I am white and witnessed the old white man be very disrespectful to someone of color. Very unprofessional of you and if you’re going to do business with the public, I suggest you treat everyone you come across with the same respect as you do for our color. At this point i feel like your wife or a ex cheated on you with a handsome fine black king. Please work on ethnics and customer service towards people of color.
Very unprofessional, Racist, and unhonest. I was sent here to recover a car that had been towed. The man that retrieved my car was extremely rude and disrespectful. I did not argue or do anything to warrant this type of treatment. The only reason i could imagine for this treatment was the color of my skin. Another couple came up to retrieve an impounded car and his interaction with this couple was much more professional and friendly.. needless to say they were not people of color like myself. I was also overcharged.
Idk what their deal and much less remember ever using them for business, but somehow they're trying to charge me through the courts for a vehicle I signed over 3 years ago. They are claiming they towed it a month ago. Again, the vehicle was totaled 3 years ago.
