Very professional and helpful shop. Had some new coil springs installed on my Raptor a couple weeks ago and the experience was quick and easy. They got me in and out, with high quality work, at a very reasonable price point.

I haven't visited but have ordered countless parts from here during a CJ7 restoration many years ago. Fast shipping and excellent customer service when I needed advice or any specifics on things. They could not have been better.

I only ordered a Curt hitch receiver for my Subaru Impreza from Oconee Offroad, so I really can't speak on their products and services, but their customer service was fantastic. I had ordered a hitch receiver, which they told me, over the phone, was over $100 cheaper than the MSRP online, so I was stoked on that. Once I brought my receiver home *the day after ordering it*, I realized it was the wrong one (my mistake. I asked for the wrong part number). I gave them call, left a voicemail, and they called me back only a couple of minutes later. They were incredibly accommodating, allowing me to exchange my receiver for the right one. I started the exchange on Friday over the phone, and I received and installed my receiver today (Monday). Awesome communication by the team, and really accommodating. If I were to ever build an off road rig, they'd be number one on my list, purely for the fact their customer service was awesome.

Oconee off-road was a fantastic experience. They ordered my lift kit directly from BDS with a huge discount. They were able to get me on the schedule within a week's time. They completed the work perfectly, same day I arrived and spent time with me personally showing me all they had done. Richard, the owner was fantastic and is very knowledgeable and spends as much time as you need. Making sure that you have the products and service that you deserve! Highly recommend.

I drove my 2018 wrangler jk from Minnesota and had some concerns about my suspension. I stopped by the customer service was excellent got me in checked everything over. Everything was OK they didn't try to sell me anything and gave me peace of mind. So much that I had them install a new lift!! Already planning what I want them to do next year.

Horrible company. They have misleading item descriptions. They sold me the wrong hitch due to their horrible item description then put the return shipping on me. Which was more than the garbage they sold me. But elsewhere

Ordered a WDH from them and had to return, I did not need the part anymore the trailer I was going to purchase fell through. It has now been a month that they have had it (have email tracking to prove) and I have several emails with someone who doesn’t seem to want to help at all. I am just trying to get refunded and it’s been a month that they have had the hitch and still no money returned. Do not ever return anything to this place or even buy from them. A good chunk of change tied up for this long is unacceptable.

After waiting several weeks for a delivery my 100lb Weight distribution hitch it arrived incomplete with an open box. Oconee OR blamed the manufacturer but with the limited time to move my RV before Christmas and a spot deadline they completely dropped the ball. Their complete lack of communication cost me fines and I was forced to go out and seek other hitch options.

Order a# cr-j0938092 a oil sending unit , I received part # 938092, a seal after calling 2 different numbers I was told I had to go online , take pictures and basically deal with it myself , YOU screwed up not me , I had to tell the woman on the phone that I had the order # 3 different times , obviously she was trying to get me off the phone and not do HER job! You got 10$ off me and YOU will never get another penny from me or anyone else I know . goodbye and good riddance, I'll spend my money elsewhere !

My new go to jeep store. Very knowledgeable staff . Like most Offroad parts stores they don't carry a lot of parts in stock but they had everything I needed there the next day.

Very nice staff, professional on the phone. I wish I lived closer. I ordered a part from them and it was the wrong part. They promptly refunded the purchase without an issue. I will certainly contact them again should I need a part. Thank you.

Never been to the store but, I found them on Ebay. Had the bracket i needed at a great price. Super fast shipping and easy to get the transaction completed. Thank you for having the part i needed.

If you ordere from them. Make sure it is the proper part. You must pay for your own shipping & they charge a 25% restocking fee for a return. So, it cost me $300 to return a part. PLUS, it's been 2 weeks & I haven't gotten my refund. If you make a mistake, they SLAM you BIG TIME> What a rip off!

Worst customer service I've had with a vehicle. They left me with a bigger mess than I came in with after 1600$ bull. Prepaid for parts they said were in stock. Took a week to get it in when they " realized " it wasn't . Then put a different brand driveshafts on without telling me. Never put greese fittings in any of the new parts drive shaft,u joints,did not tighten bolts. ,left. Bolts off. After towing it back. They said it did not leave there like that. Called me a liar. After showing them me under the jeep in the rain. Directly after leaving on Fri at closing. So no help till Monday. Can't say enough bad about there work . The owner seems to be a scam . Not one time getting with me to resolve situation. Owner told the guy that took my 1600$. To hand me my keys. And my business was no longer wanted there. Obviously a owner that has no pride in his company or himself. ?. I've had to pay other companies to install greese fittings. Replace parts they were supposed to. End of the day. SCAM ARTIST . I have ordered 2 different parts now from them on Amazon. Prices were great. Too bad its taken 2 weeks for the parts to get shipped on both orders. They do not respond to messages and will not let me know where my part is. This will be the last time I order from them.

Great customer service, they helped me track down and pick up same day some parts for my Jeep that were not carried on the shelf at any standard auto part store.

The staff here is outstanding. Honest, friendly and professional. I have a 2014 Silverado and wanted a lift kit, wheels, tires installed. The price was very reasonable, also due to their scheduling it was being installed sooner than I expected. It's been a few weeks now since the truck has been lifted. It rides and drives great. I would highly recommend Oconee off-road to anyone. I plan on going back to have more done in the future. Thanks to all the staff at Oconee off-road.!!!!

At first it was a good experience with great staff. I brought my jeep in with the death wobble effect which ended up taking multiple trips and eventually spending additional money on a new lift kit and tires. I finally have the jeep back but still not completely sure everything is in order. Lots of staff turnover during my experience which caused more problems but I think they have that all worked out. While it seemed they were trying to make things right by asking me to keep bringing the jeep back in, I will no longer be taking it there. 2006 Jeep Wrangler Sport X with new 4 inch lift and 33 inch Falken tires.

Came in a couple times to gather some Intel on a front tag led light set up by Rough Country. Guy recommend it for my daily driving needs without getting crazy adding lots of light bars etc. It was exactly what I needed and it was an easy plug and play install just ask the guy recommend at the desk, Very Pleased with the service and the product provided, thnx!!

(Original Review) I just picked up my 17 Taco DCSB TRD OR 4x4 6MT yesterday after they installed a 3" Rough Country leveling kit. I'll update the review later if any problems come up, but I've been impressed with everything so far. Pricing was accurately quoted, Robby answered several questions in advance to put me at ease before modifying my new truck, I was in/out the same day, and the lift turned out really well. The whole experience was pleasant. I hope to use them again for more upgrades. (Update from 9-Aug-17) This time they put on a set of new American Racing rims and Nitto Ridge Grappler tires. I couldn't be happier. Robby worked back and forth with me to get me the exact combo I wanted, which gave me a mild lift increase and more aggressive look/stance, while maintaining a smooth ride with no rubbing. One thing I want to add to the previous post is that I brought my truck back for a squeaking noise I assumed was coming from the lift. After a thorough inspection and lubrication of all components, Robby showed me the problem was actually the skid plate rubbing against the front diff, which had nothing to do with their work. I was able to fix that at home for about $1, and they never charged me anything for troubleshooting even though it wasn't anything they did to cause it. So yeah, still 5 solid stars and I'll be back again, maybe for a stealth winch setup. I'm hard to please; they succeeded.

This place is awesome. I flew into Georgia from Colorado to buy a truck and had very little time to spare. I was looking for third party that could check out the Pro Comp lift. Robby let me stop by without an appointment. They dropped everything they were doing to inspect the truck and answer any questions. Thanks for the hospitality!

I just had a set of Cooper STT Discoverer M/Ts put on my GMC Sierra at Oconee Offroad. The service was great and the tires look sweet. They did not try upsell me on anything I didn't want or need. The service was performed in a timely manner. I called around and checked the price of the tires and found them to be very competitive. I would recommend Oconee Offroad if you are in the market for a new set of A/Ts or M/Ts.

If I could give negative stars I would, they are very unprofessional (had a sticker from another offroad shop in my backseat and they threw it away and replaced it with one of their own and also put stickers over my jeep without asking) and the things they do get done are done poorly. I had the replace my trac bar and instead of putting a screw that would fit snug they put a thin skinny screw in place and within a year I had to get more work done to my trac bar because they couldn't do their job right. Thanks for nothing Oconee Offroad
