If I could rate them a 10 stars I definitely would! I purchased a motor turned out to be bad and they fully went by their 30 day warranty! We were able to work something out where we both didn’t come out of pocket much. They are great folks here, I will most definitely be coming back!

They sold me an engine and transmission , It took me 32 days to install them , the engine knocks and the transmission slips and they wouldn't help me out at all,
They went above and beyond when they fixed the transmission! We knew we had to replace the cat so we did and it wasn’t shifting so we thought it was the transmission but they looked for us and said it was the other cat and sent videos and all of it shifting fine without so definitely give them 10stars if I could! :)

(Bruh I can show you where the parts are broken and worn in several places as well as a comparable brand new part from several sources. That’s not right you overpricing parts without research

Very friendly experience. I spoke with Fahad regarding a ABS for a Nissan Maxima. He helped me with identifying which specific ABS my car needed by tolerating my little knowledge about cars and gave me a fair price. Definitely recommended.
I just ordered a door for a Volkswagen. I had to send somebody up there to pick it up. I was not able to go on the door got to me. I looked at the wiring harness and it was cut now I’m having to go out I reached out to them about the virus. Maybe they can give me a little bit of the
Money back that I have to Spend to get the wiring harness not all of the money but just something hey 60 $70 back to me would’ve been acceptable but after speaking to a representative of their company, it seem like it was my fault, and nothing on them will not ever buy a part from them again they know what the worker did and they don’t want to take responsibility
Needed to replace trunk on my 2015 impala had really bad scratches and dents. Was lucky they had one same color got great deal on it. They removed the part and placed in my car.
We drove 2.5 hours to get a motor for my husband's truck. They were fast about loading it and knew exactly what they were doing. The rates were very fair as well.
Told the bumper assembly costs $150. And they knew that I was coming from all the way from Nashville TN. Then when I got here the price went up by $50. Which is not much. But they could tell the price is 200 not 150. Rather than lying to customers. That’s not how you do the business!
PS. The difference between bumper cover and bumper assembly is that the assembly comes with the grill, and bumper cover is just the bumper itself. I have asked for the assembly. Thanks!
Too cool. Staff has a rough exterior but it's all bluff. Goes the extra mile with assisting you in terms of gathering prices or connecting you with mechanics specializing in certain areas. Great people and even better inventory.
Purchased a transmission for a truck. Was told it was a reman, took me a few weeks to install due to the virus. After install it did not have reverse. and upon inspection i can see the trans has never been opened. so it is def not reman. i called and spoke to sam, he said, the customer told me it was reman........ they would not return it or swap it out. all he did was have me call another place to purchase another one. and being that i used places like his and the other yards in the area you would think that they would try to help out loyal customers. terrible experience
Took a chance and it backfired. Our fuel pump relay was bad and since its soldered on the fuse box needed to be replaced. Spent $80 with them instead of $375 on a new one. They don't allow you back to check vehicle. They even went as far as telling my husband the vehicle was drivable. $80 part was no good! Called today, within 48 hours since purchased, they were closed previous day and told no full , no partial refunds and nothing to exchange it with. So basically they have no accountability and have no problem lying to take peoples money.
This business saved me over $100. I could have bought a rim for $150, a tire for $50 and had somebody put it on for $20. Instead I went to Lost Mountain Auto and bought a rim for $80 and along with the rim I received a brand new tire. There are no promises but this is a testament to the backbone of this business. I will absolutely return for the rest of my needs.
Paid a lot more than I wanted to and the guy refused to remove the door plug for the door I was buying, so I had to climb in a disgusting car upside-down. I wanted the front fender too but apparently the guy working there knows less than me about cars. Consider this place option two.
Excellent stress free experience at this place. They willhelp you find what you're looking for if they don't have it in stock. They will point you towards the correct junkyard that does have it. I've never had a bad experience here and they always have my parts even that oddball stuff like a oil pan for a Volkswagen diesel engine.

Parts in any salvage yard is hit and miss but when they do have them its like striking gold good parts (30 day guarantee), great service (some patients may be required) they are essentially pulling apart cars some tougher than others very knowledgeable and do not over sell
Chris knows more about cars than anyone I've ever met. Prices are great and parts are quality. Always willing to help out and won't sell you what you don't need just to make $$.

Needed a used aluminum wheel that was hard to find locally. Spoke with Chris and they had one in stock and even texted me a picture to verify that is what I needed. I asked if they could deliver it to a repair shop that was working on my car and they did the same day. The price was right and the service was really good. I would do business with them again and based on this experience a good rating.
