I had a great experience with King’s Towing. I was stranded on I75 with a blow out. I called my insurance. They sent King’s Towing the driver was very nice, knowledgeable, and patient. I’d highly recommend their services.
They answered their phone ASAP, communicated professionally & gave pickup & delivery updates. Initially, I scheduled a time that was after closing Mercedes service dept which was MY misunderstanding, but the tow driver said "No worries" & accommodated me with rescheduling for the following day. Upon delivery, the drivwr confirmed dropoff & processed their reasonable & convenient payment.
We called AAA for our car that was broke down and waited over 4 hours for a response, when we called they said they could not find anyone in the Reynolds area and to see if we coyld call someone and they would reimburse us. We googled and found Kings and read the good reviews. So we called and Byron answered said he he would be here in 20 minutes. He was there just as promised, with a smile on his face. A very professional and polite young man, assured us everything was going to be taken care of. He had the car loaded and had us home with in the hour. Thank you for taking such good care of Ms. Judy.
