The sales associates have always been super helpful in answering questions, offering pointers etc. this afternoon, Mr. Patrick went above and showed me how to do something on my own, helping me to understand how the headlights and turn signal are held in my car, so I can now do them on my own, if I need to. They always have a smile for the customers as well.
Patrick!!!! I loved doing business with him when he was at advance. He was always super knowledgeable and friendly. However I prefer O'Reilly's and having Patrick there just makes me prefer it more.
Tracy and John helped us so much. They were polite, knowledgable and so understanding that we were out of town and dealing with a stressful situation with our van that was acting up. They had tools on hand that they allowed us to use and walked us through fixing something.
Bought a new set of windshield wipers on sale for my car they installed them on my car for me add a good price and got a warranty on it too. They provide a fast and friendly service and I highly recommend O'Reilly Auto parts.
The cashier was very rude and not helpful at all. He acted frustrated that he had several customers in the store so that made him and his the other employee busy. I asked for help on 2 different things to be told that he wasn't sure that he had had a bad day and was stressed out so I finally got mad myself and thrown my one air freshener on the counter and paid for that then thean give me a 10 dollar bill to much when counting out my money so I realized it as I'm leaving the the store. Can I turn back take the $10 back to the counter and laid it on the counter tells the Clark to give me too much money. His response was huh oh okay not thank you
My preferred location to shop for all of my truck parts and needs. Tony is and will always be my "go to" guy for advice and help when ordering parts for both of my trucks!
Had a low tire. These guys were able to get me a small, cheap air pump and point me in the direction of an open tire store at 7 o’clock at night. Great job guys!
I've always got the right parts and if I didn't need it or want it. Easy return's, there fast getting anything they can not in stock. I use them every where I go.
