The bald guy that checked me out is very unprofessional, guys like that is what kills a bussniesses , if you the owner and you reading this try to have a better staff or at least someone decent at the front desk Older gentlemen that answers the phone and gave me my part was pretty awesome btw.

Total rip off! Sold me a $500 transmission that worked for only one day!! Would not take my calls or refund my $500!! Do not do business here ever!! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE

Had to get a BCM for my Nissan rogue and they didn’t have the part. However, they were very helpful and even printed me a list of where I can find the part and the cost at all the local used parts businesses.

I called about a part, the guy who answered was very short with me before putting me on hold. When he picked up 6 minutes later, after asking what I needed and informing me they don't have it, he just hung up without bothering to ask or waiting to see if I wanted anything else. I understand being busy, but being rude is not acceptable. I'll never do business with this company and will gladly suggest to everyone I know that they do their business elsewhere.

Good manners folks ...Great attitude... The will to help and fix your issues is outstanding.... Just good old southern American Hospitality..... Reminded me of the good days of past time. And if you don't believe me just start with a phone call and then you'll see what I mean.

They had the part I needed. Called up there, they said they had it got my phone number and called me back when it was ready to get that same day. Excellent service

Took my transmission too them thinking they would be knowing what they were doing,but turns out i got a 7 months drive out of my transmission was having issues 2 month after the transmission was placed back in my vehicle kept telling my trans fault it would come on and go off thinking it might be the computer programming to the vehicle but turns out whole time the transmission was messing its self up but it was no sign of anything being wrong it was running perfectly find until the 6 month of the warranty when i put it in Reverse it was making a knocking sound i was thinking it was something else but it did it again but it sill drove perfectly fine until the 7 month of me driving it i was driving on the highway and it just make this loud knock noise and I parked it at a nearby gas station and turned it off turned it back on it wouldn't reverse only would go forward and O/D . Called them explained to them that I know I was out of warranty they said the couldn't even find my receipt so moral of the story DONT GO TO THEM YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!

Picked up some parts last week. I lucked up and was able to get a new OEM part for a good price as well. Prices are good, guys that work there are helpful! Call first they will see if they have it, take your name and number, and will pull the parts for you and give you a call when they're ready for pickup!

They made an offer over the phone to buy my broken down car and tow it away. Agreed on a price which they honored with no problems. Because it was hard to coordinate a time to meet them at the mechanic shop where the car was, they were able to tow it away for me and let me come to their salvage yard later to settle up and get my belongings. A good experience.

BEWARE ON EBAY AND IN PERSON! Look at the negative reviews !This guy is an absolute joke. Item purchased did not match up, so I started a return. He gets upset and says it’s not his fault but people are allowed to return things on eBay. It’s not unheard of. Says that I will be charged a fee for returning& I let him know that isn’t per policy on eBay.He then REFUSES a shipping label which is required by sellers on eBay. Then when he receives the item (had a feeling he’d pull something)& says a broken tab to justify his charge! I took pics before boxing, have lots of message proof to show what type of seller he is.

I called to verify a part I saw listed on ebay was available & was told, yes, they would set it aside for pick up. When I got there, the price was $150 ($65 was the ebay price.) I drove over an hour one way only to be told they would not "honor" an ebay price, even though I was saving them the ebay fee & shipping costs & I CALLED IN ADVANCE! I told them I'd just order it on ebay, but the removed the item! I will NEVER do business with them again.

If you wonder why Meyers Auto Salvage has such a low rating, just do business with Phillip Meyers and find out for yourself. I called him personally and asked him about buying my Ford Focus and told him that the transmission was no good and we weren't going to replace it again for the 4th time. I gave him the mileage, and equipment and told him the tires were less than 6 months old then he said he would give me $450 to $500 for the car. I asked him what would he need to have to make me a commitment of $500 and he said that he wanted pictures of the body to verify that there was no body damage. I explained that I was 80 miles from where the shop was that had the car but I would go there, take the pictures, and deliver the title to the shop owner if that is what it would take to get the $500. As agreed, I did drive to the shop that evening, sent Phillip the pics, and got no response from him until the next morning I receive a text that his driver was en route to pick up the car but he would only give $400. I was in a pinch to have the vehicle removed from the shop's parking lot as space was limited. I already told the shop owner that the car would be removed before lunch, so I agreed to the $400. I just want you to know that if you get a good-faith number from Phillip to purchase your vehicle, do not trust him. I agreed to the $400 if he would purchase the car for cash as I would not trust that his check or promise to pay would be honored just like his word should not be honored. I only hope that my experience will help others when making a decision to do business with a company whose owner is so dishonorable.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Would not refund for a part that would not work for the vechical we were told it fit...BTW.. this policy should have been disclosed upon purchase.. and not to mention its a 2hr drive 1 way ! just to find out that it can't be refunded and they have to send out there own tech to check it out!! SO NOT ONLY DOES THERE PARTS NOT WORK! THERE RUDE AND COMPLETELY LACKING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! Get it together!

I bought two doors from them. Good customer service, reseanable prices, nice staff. Ben is very helpful! If you use cards, they charge you %4 of your purchase! Better to have cash with you. Over all, a good experience.

Bought a used Dodge Ram needed a tailgate. Myers was the only place I could find one. I found a dark blue and painted it to match my truck. I think it turned out great. They were so helpful to find me a tailgate. Definitely will use them again if I need parts !!

I would give these guys ten stars if I could. You can't ask for a better business or neighbor. My business has a mix of newer and older vehicles. Every time I have come to Myers they have always been highly organized. A fellow named Joe had always been my go-to guy, but today they quite literally saved our bacon and I think it deserves a special commendation. We had a hauler bring in a vehicle all the way from Indiana to our dealership. They didn't know what they were doing and the only way we got this vehicle off that hauler and into our dealership is due to Paul, Joe, and another fellow who came out and got our vehicle off that transporter. There was no money in it for them to help me out. They did it because it was the right thing to do. Hopefully, in the times to come, I can return the favor and pay it forward. Spend your money here. They value their neighbors and their customers!

I believe I spoke to Joe over the phone and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He helped be find a part that other yards didn’t have, and the Chevy dealer would have taken 10 days to get, when I needed it for an immediate repair. The folks here are very nice and helpful, and they clearly have hard to find parts that some other yards don’t. I will be back next time I need used parts!

The guys there were extremely fast! I arrived for a door and they had it ready within minutes. Their online inventory is large and seems to be accurate. Certainly recommend these guys, southern hospitality is not dead.

Outstanding customer service, and parts are exactly what they say they are. I traveled over 2 hours to them and Paul was extremely patient with me and sent multiple photos and even text me to let me know the parts had been pulled! I highly recommend using them!

My initial contact was via email. Every question was answered quickly and detailed, pictures provided as well. Tanner was the agent I worked with, he stayed in constant communications with me even through text. Freight was provided at a very reasonable cost too! I can't say enough of how smooth this process was. I had no worries what so every about what I was getting and when I was going to get it. Very pleased customer! I will be back! Thank you Tanner!

I found a great price and purchased a part from them that carried a warranty. Within a few days when I contacted them and informed them the part was no good, the salesperson advised I could return it and get my refund since they did not have a replacement. Several days later I went to return the part and they refused to give me the promised refund. They claimed the part had been installed incorrectly even though I followed the manufacturer service replacement instructions exactly. I spoke with Josh, who identified himself as the owner. He was rude and unprofessional. He talked down to me, hung up on me once. I called back and he became even more belligerent, refused to honor the warranty not would provide a refund. And hung up on me again! This is no way to treat a customer. If the owner demonstrates such disregard for his customers and unprofessionalism, I can only imagine how the rest of the staff has been trained. I am out the several hundred dollars I spent there and they won't even treat me with decency. These days the only recourse a consumer has is to share their experience with the larger community. I went for the best price and failed to consider the saying "you get what you pay for." Buyer beware. I would rather go with a larger company next time such as S&W or Gray & White, pay a little more and not be out all this money where they treat you with respect and stand behind their part.

Had a really great experience with Josh. He was straight forward and very professional. I felt comfortable dealing with him and trusted his word. He was able to keep his word and even despite the address mix-ups he never once had a bad attitude. I appreciate their help and for assisting me in getting rid of my car from my accident. It seemed like they actually care about you as a person and it's not just another business transaction. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to get rid of their vehicle and would use them again!
