanDerAA

Very polite and helpful staff. Unbelievably fast on shipping the parts to you I will recommend them to everyone I know! Thanks Steve's cycle.

Called them up and they had the VERY hard to find parts I was looking for, super courteous and very professional. If I need any parts in the future I will 100% be calling this business back. Definitely recommend you call them if you need a hard to find part for your bike!

Was looking for a hard to find part. Called here, they said they had it, took my card # and info, said it would be shipped next day. A week and a half goes by and I call again, said they were short staffed and the part would be shipped out the next day. Three weeks goes by, call again and guess what, never shipped it and not sure if they have the part. Called me back the next day only to tell me they do not have the part, sorry. Never again will I go here. My guess is they never had the part to begin with. I spent a month being given the run around. They never charged my card and hope they don’t!

Ordered a part, front brake caliper, and made sure they knew i needed no later than two weeks later. 3.5 weeks later the item still had not been shipped. If you need something fast or within a month, do not shop here. If you need it by next Christmas, good luck.

Ordered the part they said they had it took my card number. Nothing!!!!!! Never sent it. Called every week for six weeks nothing!!!!! Canceled the part. I think the people who give the good reviews must work for them or they want to help you if they feel like it.. Really bad business it’s a shame. I have no idea why you advertise then treat people like that.
Apr 06, 2022 -
If you really need a part, shop elsewhere. I can't speak to the quality or condition of the part as they never sent it...or processed the order...or anything. Customer service doesn't exist. They don't know anything if you try to follow up. You should never have to beg someone to take your money.

Steve didn't have the part that I needed, but, he went out of his way to look up another location that might have the piece I needed. That's service. And he we came across like he was glad to help out. Try him, you'll like him.

Called 3 days in a row and actually spoke to a supervisor on the third day. Everyone I spoke to promised a call back but, that call never came. I needed over $300 in parts but, I've taken my business elsewhere now. Don't waste your time like I did.

This has been one of the best buying experiences I have had. I bought a muffler that I could not find Anywhere else. They were friendly. They text me a picture of it. I got it the next day and it was what they said it was. I will definitely shop with them again. 5 stars for sure!

Pretty good , large selection. Some people complain about the price or the return policy, but If you know what you are looking for ( and you can't expect them to ) they are pretty spot-on. 40 year old motorcycle plastic is pretty cool to get no matter what. Don't go in there expecting to window shop, it ain't that type of business. Know what you are looking for and you will have good results.

I ordered a crankcase cover for a Suzuki jr50 that I was working on. They were very professional and made sure that the part I needed. The prices are fair and shipping is reasonable. Part arrived packed very well, quickly, and was exactly what I wanted. Will definitely contact them with any future parts I may need. Thanks!

After three days of calling, being promised a call back, then calling again to check, then being told I needed to give them part numbers, I should have known they didn't want my business and I was just pissing them off because I was asking them to do what their boss pays them to do. Finally I asked, "Do you guys actually sell parts?" Which at that point, magically she had the prices for the parts in question. So, today, I drove up there. Why? Well, I like to drive, and I didn't trust her to not ship the wrong part, then hit me with a restocking fee when I tried to return it. Maybe if I went in person, I'd get someone else, or I could at least check the part to be sure. About an hour into the three hour drive I called, and confirmed the parts, and gave my credit card info so they'd remove the parts from the bike for me to pick up. An hour later, I get a call back. The woman said that "all the bikes have been robbed of that matching part". B.S. I'm guessing this was some petty pay back for being pushy about wanting to give them money for products they sell. So, I ask to speak to a manager or the owner Steve. "No, Steve doesn't talk on the phone." Really? He won't talk to his customers? Seemed unlikely. So I had a choice, turn around, and drive the 2 hours home, or go the remaining hour+ and speak with Steve in person. Well, I didn't want to be that guy that ranted without giving the place every chance to make right. I drove the remaining distance. Well, of course you can guess the answer the woman gave me when I got there, and asked to speak with Steve. "Steve doesn't talk to people." But she offered to take my name and number and have him get in touch with me. But.... I thought he didn't talk on the phone either. So I said I'd wait outside. I saw another employee, and with a friendly smile, I asked if Steve was around, and that I'd like to speak with him." She said yes, and went in the office where I'm guessing the woman in there asked what I said. Well, then out comes Andy. Apparently Andy is the manager. Andy seemed a decent sort. Gave me explanations that they've been short staffed, and the guy out back doesn't always actually check the bikes, and that maybe the parts were stolen because they have a picture of an ex employee on the wall that is in jail now for stealing parts and selling them on Ebay. (Great, and I gave these people my credit card info?) Andy promises to check, and will call me in 30 minutes. And I left, and I waited. 30 minutes came and went, no call. I figured, fine, I'll go home, cancel the card, just in case, and we'll call it a lesson learned. On my way out of town I did get a call from Andy. Supposedly there's no parts. There's 5 acres of bikes stacked up, ware houses, etc. But that one part... they don't have it. Fine. Now, had I actually read the google reviews for Steve's Cycle Salvage, I wouldn't have bothered chasing that return call. But, nostalgia got me. I had been wanting to visit this place since I learned about it in high school. I figured, maybe it was just the one bad employee, I've seen that before. Mad at the boss, and intentionally hurting the business is their little rebellion. Who knows. It's a shame. The place is a gold mine of parts. But I guess it would be if they keep getting bikes, but the employees won't sell anything. On a better note, on the 3+ hour drive home I called A&J's Cycle Salvage in PA, and the guy was on the ball! He knew which model bike I had better than I did. (Apparently it's not the Honda Shadow Spirit, but the Aero) I thought it was one thing, but he knew the model number, and year, and knew that it was something else. He has the parts, at a better price, and actually called me back when he said he would. I wish I went with him in the first place. So, if you want some frustration, and disappointment, give Steve's Cycle Salvage a call, and ask them for price and availability for some motorcycle parts. Otherwise, try anywhere else.

This is the first time I've used these guys. One of my technicians found these guys, searching for a 2000 Suzuki Intruder Carb. I read all the reviews, and used them anyway. I'm glad I did. Got the Carb, very good condition, price is right. I own a shop in Belgrade, Montana and, generally, have new manufactured parts available to me. A brand new part is 4 times the cost of what I purchased from Steve's. Steve's is a great resource for me. I will use them in the future.

This is the worst place to buy your use parts from and dont get me started on their customer service. They are way over price for used parts. i will not buy anything from them again. I know what think ,that they dont care how i feel but going forward i will shop online. They are very rude and they never call you back when they say they will. You just lost a customer and i live in Tifton.

Order parts from them frequently, when we need a part that has been discontinued, or our customer wants to go with a used part to save some money. Good experience every time. Always prompt and courteous service, always ships the part promptly, condition has always matched the description, pricing is reasonable and in line with other salvage yards. We prefer them over any other salvage yard in the country.

Wish I had seen the reviews here first. I called on Tuesday about an inner handlebar weight for a 06 Honda Rebel, and was told that they have one for $10 plus shipping. I assumed that was a good deal and gave them my card number. Today (Friday) I received the box along with the part and invoice showing a total of over $27. On top of the outrageous shipping/handling charge, the part does not match that which came off of the bike. The part I received belongs on 90's model Rebels. I figured I would have saved a few dollars buying a used part when I could have purchased the correct part, new, for $20. Will not even bother calling them to fix this since I would have to mail the part back and pay the 35% restocking fee if they decided to accept a return. The only thing they did right was shipping the part the same day I paid.

I needed part of the shift linkage for my 85 honda (it's no longer available from a Honda dealer)...googled salvage yards and within ten minutes this guy from steves cycle calls me and says he has it. six days later it's on my doorstep and my honda is back on the road again. I'm very very happy. I will call again if I ever need any other parts for sure...thanks!

Way over priced and horrible....absolutely horrible customer service. Took multiple phone calls to get the part. When they said that they'd call me back. Guess what?, they never did. Said the part would be $135 and $20 shipping. So $155 right? Wrong. Charged me $27 shipping on the part which weighs 2 lbs and I am also in Georgia. Also charged tax not only on the part but also on the shipping! I could have driven there for cheaper. So all told I was charged $177 for a part which I could have gotten brand new from Honda for $210. When I called they offered nothing and just said tough luck. Part was scratched and damaged as well. I'd rather cut off my middle finger and ship it to them for $27 then to deal with them again.

Singing the same tune. I could not get them to give me a price for shipping but they got my credit card #. I called for about a week to get price of shipping and what the total was going to be so I knew what my credit card was going to be charged. Still never called me back. I finally received the part which I paid 3 times too much for and it was damaged. I was told it was going to be a good one with no damage. Wow! How is this place in business.

Ordered martini beige fender cover three weeks later received wine colored one from kansas, called them and they said they would credit me the part price since they sent the wrong one. Returned the one from kansas and they then charged me a restocking for the one they sent wrong in the first place. Made my fourth and final attempt to correct this before filing a complaint, called them and explained that I could have bought a new the correct color one for 139.00 and would not have ordered a different color one from them for 85.00 and then had it painted$$$$$.They said there was not any color specified on the order I explained it was a phone order and was told they would deal with it when I filed a dispute.I have never given anyone a bad rating until now. Very rude!!!! My ebay score is 100% 3760terryt you decide theirs.

Don't really understand all the hate here. I used Steve's as a source to replace the generator cover on my 2008 Burgman 400. The part was shipped quickly, packaged well and exactly what I needed. The price I paid was fair too.I almost didn't order it because of all the negative reviews here but I'm really glad I went ahead and did. The guy on the phone did have kind of a over-the-top accent, but hey, we worked it out.

One star is the lowest. I wish I could give 0 or negative. I agree with the previous post, way over priced. But it was a hard to find part, turn signal bolts/mounts for a '78 Goldwing. They didn't tell me what the shipping was going to be and just charged my credit card $18 to ship these two small bolts on top of the $60 for the parts. I got a call the next day from a lady at Steves to "confirm my address." I asked about the charges and told that was the "flat rate." So I cancelled my order. Few days later I got a USPS box ($4.85 shipping cost) with the WRONG parts. I called to find out why I received these when I CANCELLED my order and was hung up on by the same lady that I cancelled my order with. Called right back and got another man, who after taking my info and telling me someone would call me back, hung up on me as well. Well, no call back. So I contacted the BBB and filed a complaint. Steve's response said I was "rude"....I am the CUSTOMER, I can be as rude as I want (which I was not that rude after being hung up on.) Never got my issue resolved, spent $78 for two small bolts that will not even work on my bike and had to deal with the WORST business I have EVER dealt with. All I can say is if you need the part THAT bad....I would make it myself before contacting these people again.
