  Unfortunately, my Mercedes-Benz C300, 2019 w/55,000 miles was totaled by my insurance Co. Vin#: 55SWF8DB5KU312028. It has not been auctioned yet. I had an unusual accident whereby I ran over a tree stump. The damage to my car was to the wheel (rack& pinion, radiator, etc. )-the car won't steer. According to the Mercedes Dealership in Macon the estimated damage is appx $20K. I am writing this because CoPart picked-up my car from the dealership on 7/15 (the same day I was told it would be totaled. I specifically asked Ins. company not to release my car until I could retrieve my items. I asked for one day). On 7/16 I arrived at CoPart & they had cleaned the interior of my car out completely (& vacuum). Everything removed. I asked them where were my items. I listed them. They lied to my face that they put whatever was inside my car in my trunk. I looked in my trunk, the items where not there. I asked again. The woman who I spoke to at CoPart looked me dead in the face & repeated the same lie. She went on further to suggest that maybe someone at the Mercedes Dealership removed my items. Even though they admitted to cleaning out my car. I verified w/Mercedes Macon, that they neither removed items or cleaned out my car. All I wanted were my things. CoPart made no attempt to look for my items. (The items were of value. Some of my documents had sentimental value & cannot be replaced. I just want my things. CoPart refused to take any responsibility and continue to deny removing items...even though its clear they did, because they cleaned out the car. My items are gone, but I still have a voice. I can continue to complain or file a complaint.

  Worst experience at copart I have ever had, first I was given the wrong paperwork and assured I was not picking up a title, then after asking multiple times it was figured out I was being given the wrong vehicle, then after finally getting my correct paperwork waited over an hour before even getting my vehicle after someone decided to tell me they cant pick it up because of a 15 dollar storage fee. Customer satisfaction and people skills need work as well. I don't see myself ever buying from this location ever again. (Still waiting for it wile I write this)

  They have a lot of cars trucks vans RVs golf carts anything you can think of that drives it'd there with a good deal some are not pretty but the motor and transmission is good check them out for all of your fixerupper o and some are still in good condition

  Copart Macon doesn't deserve a 1 star. They are misleading on their pictures and damage description. I spoke with Manager and doesn't care about their customers. They only care about the big insurance companies.

  All I am going to say is up to this point I have talk to many of the girls and they was nice . I went in and encountered there loud mouth bad attitude General Manger. I think her name is Brandy She is so unprofessional and she a bully I feel sorry for whoever work under her dictatorship, because she is far from a manger . She need some real training how to deal with customers. She act up so bad clearly in front of a police I brought in for a vin verification I guess they work together all the time but I didn’t care because I gave it back to her and he didn’t care ethier I am pretty sure everyone knows these ppl rude and they talk about her and how she treat ppl. Brandy be careful how you treat ppl . I personally did not want to think she was racist but I really didn’t know her treatment toward me was so random

  I waited over an hour in the parking lot and didn't observe anyone getting loaded. That's an hour after my appointment time for which I actually showed up early for. No one was coming in or out of the gates for loading. Went into the office 2 times to check on status of the vehicle and was told to keep waiting. Then the loader told me to go to the sublot across the street and said I had to self load a 6,300 lb truck because it was "too heavy" for their forks. Another staff person came out and said they didnt know how much the unit weighed and didnt want to load it. Said that loading was a courtesy. Nothing at Copart is a courtesy, everything is paid for! This company has more fees then the government. Nothing is free with them. They wont even hand you a title but charge you to mail it even if you are there to pick it up. They use to charge a "cash payment" fee if you pay for a vehicle at the location. Wasted almost 3 hours with this location due to lack of communication, knowledge, and not relaying information properly to the vehicle owner for pick up. When I went to pick up the same vehicle at another location I was in and out of there in 30 minutes, and that's with self loading. This appears to be a newer facility so it may be that these folks are not trained properly.

  These people are dishonest and they're thieves. They picked up my car without me know for 1 and 2, they stole some stuff out of my car. I have to keep calling them to ask them to send all of my personal items to me that were left in my car after my wreck. I couldn't do it physically at the time so I was going to get it later.

  This Copart specially Tina isn’t a profesional nor trained employee ! Copart needs more training in this facility, and Towing Don’t use Peacocks Recycling, billy is just to greedy and abusive ! ! I wouldn’t make business with this facility nor the towing !

  This particular yard takes photos that are deliberately misleading. That is unfortunate because the customer gets hurt in that situation.

  5 Stars!! 10 Stars if it where available!! How every Copart should be run! Loaded in less then 1 min and paperwork in less then 5 min!! Great job!! They should make everyone in Memphis copart work here for a week! Maybe they could learn something!!

  This location is a BIG SCAM….Had a very bad experience… bought car from this location ..auction sheet mentioned car has keys they loaded car with out giving keys to driver… when I called the lady agreed yes we have keys … then the supervisor (lady) came on call she was so rude and refused to provide keys they loaded $12000 car with out keys…even what ever mentioned on bid sheet wasn’t as it… I export 8-12 cars a month never had such experience with any location…… but RED flagged this one will never deal with this location they don’t know how to deal customers….will never recommend across my car dealer group..

  My experience here both times was phenomenal.....yes I said phenomenal.... the staff literally assisted me as soon as I walked through the door and I was done inside in no time....and outside the loading assistance was extremely helpful and fast the guys loaded both my pickup wit such professionalism and the right know how....if you've been to other auctions you know exactly what I'm talking about...and very clean...thanks
