Wouldn't even give them a star. I went there with my wife and all employees were rude as all get out and the old guy snapped his finger at my wife like shes a dog. They officially lost any business with me. I sincerely hope their management retrains them on customer service.
I understand people have bad days. But it shouldn't be every time you walk in the door mangers with gray shirt should be lead by example. But not just one or two times but every time. No more business from me.
I would love to Recognize Jerome, Cade and Dravon for all of their helpfulness anytime I have came in the store. Whenever I’ve had to add oil to my car or anything that I’ve had to do right at the store, they’ve always offered to assist If they have seen me with my hood open And they don’t hesitate To offer help. Everything from tying a loose fender secure to my car to advising me on oil changes and fluid levels to taking a very hard car tag off car for me that would not come off with my regular flathead screwdriver from home and I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate them helping me.
The staff is very helpful and friendly! They are knowledgeable about their inventory and give you all the options available without pressuring you to pick an expensive route. Cade identified my problem battery immediately and changed it out for me. He was awesome! Thank you!!
I was there 07.14 in the evening. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and made sure I had everything I needed, and it was all going to work for my car. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you to the staff for helping me get the parts I needed but also helping me learn about my car and its needs better.

Life time brakes and windshield wipers go on sale alot along with injector fluids to help keep your car parts clean.
This autozone in Cohutta was an absolute life saver. I broke down on the side of the road and towed my car to autozone to try and fix whatever was wrong myself. The staff here were super helpful and let me use tools and even helped me with my fuel pump replacement AFTER HOURS. Big shout out to Jerome and Jon. Jerome was very helpful and let me leave my car there overnight as we were having trouble rewiring the pump and there was a big storm coming. Jon went above and beyond providing us rides and his expertise and i couldn’t be more thankful. He even let us use his personal tools and did research on his own time to help figure out the power supply issue we were having. Definitely good faces for autozone and a good look for the company.
Auto Zone in Cohutta are absolutely awesome folks. The manager put my battery in for me. So kind. I'll never shop any other automotive stores in the area. Cohutta Auto Zone is tops!
Awhile back I was stranded and Auston and a friend of his noticed me in the parking lot and boosted my battery for me. I was having trouble getting my Insurance to send me help, but they showed up and I was on my way. Thanks Auston and Tyler.
My wife was just at our local Autozone in Varnell, GA. We thought the battery was dying, which turned out to be correct. Johnathan was extremely helpful and polite with finding and installing a replacement. Great young man who goes to a local high school. He has a bright future!
The store would not replace a faulty altenator that I had just bought 2 months earlier from them. The manager and worker both were very rude and would not honor the warranty that I am well within. They wanted to argue and proceeded to jerk the altenator out of the box slamming it down on it's side onto the counter. I contacted customer service and am expecting a call from the district manager for a refund. I will never do business with this store again and I recommend anybody else do the same. 0 stars if it were an option.
Bad experience today 7/20/23 called to see if the part I had paid for had come in and was told no order existed so go up there and the two men behind the counter pretty much called me a lair said I wasn't told that on the phone. Did get the part but had been there for two days already. Will not order anything else from this location. I did have the receipt to prove I paid for it.
Y'all!!! The people who work here are amazing. My battery light came on and I stopped by. Turns out my alternator was bad. I am on no way mechanically inclined and was worried about making it to a shop. Not only were they able to help out with finding a mechanic to come out, they even gave me a chair to sit down on in the AC while he was fixing my vehicle. I will never go anywhere else if I can help it. Jerome was the best. Things like your car messing up can be super stressful but they immediately put my mind at ease.

Can you believe i was able to purchase a brake switch for a 64 Falcon that goes on the front of a master cylinder. Not sure how many more years auto parts stores are going to carry 60 year old part replacements but I'm glad they're still stocking these here.
Walked in, the place was empty, no employees, Finally heard a guy yelling in the back, He had locked his self in the bathroom, I finally got the door open , not only did he thank me, he gave me all the parts I needed free and said, anytime I came back, half off everything. Now that's what a call a good guy.
They may not have everything since the supply chain has slowed things down but I was able to get license plate light bulbs and tail light bulbs there for a 64 Falcon so there's that.
I am in debt to Austin that works at the Varnell location!! He went above and beyond to help me find my wallet I lost while shopping there... because of your employee Austin!!.. I will never shop anywhere else but AutoZone!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! AWESOME STAFF!!!
Continuously has very poor customer service! I couldn't post this without given them at least 1 star. When you have several people in in the store waiting for assistance, you should not answer the phones and start helping them. I have witnessed this multiple times at this location. I have walked into this store for the last time. It is a very convenient location for me. But, I will gladly driver a little further to a more ADVANCEd business that has better service and management.
Rude employee helped my wife. Older gentlemen. Made her feel horrible and didn't have what they say they have online. I recommend calling ahead before purchasing online to make sure their inventory is correct. The younger employees are willing to help and are very friendly.
Tim, the store manager, did an absolutely amazing job of giving incredible customer service! He took the time to listen to my issues and efficiently came up with a solution. His entire team was very kind and all worked together to create a warm environment that handled everything going on in a smooth manner. I had been given the run around before from many different places and Timothy was the perfect man to talk to! Thank you so much!
I went in one morning on my way to work. I had a torn wiper blade. The staff had my new wiper blades installed before I even paid for them. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Great service!

Super great place, I love there reward points, the quality of their products, their return policy, and warranties. The people are most always knowledgeable and polite. I say most of the time because they hired a person at the Cleveland Tn location that wouldn't know what you were talking about if you asked for spark plugs.
Great staff, clean store, everything was in its own place, friendly staff, greeted us when we walked through the door, asked if we needed any help. After looking around, then we looked for what we were looking for and we ask for help on headlights etc, they were very helpful. I will be returning to this store. They also help you with your car if you need them to.
Excellent service. Every time I come here I get professional courteous help from the employees which I really appreciate. They've gone above and beyond the call of service many times just to ensure everything was good with my vehicle.
