We welcome the opportunity to review our interaction with Cars For Cash. Although we had some early concerns about the time line of having our car picked up, but everything was handled professionally. We thought the offer for the vehicle was a good offer and the tow truck driver who came to pick it up brought our check and received the key and signed title.
Quick & easy transaction. Received a good value for my car. The company that picked up my car didn’t do scheduled pickups, which was my only issue. Called out of work just for them to arrive around 4pm for pickup. I just wish I was able to know a timeframe so I could’ve scheduled around it and not missed a day of pay. But the guy was incredibly nice and professional. Would recommend.
I was a little skeptical at first. But, the process was not to tough. The wrecking company drive that was used was very professional and at the end it was pretty quick. Thank you for your help on my situation. I feel the price for my truck was fare. Actually higher than I was expecting!!!!! Very happy! Great to do business with your team!!

Very easy to sell your vehicle. Made the call, went over details of the vehicle, Francina was very thorough and efficient. Offer was made and the vehicle was picked up in less than 24 hrs. No hassles or sketchy meet ups. Easy as 1,2,3. Would definitely recommend if you have vehicle you need to part with.
Professional and super easy! I was skeptical at first when I filled out the form on their website (on a Monday) and didn't get any type of response all week. After not getting a call back I gave them a call on Friday. After a simple twenty minute phone conversation I had a pick up schedule for my vehicle the next business day. Day of pick up tow truck driver gave me a courtesy call when he has an hour away, then again when he was ten minutes away from my residence. He performed a quick but thorough inspection of my vehicle and I turned over my keys and title which in turn he handed me a check for the amount the customer service representative and I discussed the prior day. My vehicle was loaded up on the flat bed and away it went. 10/10 would recommend Cash For Cars - Macon!

Terrible experience big business beating up on small business. My company bought a vehicle for $140 and Cash for Cars inc. offer to buy it for $150 l agreed with Cash for Cars inc. pickup the vehicle. l made it clear that I don't want to accumulate any extra fees where the vehicle was stored and gave them the information to collect the vehicle Fri ,sat ,sun & Mon went and Cars for Cash inc. informed my company they are waiting on transportation and Tuesday morning l got charged $55 late & storage Cars for Cash inc. gave my company the run around and never helped my situation. l recommend to do no business with Cars for Cash Inc they do not care.
I really did enjoy my experience. To lose a car is a terrible experience for any parent but you guys really made this process streamlined. The driver that picked my car up was so helpful, polite and professional. He helped me remove things from my car and even gave me tips for purchasing my next car. The experience and customer service was top-tier. The offer was legit once everything was confirmed. I am extremely pleased. 10 out of 10!

After calling several "local businesses" that all turned out to be the same call center, I found Cash for Cars. Wheelzy, the first company at the call center, offered me $120 and then sent me 12 texts and four calls in the next 24 hours. Cash for Cars tripled the offer, and the process was finished within an hour. Super simple.
