Hi. Yesterday I traveled two hours to ride my dirt bike at my favorite place, Highland Park. Everything was fine, but after paying, a rude woman came up to me yelling that I should put on my helmet or she'd kick me out herself. I politely replied that it was fine, but that she shouldn't raise her voice. She got even angrier and insulted me and my friends, saying the same thing, that if she wanted, she could kick them all out. It's a shame that they allow rude people like that to work at a place like Highland Park.

I always have a good time here! We rented a cabin and had 2 fun days of riding. Would be 5 starts if it wasn’t for the showers. They fill up with water over the top of my shower shoes, gross!

This is the best place to get seat time thats always open with a variety of tracks and trails. Ive been coming to highland with my family for a couple years now and we always have a blast.

Motocross tracks and many miles of Enduro trails. The people are welcoming and helpful. We've rented the little cabins and an extra bike here and there. Everything is well maintained. The cabins are simple but comfortable. This place is a gem for anyone wanting a day or more of riding.

Incredible place to ride! I rented a gas gas 300 and a brand new KTM 250 and both were great! As always the trails are very well taken care of and the staff is great!

It was a very differet ride as far as mou tai riding. Very different ride compared to mx. I will be coming back even though it was a 4 hour ride to and back for me. The KTM shop being there was good.

It's a fun place to ride. I thought the price was high considering other places are half or more cheaper but yeah. It's fun and enjoying. I had a ATV.

This place rocks! First started going here 15 years ago with my dad as a kid and I’ve gotten back into riding recently. In my opinion, this place has the best single track trails for dirt biking in Georgia. The service center is also extremely friendly and helpful. My only critique is that I wish they would invest a little bit more in the maintenance of the track. It is fine, but I’ve never seen it prepped.

Awsome place to ride really love the way its kept up and and all the trails are marked

I was pleasantly surprised this weekend visiting. Never saw any aggressive behavior the entire day as mentioned by others. Strict rules in parks like these are not always a bad thing. A few loops beginners can stay on but most single track riding are not for beginners. MX tracks were very sandy and not your typical MX track but still fun. Well maintained place and one of the best mix of riding along with quality of maintenance on trails that I have ridden.

Hands down the best place to Ride in Georgia. No SxS's to run you over or destroy the trails. One way trails and everything is very well marked. Campground is nice. Clean bathrooms. Wash station on site. What else could you ask for

I witnessed a guy (employee or maybe owner everyone is complaining about) accuse a group of riders of doing “donuts”. The way he did it was very unprofessional this guy will single handedly ruin this place. After he accused the guys of doing donuts he became apologetic when they said they literally just got there and got their units off the trailer. I understand it’s your place to intervene but be mindful and respectful of how you do it! Definitely won’t be returning there’s other places to ride.

Not really for beginners. Trails are more aggressive than durhamtown. No SxS allowed, which is awesome. They only rent KTM which is also awesome, but not for beginners.

The trails and park are fine, but the new owner needs a lot of improvement in how he treats riders and customers, especially when disagreements or rule infractions arise. As the owner (the guy in the white shirt), his first reaction was to speed to the track, race out, and confront the rider aggressively, as if he were ready to fight. His behavior was completely unprofessional and embarrassing. Later, when he saw the rider in the office, he was snickering to his wife instead of offering an apology or addressing the situation maturely. This is not how a business should be run, and it’s hard to respect someone who behaves this way. We’re not the only ones with concerns—there are other reviews with similar experiences. If you're looking for a better experience, take your business elsewhere. The motocross community deserves better than this.

We literally just got back home from a weekend here. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaints were that the beginner (MX3) track was closed Saturday and Sunday due to a light rain, so we only got to ride it on Friday after we arrived. Also the bathhouse was absolutely disgusting. It smelled wet and moldy. There were spiders hanging from the shower curtains and on the ceiling of the shower. They need to burn it to the ground and start over, because there’s no saving it. The Cabin was ok, enough room for me and my 2 friends I shared it with. Like I said, MX3 the beginner track was closed 2 of the 3 days we were there but MX1 the intermediate track was fun. The trails were groomed and marked well. Trails marked Diamond 3 and above, I would say aren’t for beginner riders. This place offers something for riders of all ages and skill levels. We had a good time and will be back. I’m hoping next time I’m back the bath house situation is addressed.

My son and I went last weekend. Even though it had rained prior to us going to trails were great. It was a little wet to hit the 4 and 5 diamonds but we will definitely try them next summer.

Just got back from a two night, two day stay this past weekend. I would absolutely go back again. The trails were awesome, and well marked. Some trails marked 3 Diamond seemed harder than some that were marked 4D and 5D. If you're new to riding I would stick to the main loop and maybe the 2 Diamond and below. We rode them all right up to the hardest trails they have and wow was it fun, excellent technical single track through the hills. It will test your skill! The cabins were good, no complaints. Decent beds, clean, and well heated. But like others have mentioned the bath house was NASTY. Mold all over the ceiling, spiders and webs all in the showers and the smell coming from the floor drain will make you BARF. The building needs to be leveled and rebuilt, it's bad bad bad.

Great trail riding area. Been here several times and never gets old. Trails all rated, not a beginner's place really. Workers are always nice and helpful.

Highland Park Resort has truly leveled up under its new ownership! Despite a week of relentless rain, the trails remained in amazing condition, a testament to the dedication of the team. The decision to no longer allow side-by-sides on the trails has definitely paid off, preserving the trail quality for all riders. The KTM rental options are top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us with issues we encountered with our personal motorcycle. Their expertise and willingness to help made our experience even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fantastic riding adventure!

Overall I give Highland Park a 5 out of 5 and a big thumb's up; however, this place is not for beginners or where you would go or take anyone to learn to trail ride. I went with my 12 yr old daughter, and we both very much enjoyed riding here and had a good time, but even the "easy" trails and main loop have some steep elevation changes or tricky spots that may be too challenging or appear daunting for new and/or young riders. The good thing though is you can ride at your own pace and make it as fast and challenging as you want or don't want; if you like thrills of high speed up and down riding with plenty of opportunities to jump you will love Highland Park. But keep in mind you are literally riding on the side of a mountain, so even the 1 and 2 Diamond trails have some parts that reflect that. The tracks were closed when we went, and we dont do much track riding anyway, so I cant really speak on the tracks other than they appeared to be maintained pretty well. I would say Highland Park is somewhere in the range of being in between what you would find at Whissenhunt OHV and Beasley Knob OHV; it is very similar to Rockcrusher Farms (in Young Harris). Overall a great place especially if you like elevation changes.

We absolutely love this place!! We have been riding here for years and now that it has changed ownership it is out of this world. They have been working on the MX tracks and even added a youth track. The single track trails have had a lot of work done on them too and are better than ever. And let’s not forget KTM World as they have everything needed to keep you going when you brake something because a tree hit you. If you haven’t been in a while go check it out much needed improvements are getting done.

Fantastic resort, rustic, chilled, peaceful and a perfect destination to hit the dirt. The nearby KTM store is well stocked with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Excellent garage for repairs and help. Our group spent 3 days and stayed at the 3 bedroom chalet, fantastic for a group of 8 and the AC was welcomed after every run. The trails can be as easy as you like or can push the best of riders. Bring food and beverages as the nearest store is 15 minutes away. That said basic supplies can be found at the KTM store from 9am onward......and it's open 7days a week. Fantastic facility......thanks for a memorable weekend.

We took our grandchildren, a boy 10 and a girl 8 with their ATVs. We also had our side by side. We had fun and the park was nearly empty with only 2 or 3 other people there. I'm not sure the trail we went on was marked correctly because it had some really dicey parts. It's a good thing we had a winch on the side by side. We encountered some downed trees and some really rocky terrain that, if not for the winch, we would have been stuck. None of this kept us from still having fun. We are super proud of our grandchildren and how they handle themselves and the situations. The weather was perfect, and they really enjoyed the Peewee track. The perimeter trail was fun as well. Considering what it costs now to do things, this was a bargain.

Great place to spend a day on dirt bikes, they have Trails for beginners and experienced Riders... the most difficult rated Trails really aren't that hard compared to what I'm used to out in Colorado. This place was a ton of fun, but their showers are really disgusting

First time dirt bike riding and had a blast. I have a lot of street riding experience and am slowly getting into adventure riding so thought learning dirt on someone else's dirt bike would be a good idea and I am so glad I did. The park itself is has a lot to offer. The first 2 days I spent trying to get good in the trails but the 3rd day was by far my favorite as I just focused on the perimeter road, ripping turns and doing little jumps. The staff was very helpful with a special thank you to John. He provided a lot of helpful tips as well as valuable information about the bikes. The 2 bikes are rented where both in excellent condition, 350 and 150. I plan on going back and would strongly recommend this place for anyone interested in dirt bike/motocross. If you are new, I would suggest being open to the staff and going small, you really only need and mostly only want a 150. And wear knee pads... you are going to fall.

Visited Highland Park for the first time, excellent experience! The motorcycle I rented was in great shape and there are too many trails and tracks to try in 1 day. The MX tracks are well maintained, and all the riders we encountered were considerate with good etiquette. The place is very clean and easy to navigate once you get your bearings. Just follow the signs and have a great time! Will go back for sure!
