Very unprofessional of you and if you’re going to do business with the public, I suggest you treat everyone you come across with the same respect as you do for our color. At this point i feel like your wife or a ex cheated on you with a handsome fine black king. Please work on ethnics and customer service towards people of color.
Idk what their deal and much less remember ever using them for business, but somehow they're trying to charge me through the courts for a vehicle I signed over 3 years ago. They are claiming they towed it a month ago. Again, the vehicle was totaled 3 years ago.
Guy on the phone tried to get into a pissing contest with me because I told him I wasn’t going to pay the $85 towing fee. Instead, I was going to give him my vehicle, title and all. If that doesn’t cover the cost of their time and gas, they need to find another recycler to sell to.

was very rude and and did not handle my my things well at all, brought my engine out on its side leaking oil everywhere and it was obviously more beat up from him taking it off a frame than when the police found it, then charged me $85 to get a 212 predator back that I didnt even have him tow the police did and it was my engine that I had stolen from me and i was forced to pay the price when the police shouldve been the ones to handle that, and on top of that he took all kinds of bolts and nuts off my engine and didnt give them back
Son was hit by a car while riding his bicycle, not a mile from their shop. While my son was on the way to hospital, these guys show up and take his bicycle to their shop. They charged 45 bucks to get the bicycle back. Not cool
Very unprofessional, Racist, and unhonest. I was sent here to recover a car that had been towed. The man that retrieved my car was extremely rude and disrespectful. I did not argue or do anything to warrant this type of treatment. The only reason i could imagine for this treatment was the color of my skin. Another couple came up to retrieve an impounded car and his interaction with this couple was much more professional and friendly.. needless to say they were not people of color like myself. I was also overcharged.
