What a great park! The playground has improved since my kids played here. There is a kids zip line that looked like a lot of fun. We walked on the trail and hunted, unsuccessfully, for a geocache. It was a nice day.
Great park for all ages. I took our 6 year old son who has Autism and he had a blast. There was enough to do to keep him busy and it was spread out enough to avoid sensory overload. My teenagers also had fun doing the fitness trail activities. Overall it is a great family friendly clean park for all ages.
North High Shoals has spent a lot of time and money establishing a small city park. It appears well used by the community and we certainly enjoyed our visit there with the grandkids. There is a walking trail with exercise stations, a baseball field, a multi-use field, and a fantastic playground that features two zip lines. Parking is plentiful and restrooms are available adjacent to the Community building/city hall.
